In Australia we have "St Vincent de Paul" AKA "Vinnies" a church run charity store.
Then there is rapper 50 cent AKA "Fiddy".
So these African rapefugees are either :- "The Vinnies" or the "Fiddys" in how they dress.
This guy is definitely the "Vinnies".
They always gotta look dumb!
