It's really terrible to see that these Universities/Colleges (a.k.a. indoctrination centers) have mind polluted our children into believing this is a positive subject to promote, but no real surprise. Especially when I place a piece of paper stating that "It's ALRIGHT TO BE WHITE" or ask the question of if you're "Proud To be White?", I'm banished from their campuses forever. It definitely makes it easy to see the mindset of our enemies.

University of Illinois student government passes anti-Israel BDS resolution, school says there are 'no plans' to act on it

By Joseph A. Wulfsohn | Fox News

HBO host Bill Maher hits back at Rep. Rashida Tlaib's call to boycott his show after he criticized the BDS movement.

The student government at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) passed a resolution in favor of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions (BDS) movement in the early hours of Thursday morning.

There has been a divide on college campuses across the country between those in favor of the BDS movement, which advocates for the rights of Palestinians in disputed territory bordering Israel, and pro-Israel advocates, who call the financial targeting of the Jewish state "anti-Semitic."

The resolution, which was introduced by the leadership of UIUC chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), called on the university to sever ties with companies "that profit from human-rights violations in Palestine and other communities globally." It also called for the school to end partnerships with companies that provide weaponry and technology to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to the Jewish News Syndicate.

After a six-hour debate, the voting resulted with 20 in favor, nine against, and seven abstentions.

Rabbi Dovid Tiechtel of Illini Chabad condemned the resolution's passing, stressing that it was rejected twice before and that it was passed because "the system was manipulated in the senate after ISG was stacked with anti-Israel students."

"We know this vote does not represent the values and beliefs of students and faculty at the University of Illinois. Illini Chabad is proud of the hundreds of Jewish students and their allies who came out to advocate for themselves to their representatives," Tiechtel said.

In a statement from UIUC, the university clarified that the Illinois Student Government (ISG) is "an independent organization that can pass non-binding resolutions on any topic it chooses." However, the university currently has "no plans" to act on the resolution.

"ISG resolutions are non-binding, and the university has no plans to act on this one," the university stated. "We are committed to dialogue and to supporting students as they navigate challenging conversations about diversity and inclusion, and we will continue to plan programming designed to build understanding of different perspectives on complex and divisive issues."

Native American mascots may become banned in Illinois

by WICS/WRSP Staff
Wednesday, February 26th 2020

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) — A new bill would prevent Illinois schools and sports teams from having a Native American logo or mascot.

Native American imagery would be allowed if the school does all of the following:

* Receives written consent from a Native American tribe within 500 miles of the school, and the consent must be renewed every five years
* Conducts a school-wide program on Native American culture, to be held at least twice a school year
* Offers an academic course on Native American contributions to society
* Files an annual report with the State Board of Education that explains the academic programs on Native Americans the school has offered throughout the school year

The bill states that anyone who fails to comply with the law will be ineligible to play in any playoffs.

The bill was introduced by Rep. Maurice A. West II, D-Rockford.

The University of Illinois came under fire over the last several years for its previous mascot depicting a Native American Chief Illiniwek. The university has already taken action to remove Chief Illiniwek (pictured above) as its mascot.

It has been assigned to the Elementary and Secondary Education: School Curriculum and Policies Committee.

Another vial story that could have been prevented. But truthfully I don't expect any better from Chicago. It's just another example of what happens when our enemies have total control.

ICE: Chicago released previously-deported felon who went on to sexually assault toddler

By Sam Dorman | Fox News

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) has been given an integral responsibility in overseeing US border and national security. Here's what you need to know about the vital federal law enforcement agency, ICE.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)is publicly shaming Chicago authorities, claiming that they released a Mexican citizen who later sexually assaulted a toddler at a fast food restaurant.

Chrstopher Puente, 34, was arrested on Feb. 19 for sexually assaulting a 3-year-old despite ICE's previous request that police continue detaining the previously deported felon. According to a press release on Thursday, Puente had two felony convictions for forced-entry burglary and forgery.

Despite his background, Chicago declined ICE's June 2019 request to detain Puente -- raising more concerns about a jurisdiction already under fire for defying ICE. A CBS affiliate reported that Puente confessed to placing "the child on his lap while he was in a restroom stall, pulled off her pants, and covered her mouth when she started calling out 'daddy daddy.'"

ICE filed an immigration detainer for Puente after his most recent arrest.

The agency reported in January that Cook County, which includes Chicago, denied more than 1,000 detainer requests in fiscal year 2019 alone. Detainers are requests by federal immigration enforcement for local jurisdictions to keep in custody immigrants who have been arrested on criminal charges and are believed to be "removable." Those denials translated into 1,070 criminal aliens and immigration violators getting released.

Chicago police did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment. Robert Guadian, field office director of Chicago Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), blamed what he called "irresponsible lawmaking" for Puentes release.

“How many more victims must there be before lawmakers realize that sanctuary policies do not protect the innocent?” Guadian asked. “Puente should have been in ICE custody last year and removed to his home country. Instead, irresponsible lawmaking allowed him to walk free and prey on our most vulnerable.”

Cook County, which includes Chicago, had previously come under fire from then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who threatened to revoke federal funding over its sanctuary status. The Justice Department also sent letters to New Orleans, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Milwaukee, and New York City.

ICE official Henry Lucero previously warned that Illinois' sanctuary status made it more difficult for federal authorities to track criminals.

“The most concerning issue about working in an area that refuses to cooperate with ICE is not only that we do not know which criminal aliens are being released from custody, but the public doesn’t know either,” he said.

The sanctuary issue has put a long list of states under scrutiny as the administration has blamed local laws for crime against American citizens.

ICE reported earlier this month that hundreds of Orange County Jail inmates on whom the agency had active detainers were re-arrested over the past two years on charges including rape, assault with a deadly weapon and child sex offenses -- after local authorities released them without notifying ICE.

According to county data, officials at the Southern California jail didn't notify ICE when it released 2,121 inmates with detainers on them over 2018 and 2019. Over that same period, another 1,315 were released "to ICE upon completion of their local sentences in accordance with" California's sanctuary regulations laid out in Senate Bill 54, an ICE press release said.

Transgender inmate accused of rape

By Bruce Rushton

A transgender woman sent to Logan Correctional Center from a men's prison has faced rape accusations and remains at the women's prison in Lincoln after the governor's office reportedly overruled a move by corrections officials to return her to a men's facility.

More than one Logan inmate has reported being sexually assaulted by Janiah Monroe, known as Andre Patterson by the Illinois Department of Corrections, according to court documents. In a federal lawsuit aimed at forcing corrections officials to adequately treat gender dysphoria and improve care for transgender inmates, Dr. William Puga, head of psychiatry for the Department of Corrections, last year testified that Monroe wasn't welcomed when she was moved to Logan last spring.

"Dr. Puga received information that Monroe threatened staff and other inmates," U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Rosenstengel wrote in a December injunction ordering the Department of Corrections to provide hormones to transgender inmates and cease making housing assignments based on genitalia or physical appearance. "Women at the facility filed complaints against Monroe under the Prison Rape Elimination Act; some were false but many were legitimate." Puga also testified that Monroe stopped taking hormones after arriving at Logan.

A sexual misconduct charge against Monroe has been upheld. Alan Mills, her attorney, says it was a case of consensual sex. Other sexual assault allegations, he says, weren't proven.

"All I can tell you is none (of the accusations) have been found to be founded and all have been denied by her," Mills says. He adds that Monroe, who has a history of mutilating her genitals and has attempted to castrate herself, denies that she's stopped taking hormones. Monroe has requested surgery so that her body matches her gender identity.

On Feb. 10, a Logan inmate filed a Jane Doe lawsuit against several Logan prison employees, alleging that Monroe had raped her and that she was wrongly punished after reporting the assault to prison staff, who discounted it. Like the plaintiff, Monroe isn't identified by name in the lawsuit, but multiple sources confirmed that she is the person accused of rape.

The lawsuit came three days after U.S. District Court Judge Michael Mihm issued an injunction barring the Department of Corrections from moving Monroe to a men's prison without providing 14 days notice to the court and her lawyer and an explanation showing why a transfer is necessary.

The Department of Corrections tried to move Monroe out of Logan last June, about three months after she was moved to the women's prison from Pontiac Correctional Center, where she says she was sexually assaulted, harassed and abused by inmates and staff. In a written statement to the court, Monroe says that she was put in a van that made it to the prison gate before turning around. In her statement, Monroe says she was told that the governor's office stepped in to stop a transfer to Pontiac.

"(W)hat happened was, the governor's office called someone at the Department of Corrections and said, 'Don't let this happen,' and it didn't," Mills says. He said he didn't know how the governor's office learned that Monroe was being moved. The governor's office didn't immediately respond to an email from Illinois Times asking about the aborted transfer.

Rape allegations aside, Monroe's time at Logan hasn't been easy.

She's been housed in segregation for her own safety, according to court records. In October, she attempted suicide with a razor. Her injuries were serious enough that she was treated outside prison grounds.

Louis Meyer, attorney for the inmate who says that she was punished for reporting that she'd been raped by Monroe, said that the alleged assault occurred last summer, about a month after prison officials began transfer proceedings that were cut short. "It's going to come down to a jury sizing up the individuals and testing their credibility," Meyer said.

Shortly after the alleged assault, Glen Austin, then Logan Correctional Center warden, testified in a deposition that Monroe had told officials that she had no sexual interest in women. Mills said it's common for inmates, having no other opportunities, to have sex with other inmates even though they identify as heterosexual.

Austin described Monroe's time at Logan as "turbulent."

"Multiple tickets, serious infractions, previous PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) allegations, inappropriate sexual behavior and a confirmed investigation that substantiated sexual misconduct," Austin said in his July deposition. "Her actions here at the facility, I think with her history, to me it is very concerning."

Monroe, 30, has been locked up since 2005, when she was charged with shooting two people outside a barbershop. In 2006, she strangled her cellmate in the Cook County jail. Department of Corrections records show she's serving time for 11 felonies, including second degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery, aggravated battery involving a government employee, three counts of aggravated battery involving a peace officer, two counts of aggravated attempted arson, damage to government property and bringing contraband into a penal institution.

The December injunction issued by Rosenstengel requires the Department of Corrections to develop policies to ensure that decisions about treating gender dysphoria are made by qualified medical professionals. The injunction also states that the department must allow inmates to obtain evaluations for gender dysphoria upon request and provide access to clothing and grooming products consistent with gender identities.

"The court recognizes that these changes will take time, but in light of the serious deficiencies in IDOC's treatment of transgender inmates, (the court) seeks assurance that progress is underway," Rosenstengel wrote. Concerned that the Department of Corrections wasn't taking transgender issues seriously, the judge ordered top prison officials named in the lawsuit to read the transcript of a two-day hearing that resulted in the injunction.

Mills said he doesn't think feelings about Monroe or other transgender people are uniform at Logan.

"I think you can't talk about everybody at Logan as a group any more than you can on the outside," Mills said. "Some people are extremely comfortable with transgender folks, some are not. The same is true with race. ... We have rules against discrimination within society. Discrimination based on sexual orientation is one of them."

Niggers chimping out in the next town over. Nothing new for the city of Carbondale

3 juveniles arrested, 2 suspects still sought after Wednesday night Carbondale shooting

Mar 12, 2020

Three juveniles were arrested after shots were fired from a moving vehicle Wednesday night in Carbondale. No one was injured.

According to a news release from Carbondale Police Department, officers responded just after 10 p.m. to the 200 block of East Larch Street for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they heard additional shots fired in the 1000 block of North Robert A. Stalls Avenue.

Officers learned the shots were fired by individuals inside of a moving vehicle. Officers pulled over the suspect vehicle in the 800 block of North Marion Street, and the occupants fled on foot. Officers were able to arrest three of them — they are all juvenile males from Carbondale, police said. Police suspect there were two other occupants in the vehicle who got away, and said they are still seeking the location and identities of those two other possible suspects.

Police said some property was damaged but no one was injured.
