Proof that there is no Justice. Just us!

They talk about equality and justice. Citing a fantasia of nefarious impact on Abos brought about by White Colonialism, they intend to impose laws against punishing Aboriginal Australians to the same degree that they punish White Australians. This is already the standard operating procedure in courts in many states. Worse still, as we already know, whenever anyone who happens to be black and living in Australia puts their hand out, they are automatically accepted and treated as if they are indigenous to Australia. i.e. As an Australian Aborigine.

One law for the Whites, one law for the Blacks - you lose out, Whitey. So what are you going to do about it, White man?

THE High Court has been asked to lay down a "statement of principle" on the sentencing of indigenous offenders that takes account of the profound social impacts of colonisation and the gross overrepresentation of Aborigines in prison.

... barrister, Dina Yehia SC, argued that social deprivation "cannot be considered in a vacuum" and urged the court to take into account systemic factors affecting Aborigines, including the generational impacts of mass incarceration, alcohol abuse and family breakdown.

It was not just indigenous men who were grossly over-represented in prisons, but also women and children, she said.

Ms Yehia said her client was not arguing for a "race discount" ....

A couple of nights ago I spoke to a guy who seemed white but said he had Abbo in him. he told me that he was hard on luck and money and asked the Centrelink for assistance as he had Abo in himand he took his Grandma there too  to  try get credibility, they didn't want to know him.

Anyway he told me that multinational  resource group "Inpex"  had to take 20% of their work force from Abbos as part of their contract. SO if he identified as an Abbo .. they'd be likely to select him on the grounds of race. It doesn't matter to the Company, if they get a white Abbo or a Black one their criteria is set out they must at least employ a workforce of 20% Abbo.

There are three schools of thought regarding Abos.

Handouts
The first is as your acquaintance discovered - If the claimant looks White, they will discriminate against them if they can get away with it. The second is that if the claimant has black skin - doesn't matter its origins, then the claimant gets whatever it wants. ... Brotherhood of the Nigga and all that C-Rap.

Without Handouts
There are red and libtard groups that want us all to identify as Abos. Not to get a handout, but to join in with the hate Whitey crowd. Let the guilt build up ... refuse to propagate the species ... that sort of thing. One such place is the Institute for Post Colonial Studies. http://ipcs.org.au Some time ago, I sent them a letter, which for some reason, they failed to reply.

To Mr Dylan Bird,

Your institute is an institute of hatred with contempt for reality. On the one hand you treat the biological separation of humanity into different races as a myth, and even go as far as to preach that it is society and culture that decide whether a person is indigenous to this country. And yet, you still choose to treat colonialism and White people with disrespect on every turn. Your form of Aboriginality is nothing less than Indigenous Nationalism. i.e. Black Supremacism in an attempt to exterminate White people through their assimilation into indigenous Australian culture and society. That is by definition, genocide.

I, and millions of others, view your behaviour with contempt. We as White Australians will not be joining your Aboriginal Nation of Indigenous Overlords that you seem to propose. Instead, we will steadfastly maintain our White Australian identity, culture, race and society in the face of your postcolonial racism.

Furthermore, there are many Indigenous Australians who feel the same. They are proud of their Aboriginality and dismiss the idea of marrying outside their race. Nevermind accepting a White man or woman or even an Afghani for example as an Indigenous Australian, simply because he or she chooses to self identify as indigenous to this nation. And I for one respect them for their stance. You Sir, deserve no such respect. If you are a White man, then you are a traitor to your race – and the same can be said if you do indeed have any Aboriginal heritage. Your views are an insult to both Aboriginal and White Australians, and the day that your Institute of Postcolonial Studies is closed down, the better for all Australians.

That's a very good letter. It's a shame nobody wrote back to you.  :'( poor old abbos.. and white abbos for that matter, people actually question what percentage of Aboriginal blood they have.. and that is a "white way " of looking at things according to them.

I recall seeing a televised debate and a full blood Abbo said she didn't identify the white looking Abbo as being "one of her mob". That's racist isn't it?

Infact rivalling factions of Abbos in Wadeye NT , hate each other's guts and fight over stuff like clan and language differences, riots with 200+ people. That's racist isn't it?

Well I guess it is only "racist" to scrutanise Abbos if you are white!
As far as Abbos going to prison for crimes go..and being over represented in Gaol goes, well perhaps they should behave and then they wouldn't go to prison?
