Title: White Australian Woman Imprisoned for Slapping an Asian Girl
Post by: Rev.Cambeul on Tue 19 Apr 2016
The sentence is twelve months - The crime was racially insulting an Asian teen girl, slapping her across the face and pulling her hair.

Meanwhile, non-Whites receive less - often with charges completely dropped - when they beat a White Australian nearly to death. Even the outright murder of a White Australian is a minor offence resulting in a year or so in prison. So, broken bones and permanent physiological and psychological scars mean nothing to the liberal establishment when it's a White person on the receiving end. Typically, the non-White thug or group of thugs is shooed out of the area while the White victim is shipped off to a hospital. No charges means no racially motivated Black on White crime need be covered up.

Quote from: MSMExtract: Nicole Boyle's menacing rants began not long after she and her then-boyfriend stumbled onto a nearly full train at Parramatta last July.

Witnesses told police they were unsteady on their feet and reeked of alcohol as Boyle launched into a feral spray against a 15-year-old girl, telling her she needed to go back to "eating rice" and called her a "chink".

Boyle later boarded a bus where she made hateful remarks to people of African and Pacific Islander appearance.

She pleaded guilty last year to assault and offensive language after the incident on June 8, 2015 on the train from Parramatta to Lidcombe.

The court heard as the train approached Lidcombe, the 34-year-old pulled the teenager up by her hair, and slapped her.

Boyle accused the young girl of calling her "white trash" and threatened to "f****** headbutt" her.

Magistrate Alex Mijovich rejected claims by defence lawyers that the train rant wasn't racially motivated. He sentenced her to a maximum 12 months in jail during a sentencing hearing on Tuesday.

Knowing the racial make-up of the Western Suburbs of Sydney, I don't doubt for a second that the Asian girl felt completely comfortable referring to a White couple that "were unsteady on their feet and reeked of alcohol" as "White Trash." The magistrate has however determined either 1: Only White people can be racist, or 2: White people accused of racially motivated crimes are liars.

Think about it: Why, on a train filled with predominately non-White passengers, would Ms Boyle have singled out one particular Asian teen? And then as the majority of the carriage turned on her, why would she not rightfully turn her anger on them and other non-Whites that crossed her path in that journey? What was Ms Boyle supposed to do? Run and find a policeman and report the nasty Asian girl for racial abuse? The copper would laugh at her, tell her to build a bridge and get over it ... or threaten Ms Boyle herself with charges of disturbing the peace, drunk and disorderly, lock her up with the black trash in the drunk tank, or perhaps charge her with some fanciful racially motivated offence for merely reporting her feelings of upset and discomfort brought about by that racist Asian girl?

No, Ms Boyle may not have handled this in the best way, but she did what she had to do and handled the situation herself, rather than wasting time running to a copper or doing what the Asian girl wanted and having another White Australian woman crawling into a corner to cry in fear.

It's just a shame how the police and judicial system handled it. And they claim that Australia is racist towards non-Whites? We White Australians are getting angrier by the day. We will remember this.
