On May 17, Pakistani national Saifullah Paracha was notified that he had been approved for release from the Guantanamo Bay prison, where he has been held for more than 16 years, according to the AP news agency. Paracha, who at 73 is the oldest inmate at the prison, was detained for alleged links to the Al Qaeda terrorist organization and allegedly conspired to smuggle nuclear weapons into the United States... This news comes at a time when the Biden administration is being heavily criticized for not siding with Israel in the face of attacks by the Hamas terrorist group.

Since Biden's inauguration, the United States has made a 180-degree turn in its Middle East policy... Paracha's release does not come as a surprise as it is in line with the new administration's policy towards terrorist groups. Saifullah Paracha is a Pakistani businessman and travel agent who lived in New York and sought to "do something big against the United States." ...

Paracha reportedly advised Al Qaeda about getting a chemical that could be mixed with other similar good products so that it would be easy to get through customs and into the United States. Because of his expertise in the trade, he could help the terrorists by teaching them about radiological sensors at places of entry into the country. The document also details that the inmate spoke to one of the masterminds of 9/11 about Al Qaeda receiving radiological or nuclear items on several occasions... 

Proponents of terrorism have claimed that Saifullah Paracha is innocent, that he was never charged, and that his statements were obtained under torture. In addition to his statements, the dossier contains entries in his personal diary concerning military chemical warfare agents and their effects on humans. There are also references to Sarin nerve gas. Paracho's release represents a great danger not only to the United States, but also to the world, as his plans have a global scale. The document also states that he spoke with Al-Baluchi to smuggle explosives and chemicals to England.

According to the dossier, al-Qaeda used a video transmission facility belonging to Paracho to make a film with a high-ranking Saudi al-Qaeda facilitator associated with a U.S. cellular target in Saudi Arabia. Saifullah Paracha will not be the only prisoner released, as other terrorists will also count on Biden's "kindness." Abdul Rabbani is allegedly a member of an al-Qaeda cell planning car bomb attacks against Americans, and Abdul Rahim Mohammed Uthman, a former alleged bodyguard of Osama bin Laden.
