He accused them of trying to kill X with lies and smears, and threatened to sue them for defamation. He also claimed that they could be on the hook for $22 billion in X losses, which he said was the amount of ad revenue that X had lost since he took over.

7-11 convenience stores are open 24 hours and go back before we were born.  Drive any distance and your likely to see one.  I heard that they are closing due to crime.  Just like other store chains.  The 7-11 near me closed, and the owner said the reason was he was losing $thousands of dollars a month in thefts.  It joins other stores in places where many stores and businesses are simply boarded up.
