According to former US military and govt sources, Osama was in a US Army hospital in Pakistan the day of the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11. Let's extrapolate on that and we can reasonably assume that Osama had remained in Pakistan making his occasional videos in comfort rather than living in a cave playing with his sundial all day. If that is the case, then both Bush and Obama knew where he was. They both used Osama's cave antics for political gain and to enact anti terror laws, but Obama knew he was going to lose the next election so he ordered CIA Special Agent Osama's death.

I wouldn't put money on it, but it's not impossible.
