I know that every time I've been to Subway, it's been, What bread and which salad? FFS. It doesn't matter how much you point at their sign and say "I want that", they still want you to tell them what to put on it. And then they charge you a fortune anyway. I stopped going to Subway because I know wogs/Greeks where I can get a real souvlaki/garlic yiros for a fraction of the price and better done without having to piss about with the Subway morons.
Besides that, most Subway stores are run by imported niggers - which I never allow to serve me in a supermarket, let alone food.
