Furious migrants are refusing to stay in tent shelters set up for them in New York City - at great expense to the taxpayer - as they prefer their plush hotels in Manhattan. A group of asylum seekers were seen being bused to Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn on Sunday. The site, part of a national park located in southeast of the New York City borough, is expected to hold 2,000 people. But they were immediately loaded on a bus back to Manhattan as they complained that they had jobs back in the city - and their kids had schools to attend... a New York Assemblywoman who represents the district where the field is located, sounded stunned as she filmed the puzzling scene. The migrants are seen getting off the blue Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus, walking past the main entrance of the tent, before walking straight onto another bus. A Tennessee doctor died while trying to ward off a robber from his wife and toddler, according to reports, leading police to make two arrests in Memphis, Tenn. Alexander Bulakhov, 32, was out on a walk with his wife Anastasia Bulakhov and their 2-year-old daughter on Sunday when a man appeared in a ski-mask brandishing a gun... The man, identified in the affidavit as Marious Ward, allegedly "demanded property" from the couple and Alexander "surrendered" what was in his wallet, including identification and a credit card. Ward then "pointed the firearm directly" at Anastasia and asked her to do the same, prompting Alexander to try and fight off Ward to "defend" her, the affidavit claims. During the scuffle, the gun went off and gravely injured the research doctor, according to the affidavit. He succumbed to his injuries after being taken to the hospital, the Memphis Police Department said in a press release. The suspects fled in a white vehicle that had "distinct" damages such as a missing rear bumper, a dented front door and a possibly broken glass window, the affidavit says, adding that surveillance footage shows the same vehicle "casing for potential victims" before the incident

Things are rapidly changing for them, including a difficult winter and lack of support from local governments. Many are considering going back to Venezuela. This is very revealing of the hypocrisy of sanctuary cities. They talk a big game ...

Chicago has become so unpleasant that migrants are fleeing back to Venezuela after being dumped in shelters and refused better-paying jobs.  Since August last year, 20,700 migrants have arrived in Chicago from Texas. The Lone Star State's Governor Greg Abbott sent migrants to Chicago and other Democrat-run cities because of their proud status as 'sanctuary cities.'  Now, Illinois' harsh winters, lack of migrant infrastructure, and ambivalent support from locals has made many people, who undertook the harsh US-Mexico border journey, actually turn around and go back home.  Venezuela-born Michael Castejon, 39, and his family have been sleeping on the floors of police stations and shelters after he could not afford to pay rent in Chicago – because his work permit was taking so long to arrive.

Even with city vouchers and rental assistance, it was not enough to sustain Castejon's family. Once that ran out, they ended up sleeping on the floor at a police station. After finding a job, it still was not adequate to survive. He felt it was better to return to Venezuela even with its harsh government... Hundreds of Illegal aliens in El Paso, the majority from Venezuela, will be sleeping in the streets since the shelters are at capacity...

The city of Chicago and Democrat Mayor Brandon Johnson is calling on city authorities to give black residents fewer parking tickets in an effort to push "racial equity."  The city has established a "Racial Equity Office," which pushes the idea that urgency is white supremacist, and has made its city police give fewer parking tickets to black residents.  "Chicago has a long history of racial disparities and social inequities, especially on the South and West Sides. ...

In order to achieve "racial equity," Johnson said, "we must acknowledge the injustices of the past and consistently include those who are most impacted by inequality in our policy and decision making, not just when it is easy or convenient."  "Demonstrating proper accountability towards people and the outcomes we are committing to is vital," the mayor added. "I am confident that this is just the beginning, and that the impact of this work will last for generations to come. I am proud of the work that is being done thus far to build systemic equity and secure racial justice for our residents." In the city's "racial equity report," it states that a goal for the city's Department of Finance is to implement a plan that will result in few parking tickets issues to "black and brown" residents of the Windy City...

Billy Chemirmir, 50, who was convicted last year in the slayings of two women, was found dead in his cell at a prison in rural East Texas, Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokesperson Hannah Haney said. He was killed by his cellmate who was also serving a prison sentence for murder, according to Haney. Chemirmir's death comes about two weeks after Texas' 100 prisons were placed on a rare statewide lockdown because of a rise in the number of killings inside the facilities, which prisons officials have said were related to drugs.  Family members of those he was accused of killing expressed shock and relief at the news. "My mother died in fear.  There's some relief in feeling that he didn't get off easily," Shannon Dion, whose 92-year-old mother, Doris Gleason, was among those Chemirmir was charged with killing, said at a news conference.

I was taken by surprise when they started that war with Russia and then that whole virus thing just disappeared.  After they ended it, however, it was clear that it would come back at some point. They clearly ended it because there was too much pushback, but they can let these things rest for a bit, and then bring them back in force, and people are less likely to push back against something they've already become accustomed to. It was totally clear to me that the virus hoax agenda is fundamental to these people's plans for the world, which include driving everyone into poverty, forcing genetic engineering on the population, and locking everyone into "15 minute cities."  Trump's claims are very coherent, and it seems to me he is likely right about how this will go...  this is the most likely in my opinion – is that they will start drumming things up now, but not go into full lockdown, then claim a bunch of people died, and use that as an excuse to go into full lockdown next year.

The pair had been having frequent arguments over the teen's pregnancy in the prior weeks. Faison reportedly wanted Fiengo to terminate her pregnancy but she refused and investigators believe her refusal was the "probable motive" for her murder, Sanford cops said in a release. ... Sanford police cuffed Faison Tuesday and charged him with two counts of felony homicide — one count for Fiengo and one count for her unborn child... Fiengo also had a 1-year-old son named Ace and was a devoted mother, her parents said at the time of her death.

Villagers have reacted with anger after it emerged the council is housing refugees in a newbuild estate where properties sell for more than £700,000. Residents living in rural Langtoft, Lincolnshire, say there is 'an outcry' over the plans to house Afghan and Ukrainian families on the £1.8million estate. They say locals who have been waiting for accommodation or those struggling to get on the housing ladder should be given priority. Property prices in the village are said to average £400,000. South Kesteven District Council bought 12 of the houses for just over £1.8million, using joint funding from the Government's Local Authority Housing Fund and the Council's Housing Revenue Account budget.  The dozen homes are a mix of two and three-bedroom new-builds and two-bedroom bungalows which were already identified for social housing, according to the council. They are the first of 21 houses earmarked for the re-homing scheme.

According to NBC Connecticut, Middletown police authorities received a complaint on Saturday that a crazy man was yelling and smashing glass on Liberty Street. ...
