He told officers that he had tried to strangle his mother with a video game console power cord, reported Corprus Christi Caller Times. But she continued to scream.

He then quickly got a hammer and hit her 20 times on the back of her head.

When she was dead, he then committed necrophilia.



Davis says he wasn't done with his mother yet, and what he admits next is beyond description.

"Guess I lost my virginity to a dead corpse," he said.

He admitted having violent sexual fantasies with his mother and sister, Desirae Hill, who he also planned to kill.

When she failed to show at his mother's apartment, he rode off on a bicycle. He knocked on the door of a house, asked to use the phone and called police to tell them what he had done.

Davis was sentenced to life in prison on Thursday.

Nueces County jurors took less than an hour to hand down the sentence to Davis, who two days earlier pleaded guilty to murdering his mother and turned down a 60-year jail term in a plea deal from prosecutors.
