The footage captured the moment Kemp gunned down Lawson on a north Lansing street, court records indicate. The security video also revealed that two other teens were in the area where Lawson was shot in the 1100 block of North Jenison Avenue, police said in a court document.  The shooting was witnessed by one of Kemp's companions, they said.Lawson was knocking on doors for a city council candidate. There are several examples here in posts of this 'phenomena'.  I recall one instance of a White elderly woman who felt sorry for a negro and took him in.  She was found murdered and missing a couple of thousand dollars.  It took something like two years of manpower and resources to solve this case.
