A U.S. attorney will not prosecute a  judge in Massachusetts who aided and abetted the escape of an illegal  alien from her courtroom. The outrageous decision is the clearest sign  yet from the Biden Regime that equality before the law is dead, and that  Anarcho-Tyranny runs the judicial system.  The story of Newton District Court Judge Shelley M. Joseph's remarkable escape from prosecution begins in 2019. She and her bailiff helpeda previously deported felon, Oscar Manuel Peguero, also known as Jose Medina-Perez, slip out the back door of her courtroom to escape.   Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ICE was there to deport him.  Then U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Andrew Lelling, charged the two with obstruction of justice and other crimes... with a Brandon Regime  prosecutor on the case, she won't face charges.

Tears of back-door justice. Just hope that you don't have to face this leftist judge for anything!

That's the long way of saying this: The Brandon Regime itself not only won't enforce immigration law, but also won't prosecute leftist judges who aid and abet illegals in escaping deportation orders.
