A MAN has been charged with punching a protester at a Donald Trump rally in Fayetteville, North Carolina, after video of the altercation surfaced.

John Franklin McGraw (a White man), 78, of Linden was charged with assault and disorderly conduct at Wednesday night's rally.

Rakeem Jones, an African American man, tells The Associated Press that he was being escorted out of Crown Coliseum by several deputies when he got hit by a cowboy hat-wearing man.

McGraw has since said he has no regrets for throwing the brutal blow and even went as far as saying, "Next time we see him, we might have to kill him!". [more ...]

THE 78-year-old white man who punched a black protester in the face at a Donald Trump rally has said next time "we might have to kill him".

John McGraw was also charged with assault and disorderly conduct after the event on Wednesday night in North Carolina, the Cumberland County sheriff's office told the local TV station WRAL.

Multiple videos of the assault show McGraw abruptly punching the young black man in the face as he was walking up a stairway with other protesters being escorted out by police, amid cries of "USA! USA!"

McGraw simply sat back in his seat.

He was not arrested until Thursday morning, as video of the assault gained widespread attention. He was released after posting a $US2500 bond, CNN reported.

The incident was condemned by Bernie Sanders, who is vying with Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination for the White House.

"No one in America should ever fear for their safety at a political rally. This ugly incident confirms that the politics of division has no place in our country. Mr. Trump should take responsibility for addressing his supporters' violent actions," Senator Sanders said. [more ...]

The Department of Justice under the Obama administration is biased against White victims and unwilling to prosecute minorities for civil rights violations.

Two members of the New Black Panther party stood in front of the entrance to a polling station in uniforms that were described as military or paramilitary. The pair each carried a billy club, and were reported to have pointed it at voters while both men shouted racial slurs at White voters, including phrases such as "white devil" and "you're about to be ruled by the black man, cracker."

E-mails from the Department of Justice released under a Freedom of Information Act request show that political appointees were "intimately involved" in the decision to drop the case, including Attorney General Eric Holder - a black man, and that Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez - also a black man, may have committed perjury by denying this in his testimony before the Civil Rights Commission.

In October 2010, a draft report from the Civil Rights Commission was posted on the political website TPM Muckraker, stating that political officials had been extensively involved in the decision to dismiss the case, and that the Department of Justice had attempted to conceal their involvement.

Holder later announced that he was fed up with listening to whining Whites who claim the justice department deliberately blocks investigations of Black on White Racism. According to Holder, Whites can't be victims of racial injustice because they haven't suffered enough.

Hate Crime Law is not about punishing crimes motivated by hate, but rather about making crimes against certain protected minority groups to be declared Hate Crimes, giving the federal government the right to overstep state jurisdictions and re-try any case if they don't approve of the trial/prosecution outcome.

A White family getting gas at a Chevron gas station in Baton Rouge, were attacked by three niggers claiming the family was in the "wrong neighborhood," police said.
