Slavic conservatives are as KKK in USA but with evolution of conservatives they will be in situation as USA today because they are Christians and democratic. They will accept all muds who are Christians and pro-Slav it is same conservative policy how USA conservatives want to Americanize all muds who support their pro-American policy.

Debt free state is possible if is money not under control of central bank ie. the government.
