Private Security for Whites

The  following is a proposal for the formation of a general conception of a 'White  Security Company', one which could serve the interests of White  Activists and be a potentially lucrative endeavor not necessarily requiring any great amount of capital investment and even effort:

1. Research laws relating to the legislation regarding private security in your local area (state; province; city; county; nation, etc.);

2. If the legislation is not overly onerous in terms of time, money and effort or skill requirements develop a business model for the security company (about which see below);

3. take whatever required certification courses and/or education to fulfill legislative requirements if any and to grant oneself a professional image as means of marketing to others: i) prospective clients; ii) prospective employees or partners;

4. once the company is established as an official company in the eyes of the law and/or regulatory agency pertaining to the security industry that makes it formally legitimate, begin hiring competent employees and/or partners if such employees and/or partners were not present throughout the initial steps in the following way and seeking the  following kind of people: i) ex-military/police or experienced, presentable guards for clients who want security people to appear in the public realm and create goodwill for the company, 'public faces of professionalism' and ii) for out of the way functions such as patrol night guards on construction sites, etc. the most experienced guards where appearances are not as essential as their experience makes them better than less competent 'faces' though obviously seeking the best all around people is the best course of action; iii) employ a secretary to handle secretarial functions; iv) someone to serve as an administrator and/or human resource officer; v) a supervisor for day and a supervisor for night shifts or a series of these; vi) a public relations manager or client liaison who will employ their communicative skills to appeal to clients (ideally this person would be ex-military or law enforcement as it creates the image of professionalism); vii) hire a sufficiently large contingent of guards to ensure the needs of clients are met.

In order to staff one's company one should of course start small becoming personally involved in it with his business partners and even working to cover the shifts of employees and to play the role of an active supervisor checking up on employees randomly during the 24 hour shifts as means of ensuring their compliance  with job related duties. In order to ensure that one obtains the highest quality employees he should pay higher than industry standard wages and benefit packages;

5. In order to appeal to clients one should make the lowest bids on contracts, ie. to be willing to work for less, receiving less than industry standard wages. This will of course appeal to companies that are frugal such as construction companies requiring security personnel to serve as a liability waiver for insurance purposes which work sites are minimally hazardous and thus will ensure easy income with minimal problems. Once a large enough contingent of clients is achieved one may increase the price of his services if desired though this may reduce good will with one's associates;


6.One should advertise one's company especially in phone books and in industry publications (construction and other) as well as through word of mouth, on billboards and bus shacks as well as whatever other media wold be appealing to people who own property and businesses that would require security;

7. Set up a physical office (this might be an initial step but is not necessary) in a professional building where clients can attend and for the administration to work. This might be done out of a house or a small apartment block that one and his partner's own or could be rented from a rental property management company. One could even live out of it outside of the office space and make it his residence;

8. i) Design a company logo and slogan that conveys to clients and to the public a sensation of security, of safety and yet is sufficiently idiosyncratic to stand out in their mind and be memorable such as the deodorant slogan 'by mennon'. This should be incorporated in the advertisements as well as even become a radio jingle for radio advertisement. Examples are "Panopticon Security: we're always watching"; "White Hand Security: stopping crime before it starts",etc.;  ii) the logo and possibly company name and slogan should be affixed to the uniforms of the security guards and should constitute the company logo displayed prominently in the office area and outside of the company and office headquarters as yet more advertising;  iii) the company should have multiple vehicles of low gas consumption preferably electric or using water-based or gasohol engines as means of further advertising keeping up with the environmentalist message for good will; all vehicles should be of a similar make and model and connote power, larger vehicles being better and if within the bounds of the law should be outfitted with sirens and cameras both front and back for recording footage;

9. The company should seek to hire itself out to public venues as means of increasing advertising and goodwill, such as in public events, concerts; sporting events; parties, etc. The guards used to staff the event should reflect the demographics of the venue as means of currying favour with the client and pleasing the demographics who attend;

10. The company should seek to acquire apartment blocks and large multi-room houses for housing its staff. This enables the staff to stay loyal to the company and acquire a sense of identity based upon their perpetual contact with their fellows. The housing would of course be optional and based on voluntary association and would have its own separate management team. The rent could be reduced to a reasonable amount to entice staff to live there as an added incentive which would create greater good will and company loyalty;

11. i) The staff could pool their  resources in communal investments and the partners of the company could invest their money mutually as means of increasing wealth, pooling it back into the company and branching outwards with a greater pool of clients and affiliates in other areas;  ii) The company could continue to grow, branching out in terms of its functions: 1) patrol security; 2) alarm system installation, monitoring and response; 3) bodyguarding and bouncers; 4) paramilitary contracting or more hazardous activities which would build the skill set of employees and/or bring aboard employees of a more highly trained calibre thus ensuring a greater likelihood of taking that particular area for the company as its de facto territory;

12. The area where property would be purchased can serve as a de facto pro-white community allowing only White staff to live there and securing the community shutting out others

SOUTH AFRICAN FAMILY RELIEF PROJECT THEFT

The following is an email I have sent to the Director of South African Family Relief Project http://www.safrpsa.org LEIGH OXLEY DUPREEZ who I had hired to type up writings of mine. This was in July. I received from her a completely unintelligible copy that appeared to have been done by a voice to text software program. I requested tht she redo it and she stated that she didn't have the proper equipment to hear the audio recordings properly and couldn't read the scans of my writings both of which I had sent her. I extended trust to her and send her $1500 by western union by way of Karin Smith as I could not send it directly to South Africa as Western Union claimed it was a security risk. This led to damaging my reputation with Western Union who have barred me from sending money.

After Leigh received the money she made endless excuses after I had emailed and called her repeatedly over the phone over several months and always it was another excuse and who after receiving $1500 Canadian dollars from myself just took the money and largely severed contact with me only on the rarest occasions responding to my phone and email.

Around December I received an edited copy of one of the 7 stories (a total of only 20 pages) that Leigh claimed to be corrected but which took me over 6 hours to recorrect and omitted some of the text which I had to reinvent thus subverting my original work. I would also have to spend another hour or two retyping it and this multiplied by 7 IF she would do it at all.

Over the next couple of weeks I have called and emailed but again received no response. I am hereby exposing that I have been defrauded of my money by the South Africa Relief Project and have requested a refund from Leigh via the following email:

"Hello Leigh Oxley Dupreez. I have been attempting to reach you but have not been able to receive a response from you via email or phone. Having had to correct the mistakes you have made for the second time (see attached) it indicates to me that you have not proofread the work as elementary errors have been made such as spelling 'there' with 'their', etc. This shows you have merely breezed through the typings and have not done it properly.

Also I have listened to my stories in audio format and they are very intelligible. I have also found other typists over the years and recently who have had no problems typing my writings and made few if any errors whereas your typings are fraught with errors to the extent of their being unintelligible.

From our last conversation I infer that since you are a xtian ('christian') you are not willing to properly type my writings as they are against christianity. Yet you undertook to do the job knowing full well what they contained. I must therefore request a refund as that is half the money I have and I am not in a position to make donations especially to those who are not willing to uphold the terms of their contracts. If I do not receive a refund of at least 3/4 of the value I have given you I will post this issue around the net to expose that you are not honourable.

As I have said in the last email I had to spend at least 6 hours editing your errors and will have to retype them taking at least another hour or two and this for the shortest story of which there are 7 thus making it amount to over 70 hours of additional work I will have to do if you ever finish the work you claimed you would do for me which, after over 5 months of waiting you have still not as the below email correspondence indicates. Hence I demand a refund of the  $1500 Canadian dollars which I have paid you for the work. According to most business law in most commonwealth countries you would be in fundamental breach given that you have not given me the consideration I requested and I have as the correspondence attached indicates been more than patient. This work of mine is very important to me and has taken me over 5 months to write and may not ever be seen by others given your unwillingness to do it in a reasonable manner, ie. so that it is verbatim and intelligible to the reader."

WHITE TERROR,  JEWISH PSYOP:

the psychological operation of 'White Terrorism' and the Jewish Cabal

The late 70s and early 80s saw a ramping up of the culture of kosher satanism, a sensationalistic culture of violent occultism which was designed to force the sheep back into the churches through fearmongering. This the jewish controlled media and entertainment industry brought into being through mass marketing selling their theatre of horror through the theatre of the real through creating a seemingly endless series of events designed to mind control the populace through trauma, and cow them into submission, justify the building up of draconian laws and strip the freedoms from them so as to more effectively put them under the yolk of their tyranny sending them to the churches to be fleeced for tithes and taxes for the priestly caste parasites and police state.

This psyop (a psyop which has been ongoing throughout probably the history of the jews) has never ended and in its crosshairs lies the greatest threat to jewish supremacy, namely the White Race which they are still attempting to eliminate from the earth so that they may take the world for themselves. At the time of its greater increase relative to the more benign culture which had existed previously such as exemplified in Alfred Hitchcock's movie 'Psycho', the populace had been subjected to the trauma of WW2 and yet were largely recovered from that period, the cabal therefore reckoning that it was time to add some more traumatic heat to get the White populace back into the churches or into a life of self-destructive pursuits (sex, drugs and rock n' roll etc.).

The Church of Satan was founded by the jew Howard Stanton Levy(aka. Anton Levy) and worked with the Hollywood pedophile jew Roman Polanski to create the movie "Rosemary's Baby", a vehicle of trauma that was mirrored in real life by the Manson Family as a means of inculcating into the minds of the populace the notion that art doesn't imitate life but life imitates art and thus fearmongering them to take one or the other of the above two courses: either the 'moral high ground' of jewish slavery in the church or the 'highway to hell' and self destruction. This movie was followed by such as 'Demian' and a series of others of the horror gore genre such as 'The Exorcist' and 'Halloween' which ushered in a more extreme form of fear porn to drive the timid masses into the church. Apparently the movie 'The Exorcist' was funded by the Catholic Church itself and served them well in swelling the ranks of their pews making diehards out of their milquetoast laity and spreading the gospel of false love as justification for global tyranny and supremacy for the jew world order.

From this point the notion was placed in the mind of the populace that horror and acts of terror were something particularly White and that it was the white male especially who was a potential problem source and thus must be someone to watch as the loose screw in the machinery of the system when really it was he who was the most lawabiding and essential component in its functioning. However it was for this very reason that the jewish oligarchs portrayed the white man as the major problem-as he was and is the major obstacle in their takeover of white created society. During this time (the late 70s and early 80s) the film and entertainment industry were producing a lot of content that attempted to humanize or glorify the culture and demographics of gangland while simultaneously and implicitly positing a christian moral stigma associated with it as a means of pandering to their christian demographic in such movies as 'The Godfather',etc. This and the horror movie industry paved the way for a kabbalistic black magic working of the theatre of the real where false flag orchestrated events the controlled media portrayed as occurring in real life were interwoven with the threat of Hollywood theatricality.

Always the villain was a white male; a 'psychopath'(as in the movie 'Psycho' of Hitchcock) who, though played by a jewish actor at times, was always presented as the average-everyday white male, the 'powder keg' of berserker fury who would erupt at the slightest provocation or based upon some loose screws in his machinery, irrationally and in an unpredictable manner. This was a means of constructing the identity of the White male as a menace to society on the basis of some form of nebulous psychological defect which was like a hair trigger waiting to go off under certain unknown conditions. The effect was to generate mistrust , ill will and attach a stigma to the white man who the jews' thereby cursed and demoralized.

The cryptic assault was designed to psychically emasculate the white male, especially the christian whose self-understanding was that of a virtuous and good sheep and thus further, through Pavlovian conditioning, either driving him back into the church and emasculating him further or or to entice him to adopt the behavior of this character: the psychopath; the irrational; dangerous; 'loose screw' or juvenile delinquent. Working simultaneous to the feminist agenda of encouraging a rebellious troublesomeness in women simultaneously this psychic attack served to diminish the white man's natural predilection for order and a self-understanding as a protector and defender of society thus having him either bind himself to the anti-white male narrative and 'turn and rend himself' in a christian psychopathological self-abasement, exacerbating a guilt complex and developing a self image as a violent extremist, something to be rejected and shunned thus negating his sense of self-worth or wholeheartedly embracing it and taking the 'highway to hell' in the satanic panic of the late 70s and 80s.

The psyop of white terrorism began to be introduced perhaps as early as the 60s with the Texas university campus sniper and the attempted portrayal of the assassin of JFK as a 'white supremacist' or 'right wing extremist' itself an anachronism as the 'right wing' could never be extreme as it represents the consensus and thus is necessarily mediocre, not extreme. In the early 80s, at the height of the psychopathologization of the White male in the jews media numerous false flag events occurred which were designed to portray the white man as a terrorist, as the single greatest threat to the (((safety and security))) of the system.

This perhaps was being introduced as a preemptive strike against the militia movement which was apparently beginning to react to the obvious gradual erosion of the status quo by the powers of state who didn't reflect the will of the populace and who were beginning to raise a red flag in the latter's collective consciousness which had to be modified through inverting the reality of that time, the state playing the 'good guy' hero role against the 'bad guy' white terrorists who wanted to create a white supremacist world and enslave non-whites, etc. Hence the event of James Huberty, the alleged San Ysidro California shooter. This perhaps established the precedent for the 'white terrorism' concept that would be played out subsequent to this point especially during the 80s when society was still largely white in America and when the jews were attempting to increase the population of mestizos from Mexico and other non-whites (eg. Cubans, etc.) as a replacement population for the whites.

The jews required a vilification of the white populations so that the non-whites could have something to point their finger at and make themselves feel like a part of a society they had neither created nor were an organic and necessary element of instead of what they really were, namely an invader and thief, robbing the whites of territory and resources in a purely self-serving way. This psyop of white vilification also worked to convince non-whites that they were superior mortals based upon their affiliation with the churches who were undoubtedly largely involved in enabling their passage.

The Huberty incident presents the figure of James Huberty , an ostensibly real individual as in all of the psyops of the jews; an individual who had 'extremist right wing views' and who was fraught with 'psychological problems' based upon his traumatic childhood experiences and his employment as an embalmer. His 'blow up' according to the narrative was that he had fallen on hard economic times and thus wanted to blame the nonwhite mestizos or at least to take out his pent up aggression on them in the border town he was residing in, thus demonstrating in the mind of the television public: 1) his aggressive irrationality; 2) his hatred of nonwhites; 3) his danger to safety and security; 4) his obsession with socio-economic status and failing to maintain such his willingness to throw his life away, directing his aggression against the 'Other' of his wild imaginings. Such is the message this event broadcast through the trauma based mind control of the media, merging the theatre of the real with the theatre of Hollywood.

At this exact time James Mason(free-mason?), apparently a prominent 'nazi', came out with a magazine called 'Seige' which associated in the public mind terrorism, white people and 'right wing extremism'. This periodical contained yet other events which allegedly happened around this time and were of a similar nature. Huberty was portrayed as an embalmer who had developed or had conjured up from the dark recesses of his psyche a fetishistic morbidity, a necrophilia where he was ostensibly inclined to investigate and derive sexual excitement from his work with corpses. This created the false association in the public mind between so-called 'right wing extremist' values and psychopathology, deviant psychology and violence as the outcome of this monstrous personality type who constituted a menace to the system and was necessarily inclined against it, towards its destruction.

Thus it can be seen that this type of created incident was merely manufactured and served the purposes of undermining the white demographic both psychologically and circumstantially. getting whites to turn against their own identity, to come to associate themselves with violence and to associate anyone who was white and who espoused pro white values with psychopathology, terrorism and a danger to (((law and order))) thus driving the whites who played a role in the so-called respectable class away from pro-white values and into the churches or the anti-white egalitarian camp, thus serving the jews' agenda of disempowering whites and simultaneously empowering themselves under the guise of 'equality' (eg. portraying non-whites as 'good christians' hurt by evil white nazis and consequently replacing the latter with the former and themselves taking the lions' share of power gradually and by stealth).
The incident of Frank Spisak, an alleged homosexual 'neo-nazi' serial killer was brought forth at this  time to introduce yet another false association that would pander to the christian demographic and encourage them to further separate themselves from the pro-white cause through their sexual inhibition and neuroses and to asperse and denigrate the worldview of Hitler and National Socialism. This sexual neurosis was further played up in the case of nazi party member Joseph Paul Franklin, the alleged or real shooter of Larry Flynt publisher of Hustler magazine, who targeted the latter out of a similar 'neurosis' of sexual inhibition. Thus can be seen the jews' playing up the angle of sexual deviance, both in the case of inhibition (Franklin) and exhibition (with the cross-dressing homosexual Spisak) and attempting to associate it in all forms they could with the national socialist worldview, what they stigmatized as 'neo-nazi white supremacism'.

Further episodes were added to the theatre of the real with the case of Joseph Christopher, the 'midtown slasher', a military member who was portrayed as having an irrational hatred of blacks and murdering them cutting out their hearts, and the case of Fred Cowan, who was portrayed as a disgruntled blue collar who attempted to take out his aggression against his jewish employer and nonwhite co-workers through his being dissatisfied and passed over for promotion. Thus the meaning of
the psyop can be inferred: to associate the white male worker and backbone of society with violence, bigotry and hatred at a level of 'fundamental psychopathology', inherent in his being and to implicitly denigrate and asperse the white man so that they the cabal could reduce his esteem and value both in his own eyes and in that of society as a whole.

All of these figures were portrayed by James Mason as heroic white men struggling against the system and presented as exemplars to emulate as a necessary course of revolutionary activism, to 'Seige' the system by striking against its soft targets, which was and is the general modus operandi prescribed in 'Seige'. Mason. who claimed in Seige to be a quasi-christian was attempting to draw a false association between christianity and national socialism, which were said to embody and realize a 'universal order'. This 'universal order' was a term he claimed to have derived from Charles Manson (man Sun, son of man) who he claimed was a nazi and was attempting to draw another parallel between national socialism, kosher satanism and terroristic violence such that the wholesome weltanschuang of Adolf Hitler which adhered to the laws of nature became entangled with that with which it had no necessary relationship, thus portraying it as a creed of 'hatred and violence' and positing it over and against christianity to condition the christian masses to shun, avoid and condemn it. Jame Mason was and is to this day probably a disinfo agent of the cabal and shill of this agenda of national socialist revolutionary activism in the form of lone wolf terrorism and leaderless resistance.

The concept of leaderless resistance and lone wolf activism was inaugurated at this time by the cabal to fulfill this agenda of associating white identity politics with violence and irrational hatred of the 'Other'. The klansman Louis Beam further amplified this theme with his concept of leaderless resistance, wherein lone wolf terrorists and small cells would take out system targets and foment chaos as a means of bringing the system down through this general idea did not originate with him but was only given a name based possibly on the novel of National Alliance founder William L Pierce's "The Turner Diaries", which plays out in fictional form, the overthrow of the system by a clandestine organization operating on the basis of this structure of lone wolves and small cells.

During the 80s another probable operative of MI5/6 and alleged ex-catholic priest David Myatt formed an organization which espoused a similar philosophy of neonazi satanism called 'The Order of 9 Angles' which, in its initiatic doctrines and in a handbook "A Practical Guide to the Strategy and Tactics of Revolution" explicitly called for the culling of anti-white system operatives as a necessary form of revolutioanry praxis to take down the system from the shadows in a 'sinisterly numinous' way, presencing the new aeon ushering in the age of Aquarius. The acts were to be carried out as a means of advance through the grade system of the order and in the name of the Aryan Liberation Army, the operative was to openly declare or give notice to the media of his affiliation with this ostensive army in hopes of generating copycat actions. That Myatt or his handlers had introduced the notion of 'neo-nazi satanism' in and around the time of James Mason and the 'satanic panic' in culture drew a 'nexion' connection between the terrorism and horror of this occult praxis (real or imagined) and white men such that their behaviour was associated in the public mind with psychopathology.

At this time movies were released portraying the villain as a neo-nazi psychopath and in one such, the movie 'Cobra' produced by the jews Golan and Globus and starring the jew Sylvester Stallone, the villains were a group of neo-nazi satanist terrorists who operated both within and without the system in random strikes against mainstream society as 'heros of the new world' and who could only be subjugated through extra-legal force on the part of a rogue police operative, the jew Stallone. This was intended to extend the boundaries of the notion of 'moral right' in its magian/christian sense in the popular consciousness such that the public approved of more draconian laws which could be justified in the democratic system enabling the jews to build the police state and target whites who posed a threat to their intended Zion global order through suppression by the police state.

Further escalating this theme Tom Metzger, a presumed crypto-jew came on the scene introducing the concept of the 'lone wolf' terrorist/freedom fighter. This specific name to characterize what Myatt and Mason had previously brought into the public consciousness in tandem with false false events. The satanic panic was ramped up as the 80s neared their end and with such fake events as the Menendez brothers; Richard Ramirez; Ted Bundy and Jeffrey Dahmer thrust into the public consciousness like the knife of Jason of Friday the 13th infamy. The Dahmer event attempted to perpetuate the false association between white male psychology and behavior and violent irrationalism, using prosthetic heads for alleged non-white 'victims' that the character of Dahmer tortured and executed in satanic rituals. Dahmer in recent years came to be revealed as a jew and the event a fake but the goals of the cabal were achieved: vilification of the white male; justification of censorship and the building up of the police state and portrayal of nonwhites as victims of white aggression as in the case of James Huberty and Joseph Christopher.

Most of these events undoubtedly had and have kabbalistic numerological and astrological elements that serve as a revelation of the method revealing to the  'goyim' what is being done to them and demonstrating the contrived nature of the events. Louis Beam's categorization of racial traitors into groups and allocating points for their assassination in his "letters from a Klansman", further attempted to reify and legitimize the notion of white terrorism in the public consciousness.

The portrayal of the "Order' (the Silent Brotherhood) around the early 80s as a legitimate organization (which in the writer's opinion is dubious) attempted to further bring this notion forward in the public consciousness substantiating the novel "The Turner Diaries" of Pierce with the 'real life' translation. Before we get into what exactly is in beer that you should be worried about, let's talk about how body reacts to alcohol in general.

Alcohol is metabolized by the body differently than all other calories you consume. Alcohol is one of the only substances that you consume that can permeate your digestive system and go straight into your bloodstream. It bypasses normal digestion and is absorbed into the body intact, where it goes straight into the liver.

Your liver is your main fat-burning organ. If you are trying to lose weight or even maintain your ideal weight, drinking alcohol is one of your worst enemies. The liver is going to metabolize alcohol first vs. the fat you want to get rid of – making weight loss even harder. Additionally, one of the primary functions of the liver is to remove environmental toxins from your body – if it is overtaxed with alcohol, the normal removal of these toxins becomes extremely diminished and can result in rapid aging, loss of libido, and other diseases.

The one thing that has gotten me before and I'm sure many of you – is the health marketing claims on alcohol products making drinking them seem like a good idea and an added "benefit" to your health. The low alcohol content of beer makes it appear as an innocuous beverage and something people throw back without even thinking about it. Who hasn't seen those studies that say a beer a day is great for you (I want to ask who ever stops at just one beer?)?


So, inherently, alcohol by itself is not a healthy person's best friend – but that's just the tip of the iceberg. Beer, especially American beer, is made with all sorts of ingredients beyond the basic hops, malt and yeast. There are numerous other ingredients used to clarify, stabilize, preserve, enhance the color and flavor of beer.

When you drink beer, there is almost a 100% chance that you don't know what you are drinking (unless you quizzed the beer companies like I did). The ingredients in beer are not required by law to be listed anywhere on the label and manufacturers have no legal obligation to disclose the ingredients. For regular beer, calorie levels and percent alcohol are optional and for light beer calories are mandatory but alcohol levels are optional.

Michele Simon, a public health lawyer, author of Appetite for Profit, and president of Eat Drink Politics told me the reason that beer companies don't disclose ingredients is simple: they don't have to.

"Ingredient labeling on food products and non-alcoholic beverages is required by the Food and Drug Administration. But a whole other federal agency regulates beer, and not very well. The Department of Treasury – the same folks who collect your taxes – oversees alcoholic beverages. That probably explains why we know more about what's in a can of Coke than a can of Bud. You can also thank the alcohol industry, which has lobbied for years against efforts to require ingredient labeling."

I figured if the beer companies aren't required to tell us the exact list of ingredients, I needed to investigate this for myself and asked them the pointed questions until I got the truth.

First of all, I was able to obtain a baseline list of "legal" additives allowed in beer from the book "Chemicals Additives in Beer" by the Center of Science and Public Interest. This list allowed me to ask specific questions about each beer I investigated. For example – beer sold here in America can contain several of the following ingredients:

    Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – alcohol is already addictive with some people, but with MSG?! Holy smokes.

    Propylene Glycol (an ingredient found in anti-freeze)

    Calcium Disodium EDTA (made from formaldehyde, sodium cayanide, and Ethylenediamine)

    Many different types of sulfites and anti-microbial preservatives (linked to allergies and asthma)

    Natural Flavors (can come from anything natural including a beavers anal gland)

    High Fructose Corn Syrup

    GMO Sugars – Dextrose, Corn Syrup

    Caramel Coloring (Class III or IV made from ammonia and classified as a carcinogen)

    FD&C Blue 1 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)

    FD&C Red 40 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)

    FD&C Yellow 5 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)

    Insect-Based Dyes: carmine derived from cochineal insects to color their beer.

    Animal Based Clarifiers: Findings include isinglass (dried fish bladder), gelatin (from skin, connective tissue, and bones), and casein (found in milk)

    Foam Control: Used for head retention; (glyceryl monostearate and pepsin are both potentially derived from animals)

    BPA (Bisphenol A is a component in many can liners and it may leach into the beer. BPA can mimic the female hormone estrogen and may affect sperm count, and other organ functions.)

    Carrageenan (linked to inflammation in digestive system, IBS and considered a carcinogen in some circumstances)


During my investigation, I couldn't get a single mainstream beer company to share the full list of ingredients contained in their beer. But I did get some of them to fess up to the use of these ingredients in writing so I'm going to share this information with you now.

Carcinogenic Caramel Coloring

Newcastle, a UK brand, confessed to using what I would consider one of the most controversial food additives. Toasted barley is usually what gives beer its golden or deep brown color, however in this case, Newcastle beer is also colored artificially with caramel color. This caramel coloring is manufactured by heating ammonia and sulfites under high pressure, which creating carcinogenic compounds. If beer companies were required by law to list the ingredients, Newcastle would likely have to have a cancer warning label under California law because it is a carcinogen proven to cause liver tumors, lung tumors, and thyroid tumors in rats and mice.

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)

Many of the beers I questioned contained one or more possible GMO ingredients.

    High Fructose Corn Syrup (Guinness – unable to provide an affidavit for non-GMO proof)

    Corn syrup (Miller Light, Coors, Corona, Fosters, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Red Stripe)

    Dextrose (Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch Light, Michelob Ultra)

    Corn (Red Stripe, Miller Coors Brand, Anheuser-Busch Brands)


Most beers brewed commercially are made with more GMO corn than barley. Many of the companies I contacted dodged the GMO question – however Miller Coors had a very forthcoming and honest response. They stated "Corn syrup gives beer a milder and lighter-bodied flavor" and "Corn syrups may be derived from a mixture of corn (conventional and biotech.)", admitting their use of GMOs.

Pabst Blue Ribbon responded saying their corn syrup was "special" and "made of carbohydrates and some simple sugars like dextrose and maltose. The sugars are fermented into alcohol and CO2, and the carbohydrates, both from the corn syrup and the malt, remain in the beers as flavor, color and body components."

Dextrose and maltose can come from a variety of substances that are sweet, but likely are derived from GMO corn because it is super cheap for a company to use corn instead of fruit or other non-GMO sources. With cheap beer – you are not just getting a cheap buzz, you are getting the worst of the worst. Just like with cheap fast food – if you don't invest in your beer – you will be drinking a lower quality product like Pabst Blue Ribbon that is made from GMO Corn and Corn Syrup.

In 2007, Greenpeace found unapproved and experimental GMO Rice strain in Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser, Bud Light) beer. Anheuser-Busch responded saying their US-grown long-grained rice "may have micro levels" of a genetically engineered protein called Liberty Link, but added that the protein is "substantially removed or destroyed" during the brewing of beer sold domestically. Don't you think it's hard to trust any beer company that gets caught using experimental food made in a laboratory? GMOs have not been tested long term on human beings and one of the main pesticides (Roundup) they spray on GMO crops are linked to inflammation, cancer and other diseases.

High Fructose Corn Syrup & Fish Bladders

Speaking of trusting companies, let's get one thing straight, Guinness beer is no longer owned by the Irish, they are now owned by a large beer conglomerate called Diageo and manufactured in over 50 different countries. No matter how many St. Patty's Day celebrations you've had with this dark stout, it's time to stop because they use high fructose corn syrup in their beer (4/2/14 Update: Guinness Beer claims they do not use high fructose corn syrup any longer, but refuses to disclose ingredient affidavits or full of list of ingredients.) But, Guinness beer also contains isinglass, a gelatin-like substance produced from the swim bladder of a fish. This ingredient helps remove any "haziness," solids, or yeast byproducts from the beer. Mmmmm... fish bladder sounds delicious, doesn't? The sneaky thing this beer company does like many of the companies mentioned here today is create an illusion of using the best ingredients when in actuality what they tell you publicly on their websites is a complete farce. On Guinness FAQ's – they have a question that states: "What are the key ingredients in Guinness" and the answer doesn't reveal the whole picture – it only states "Our key ingredients – other than inspiration – are roasted, malted barley, hops, yeast and water." What BS, right? You have to call, email, question and know the right things to ask to even have a chance at getting the truth. This is insanity.

So What Beers Are Additive and GMO Free?

If you enjoy the occasional beer and wish to maintain your healthy lifestyle, choosing one without GMOs and additives is ideal. Unfortunately, most of the mainstream beers available have additives, but luckily, there are a few that don't. For example, Sierra Nevada, Heineken, and Amstel Light (8/1/13 Update: Heineken reached out to me personally to say their customer service department made an error in telling me and others who called their beer has GMOs. I met with a head brew master and have viewed affidavits from the company and confirmed Heinken and Amstel Light do not contain GMOs – they apologize for the confusion.) appear to be pretty clean (but these companies still wouldn't disclose the full list of ingredients to me. They did say they use non-GMO grains, no artificial ingredients, stabilizers or preservatives).

German Beers are also a good bet. The Germans are very serious about the purity of their beers and enacted a purity law called "Reinheitsgebot" that requires all German beers to be only produced with a core ingredient list of water, hops, yeast, malted barley or wheat. Advocates of German beers insist that they taste cleaner and some even claim they don't suffer from hangovers as a result.

An obvious choice to consider is also Certified Organic Beers. They are required by law to not include GMOs and other harmful additives. Organic beers also support environmental friendly practices and reduce the amount of pesticides and toxins in our air, support organic farmers – which is a huge plus. (To this day, the beer drinkers in my family haven't found one they love so if you have suggestions, please let us know in the comments!)

Craft & Microbrews Beers – For certain local craft and micro beers, you can ask those companies for a list of ingredients and many of them will be up front with you. However, companies like Miller Coors are slowly closing in on craft beers and buying them up one by one... like they did when they created the unique popular variety called Blue Moon (the beer you drink with an orange) and Anhesuer-Busch did this with Rolling Rock and Goose Island Brewery. Make sure your favorite craft and microbrew is still independently owned and controlled before taking a sip.

In the end – if you decide to drink beer, you are definitely drinking at your own risk for more reasons than just the crazy ingredients that could be in them. The key point to remember is – if you like to drink beer and want to be healthy, drink it infrequently and quiz the beer companies for the truth. Find a beer that you can trust and stick with it.
