Since moving into my new home seven months ago, I've been looking at the best way to set up my boxing bag without having to a drill a million holes in the brick façade or spend a fortune on a boxing bag stand. An A-Frame of crossed beams and an anchor chain connected to the wall (means one hole drilled) looks like the best and cheapest way so far. And the added benefit is, with a bit of creativity, the A-Frame can be adapted to other purposes, like, for example, chin-ups.
