'Our investigation determined that the Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any of the substantive allegations contained in the Steele reporting.'
The report mentions Igor Danchenko - Steele's primary sub-source - saying that Danchenko was also 'unable to provide any corroborating evidence to support the Steele allegations.'
Durham blasts the FBI for failing to interview Charles Dolan - a Democratic public relations operative who was connected to Dmitry Peskov, Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary and who was a 'definite source' for at least one of the allegations contained in the Steele report.
The report includes blistering language saying that Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications opened by the FBI as part of Crossfire Hurricane were not created out of a mission of 'strict fidelity to the law.'

James Allchurch, 51, was found guilty in March of stirring up racial hatred.
Allchurch, from Pembrokeshire, Wales, is said to have recorded the 'vile' show to 'spread his propaganda about racial conflict'.
Guests of the platform included extremists such as jailed National Action co-founder Alex Davies.
On Monday Allchurch was sentenced at Swansea Crown Court to two and a half years in prison by Judge Huw Rees. The judge also ordered forfeiture and deprivation orders in relation to recordings and materials including Allchurch's laptop.
Judge Rees said: 'During the playing of these podcasts, it was immediately apparent that the recordings were plainly insulting or abusive, and that your sole intention was to stir up racial hatred, or at least racial hatred was likely to be stirred up as a result.
'The content of these podcasts were vile. Listening to them, as the jury had to, was a disturbing experience.
'It beggars belief, or at least it should be, that someone would want to speak these words at all, let alone feel the need to publish them for the consumption of others.
'That would be the case for right-thinking people at any time, leave alone currently in an enlightened age of diversity and inclusivity.
'Your offending amounts, in my view, to a stain on our humanity for our fellow human beings.
'Your ideology based on race, being pro-white and anti non-white, has been expressed by you as having some form of basis for protection of our society - it is no such thing.
'It is a concerning ideology, by reason of its consequences for communities and for parts of those communities.'
The judge said he did not believe Allchurch had expressed remorse for his actions, and the jury saw through him despite him seemingly having 'an answer for every challenge' under cross-examination.
At trial, Allchurch claimed he had not intended to cause offence and believed he was using 'accurate terminology' to describe different races. He also claimed the podcast was only intended for those who already subscribed to nationalist ideology.
Allchurch was convicted of 10 out of 15 counts of distributing audio material to stir up racial hatred between May 17 2019 and March 18 2021.
Each charge related to a separate episode uploaded by Allchurch to a public website called Radio Aryan, which has since been renamed Radio Albion.
The jury listened to each of the recordings, totalling around nine hours of audio.
Episode titles included Rivers Of Blood, Banned From The UK, The Foreign Aid Scam, Where The Jews Fit In and The Strawman Nationalist.
In the clips, Allchurch and his guests repeatedly used extreme racial slurs and propagated racist ideology while discussing topics such as grooming gangs, immigration, slavery and crime.

A got myself another dog today from the RSPCA. A white Staffy. 23 Months old. When I saw the age 1 Year, 11 Months, it was a sign!? She's well behaved - a White Nigger named Stella. 
Bigger than I wanted, but a Staffy is smaller than plenty of others. She fits through the Dog Door I built for my Nigger - which I'll still call the Nigger Door. And a poor white dog gets a new home. You know what they say: What is good for an abandoned dog is of the greatest virtue; what is bad ....
Not so good around other dogs, but she likes people. Took to me very quickly.
Got her for two weeks gratis on trial. Will pay $150 when the trial's up.

I did live the first ten years of my life amongst Scots Only family, and my family's occasional English, but mostly Scots and Irish friends. My family from those times would have described me in Scots, as "Stout and manfull, bauld and Wycht." That was Elizabeth in South Australia. Those type of people ended in the 1970's as the older died off, the younger married mix race with non-Scots Australian accented English or Italian descendant Australians, and niggers moved in. My father joined the army. So did I. By the time I got back, they were all dead or just hadn't connected in decades. I was the only one with true Scots parentage on both sides of my family. The rest are either dead or I just no longer care to know those people. Now, CREATIVITY IS MY FAMILY. RaHoWa!

Soldiers, horses and military bands marched. A Bishop popped a crown on the head of the man that was automatically accepted as king the moment his reining queen mummy died. Parliament could have tossed him out before the coronation and selected somebody else, but they like him. So Chuck stayed.
What Was All the Ceremony About? If you mean the military bands, horses and soldiers marching. The flag wavers, the singing God Save the King, what was all that about? It was a distraction designed to make you, the nobody, feel like you're part something greater - that you are not alone and the sovereign is with you through thick and thin. For you to believe that he'll always rule in your best interests.
And the fact is, although Chuck III has the legal power to rule, he does not rule. He does as he's told, or he'll be thrown out - just like his Great Uncle Eddie. Just like King James II of England/VII of Scotland who was replaced in order that Parliament could get their hands on the Dutch East India Company. Like the oil companies of today, the Dutch EIC was the only global rival to the British East India Company, and Britain had recently discovered they could not conquer Holland militarily, so a coup and a merger were organised by Parliament.
What About All the Praying and Preaching? That was about Chuck taking control of the Anglican Church. Two minutes of crown plonking and three hours of Anglican/Papist spookism linking Chuck with the tribal god of a primitive desert people that don't consider you or I to even be human. Three hours of magic incantations to the spook family in the sky, rub some filthy old Jewish oil on Chuck, and voila! He's the head of the Anglican Church - and now supposedly the Protector Of All Religions.
We'll have to test that one, one day. Will Chuck III, the mighty Protector of Religion get off his oily spotty bum and protect the Church of Creativity?

The affidavit also says Cooke's car was found abandoned a short distance away, and inside were a trash bag containing blood-soaked rags and towels, a Door Dash bag like one Cooke carried and an employment time card with Solis' name on it.
Investigators also obtained surveillance video from the house showing Cooke making the food delivery and, later, two Hispanic men carrying heavy trash bags outside.
Cooke had been reported missing by his wife after he never came home from his Uber Eats deliveries. Uber told investigators Cooke's last reported location was at the Solis home.
The victim drove for Uber Eats but wrote in a Facebook post on March 28 that he was looking for a new gig.
Cooke wrote: 'Looking for a career with a company or freelance position that flourishes on creativity. I am tenacious in my efforts and dedicated to the tasks to provide the best possible solution to convey the correct message.'
He listed his skills as website design, social media and video editing, among numerous other things.
