'I'm not jumping in after you.' Arizona Police Officers Placed On Leave After Watching Man Drown

Officer: "What are you doing my friend" Bickings: "I'm going to go for a swim, I'm free to go right?" Officer: "You're not allowed to swim in the lake" The Tempe Police Department released bodycam footage of the moments leading up to the drowning of a man in Tempe Town Lake on May 28.
The incident began as an apparent domestic violence situation between the man, identified as Sean Bickings, and his wife. The incident is under investigation.
