Title: Discrimination Against Whites
Post by: Maritz on Wed 21 Oct 2009
Every now and again we have some mud or liberal White who wants to tell us that Apartheid is to blame for all black failures. One of these failures is the poor performance of blacks when it comes to graduating from high school with a matric certificate. When faced with Logic ... these assholes fall out the bus.

The current matriculants of South Africa are about 18 or 19 years old. That means they were born after mandela was released from prison and all Apartheid laws have been abandoned. Since then blacks have enjoyed "Affirmative Action" and "Black Economic Empowerment" and many have become stinking rich from this blatant racist discrimination and blacks being advantaged in the work place. Blacks enjoy quota systems at universities that advantage them over Whites, coloureds and indians. When they are finished with university they get further advantaged when they apply for a job, because of AA and BEE. Every time they change jobs they get further advantaged through more AA and BEE ... yet blacks still lag behind the rest of the races in South Africa and will do so forever.

Blacks were not the only ones who were so called "disadvantaged" by Apartheid. Coloureds, indians and chinese were all "suffering" under Apartheid, yet the indians and chinese were some of the richest people in South Africa under "Evil Apartheid". Amazing don't you think ? The only ones who constantly claim to have been victimized were the useless nigger.

The ANC constantly wants to tell the world how Apartheid robbed blacks from their education. This is total and utter nonsense. We who grew up during Apartheid will tell you about thousands of schools built for blacks by the White Apartheid government. Universities for nignogs and coloureds were common for anyone who wanted to study further. One just needs to look around in SA today to see the many black and coloured academics, lawyers, doctors, etc that all got their education because of the wonderful Apartheid system, not inspite of it. Compared to the rest of Africa, South African blacks had the highest literacy and tertiary education rates on the continent, especially during the 1980's. Despite all the schools we Whites built for the nigger, they would burn it all down. They did not want the White man's education. They said it was because they had to learn Afrikaans - what bullshit !

I want to know what their excuse is today. None of todays black matriculants ever experienced Apartheid. Why do they not want to study ? Blacks today can attend any White school they wish for free. Buses are organised for them from the townships to school and back again. Even their school clothes are for free if they are too poor. Blacks today have NO EXCUSES.

Below is a report on the MEC of education in the Western Cape paying a surprise visit to two black schools in black townships who just happens to be the two worst performing schools of the province ... what does he find ... something that we have known for years. Blacks simply have no interest in studying and educating themselves. School is a place where you get together to find someone to bonk and where you can buy your choice of drug. That is the only reason the MEC found 19 matrics actually present at a school that should have around 120 matriculants.

http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=124&art_id=vn20091016131727503C300957 (http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=124&art_id=vn20091016131727503C300957)

But that is not all ... when niggers fail matric on a massive scale, The ANC government just throws more White taxpayer's money at it ... A R135 million [$1=R7.35] in fact in the form of a "second chance remedial project" for useless blacks who keep on failing ... a second time ... a third time ... etc.

Blacks are a failed race. No amount of money thrown at them will ever bring them up to the standards of Whites. Evolution takes thousands of years. Blacks should be separated and allowed to evolve at a natural pace, if thats possible. They will be happy and we will be happy. Liberals commies should stop lying to blacks and telling them they are equal to us. They never have been and never will be. Blacks should just aspire to be the best Kaffirs they can ever be ... you know the type that still says "Baas"[Master" ... now that is a good Kaffir.

Afrikaners Not "Minorities" - Minorities Not Minorities Either  :o

Afrikaner minority-rights activists yesterday launched a determined verbal attack at the African Human Rights Day conference in Parktown - with Afrikaner intellectuals climbing into the draft report drawn up by ANC-officials for the UN Human Minority Rights Commission conference in Geneva on November 11. This event was heavily-censored by the SABC-news TV however, which merely reported the following :

"South Africa does not need a special dispensation to cater for indigenous groups and minorities as its Constitution protects and guarantees the cultural, linguistic and religious rights of all her people," the IEC "president" Pansy Tlakula told a meeting looking at minority rights. However, the often very angry, heated debate between the small number of Afrikaners and the black majority at this meeting - and which had led to this statement by Tlakula - was not reported by the SABC-TV at all. And even though they also interviewed Dr Dan Roodt, the Afrikaner intellectual who headed this highly-critical minority-delegation, the SABC-TV chose not to broadcast this interview thus far.

Yesterday's African Human Rights Day conference was called by the SA human rights commission to gain the stamp of approval for their concept report - however the Afrikaner intellectual delegation - comprised of Dr Pieter Duvenage, Dan Roodt, Louis Smuts and Andre Alkema, sharply criticised the submitted draft, saying that the Afrikaner delegation did not agree to its wording - and would be getting together with other Afrikaner groups to draw up their own "dissenting minority-opinion report" in time for submission to the November 11 2009 UN conference in Geneva, Switzerland.
At the start of the morning-session, while Dr Dan Roodt - the businessman and author who founded the activist Pro-Afrikaans Action Group [PRAAG] was holding a press conference outside the SABC-radio and TV station about the issue, Dr Duvenage was inside engaged in hot debates with delegates.

Stating his held viewpoint - as a leading member of the Afrikaner minority in the country - Duvenage said the South African state "can no longer be viewed as having any legitimacy because it cannot guarantee the safety of its citizens any longer". Moreover, he said - amidst loud and often very angry protestations from the black delegates - that "the presence of the Afrikaner minority was not even recognised by the SA State any longer".

This raised the ire of one featured black conference-speaker, Ms Colet Letlojane - who flew into Duvenhage`s claim with counter-accusations of "disloyalty towards the black majority which had forgiven him [Duvenage] for Apartheid"

After the morning session, the newly-appointed head of the SA Human Rights commission, "adv." Tseliso Thipanyane, was standing around amidst a large crowd of admirers and bystanders, and was heard to joke in a demeaning way about the Afrikaner-minority delegates, repeatedly chanting; "I want my Afrikaans, I want my Afrikaans" - to the huge amusement of bystanders.

"900 people killed in political violence during apartheid - but tens of thousands of Africaners have already been killed by the black majority after 1994 ..."

During the morning session, when the few Afrikaner delegates such as Duvenage were enduring verbal attacks in highly-emotional language by many other delegates, Dr Roodt also responded by saying that "he was pleased that Duvenage was forgiven for apartheid".

"However if one places this forgiveness towards Duvenage against the fact that 900 people were killed during political violence throughout the entire apartheid-period [1948-1994] in South Africa, while thus far some 750,000 people have already been murdered since 1994, amongst whom also were many tens of thousands of Afrikaners, Duvenhage should actually show forgiveness towards his accusers rather than the other way around, because "it's the vast black majority who are committing this horrific crimes," said Roodt.

This comment put the cat amongst the pigeons - with black delegates then attacking the very concept a "minority group". One official of the Justice department even claimed that the concept "minority group" was a "dynamic concept and that this doesn`t mean that South Africa was comprised of minorities ..."

During the afternoon-session, the chief editor of the Department of foreign affairs` human-rights and humanitarian affairs, Pitso Montwedi, also vehemently denied Dr Roodt's statistical submission that the official apartheid-era death-rate was 900 people, saying this was a "lie" . Dr Roodt then asked that "the true apartheid-era political death rates" be published, since these he had quoted had come directly from the SA Truth and Reconciliation Commission.[ ... set up by the commies themselves]

Many of the other black speakers also claimed that the concept of "minority rights" was born during apartheid, that South Africa now was one homogenous nation without any minorities.

Another government official also said that if minority groups joined the ruling party [i.e. the ANC] they could participate in politics.

Minorities in SA have no rights to influence political power

Dr Roodt responded to this by asking whether this official thus was "lodging a plea for a one-party state" with this invitation - to which this official responded that "minorities did not have any rights to influence political power nor have any political influence ..."

The ANC-executives at the conference then tried to defuse the debate about Afrikaner-minority rights by changing the subject altogether - namely to that of the "rights of non-heterosexual people" - submitting that this group should be viewed as a "minority group" and that this should be reflected in the concept-draft to the UN meeting on November 11.
Dr Roodt however continued the Afrikaner-rights debate, pointing to the example of the voting-districts` demarcation of the Pretoria municipality by Dr Michael Sutcluffe as a "prime example of discrimination and suppression of minority groups" where primarily Afrikaner-suburbs were cut up and added to black-majority-voter suburbs to guarantee an ANC-majority vote in those new voting districts.

This raised the ire of Mrs Nkaro Mateto, senior manager of the Independent Electoral Commission - who said that she was a member of this demarcation commission for the Pretoria region - and that the purpose of the voting-district demarcations had not been to "discriminate" against Afrikaners, but rather to "integrate" them.

Dr Roodt replied to Mrs Mateto`s claim by noting that in his view, "integration was just an euphemism for forced assimilation" :

"There are three ways to commit genocide," he said: [1] "through ethnic cleansing, for instance by driving Afrikaners from the country through a variety of laws barring Afrikaners [from public life]; [2] by forced assimilation and through violence.

And all of these elements already exist in South Africa [targeting the Afrikaner minority]."

Then the Human Rights Commission chairman angrily replied that, "as a Sotho whose ancestral lands were taken away before 1930 he, as a member of the black majority, was not prepared to make any kind of concessions to the civil rights of the Afrikaner minority." During the afternoon-session, the chief editor of the Department of foreign affairs` human-rights and humanitarian affairs, Pitso Montwedi, also denied Dr Roodt`s claim that the official apartheid-era death-rate was 900 people, saying this was "a lie" .

An Indian academic from the University of the Witwatersrand, "Prof" Ayesha Kajee and South African head of the International Human-rights exchange programme, then suffered an extraordinary anger-outburst, screaming that "hundreds of thousands of blacks were killed by Afrikaners during apartheid", and that "Dr Roodt can't establish fact from fiction."

Dr Roodt replied : "don't believe your own propaganda".  ;D

Throughout the conference, all the Afrikaner delegates submitted point-by-point criticisms of the concept-report placed before the conference delegates for "final approval". This document would then be tabled as representative of the entire SA population`s opinion at the 11 November UN Human Rights Commission meeting in Geneva.

Roodt and Duvenage submitted to the meeting that they would be drawing up a minority-opinion report which would be tabled together with the official government version - and that they would be calling on all Afrikaner organisations to help draw up such a minority report - and which would be submitted to the 11 November meeting.

Dr Roodt concluded that "from this meeting it also becomes clear - judging from the recriminations and accusations flying amongst the delegates - that the issue of minority rights in South Africa is an explosive situation".

White Boy Stabbed Over "Racist" Hello

Vanderbijlpark - A racist but "good-natured" greeting between two school friends has led to one of them being stabbed by fellow pupils who took offence. The knife only barely missed the 16-year-old victim's heart. Two pupils from Carel de Wet Technical High School in Vanderbijlpark greeted each other by saying "Hello, my boertjie", "Hello, my kaffertjie" on Friday morning.

A third schoolboy, aged 15, took offence when he heard the two boys greeting each other this way and confronted Jeandré Kruger, a Grade 10 pupil, about the matter. "The boy [who took offence], a Grade 9 pupil, grabbed me by my shirt and yanked me around, so I hit my head against his head," said Jeandré. "The two boys have been greeting each other like that for ages and to them it`s a joke," said Johan Kruger, Jeandré`s father, on Monday.

According to Jeandré he was walking towards his parents` car after school on Monday, when the boy who had confronted him on Friday called him aside outside the school`s property. "He was alone, but he took out a knife and stabbed me," said Jeandré. "The next moment I could feel someone else stabbing me twice in my back". Jeandré collapsed to his knees and saw his attackers - four pupils from the same school - running away. He stood up and ran toward his parents, who were waiting in their car. They informed the school principal before taking their son to a local hospital, where he received stitches.

"The doctor said Jeandré was lucky that the knife didn`t touch his heart or lungs," said Johan. "My son could have been dead if they stabbed him a few centimetres lower in the chest," said his mother, Yolanda Kruger. Johan says he has "no problem with race or skin colour", but he does have a problem with the actions of criminals. The parents will meet with the school principal, Gawie Richter, on Tuesday to discuss the matter further. "I just hope the guilty ones are punished," said Jeandré. According to Inspector Kinnie Steyn, the incident is being investigated by the Vanderbijlpark police.

Racial Lunacy In The SA Police

In November 2006 the South African Police Service adopted an "Employment Equity Plan" for the period from 2007 to 2010. The document made clear that the overriding goal of the police's top brass was ensuring that the institution reflected, at all levels, 'the racial proportions of the national population'.It boasted that "stringent measures" had already been put in place to ensure compliance, by senior management, with these "numeric targets" in recruitment, promotions and appointments. And, it mooted the possibility of re-introducing "severance packages" to accelerate the clearing out of racial minorities from the organisation.

The document embodied the racial lunacy of the Mbeki-era. Crime was rampant. South Africans were living in a state of fear. The police force was crippled by a shortage of expertise. Yet in the midst of all this, the SAPS leadership remained obsessed only with the pursuit of an odious racial ideal. Recently, the Solidarity trade union launched a new series of legal challenges against a number of incidents of racial discrimination that resulted from this policy. In almost all of the cases, the union states, the police leadership preferred to keep positions vacant rather than appoint qualified White applicants to fill them.

These cases are designed to test the legality of certain extreme forms of race-based 'affirmative action.' They may also succeed in highlighting the ongoing personal and institutional costs of racial discrimination and exclusion. The first of them was heard in the Johannesburg Labour Court last week. Captain Renate Barnard was recommended twice for promotion in 2005 and 2006 -- but her promotion was personally blocked by the then-national commissioner of police, Jackie Selebi.

Testifying on behalf of the SAPS Senior Superintendent Johannes Phetolo Ramothoka said that Selebi "wanted to ensure that all units" adhered to the "equity plans" of the organisation. "White females were already over-represented by five at salary level nine" he stated, "so her appointment would have meant an over representivity of White females on that level."

In turn, Barnard broke down in tears as she testified about how she found all avenues of promotion closed to her. She told the court that all she ever wanted to do was serve in the police, and was totally committed to her work. "I want to ask management, what must I do more to get a promotion ? I sacrificed my family to do my job properly. I am a top performer."

It seems that the racial policies of the SAPS may well have served as a cover for other agendas. It was suggested in court that the (former terrorist MK`s ?) soldiers redeployed from the SANDF to the SAPS in 2004 and 2005 - after a twelve week conversion course - have subsequently received preference in promotions.

Barnard testified that members of the police who had joined from the defence force were all now superintendents or senior superintendents. She and many other career police officers meanwhile - both White and black - 'remained stuck at the rank of captain.' Selebi's refusal to promote experienced and committed police officers also stands in marked contrast to his enjoyment, or so it is alleged in his corruption trial, of the company of rich White crooks.

This then is an important story, and a very revealing one. One cannot understand the institutional rot that set in during the Mbeki period without reference to the racial obsessions, and all the attendant pathologies, of that era. The success or failure of the new Zuma administration will depend, to a significant degree, on whether it can move away from them.

The story has also been extensively reported on in the English-language South African press, and no journalist could be unaware of it. Why then, has it received so little coverage in the foreign media ? There appears to be a deep reluctance by foreign correspondents to report on cases of discrimination against racial minorities in Southern Africa. One possible reason for this is that a disturbing number of Western intellectuals regard such measures as fully justified even when it crosses over, as it did in Zimbabwe, into outright persecution.

In its report on Solidarity's press conference Reuters, for one, took it upon itself to try and rationalise away the racial policies of the SAPS.

The Reuters handbook states that "As Reuters journalists, we never identify with any side in an issue, a conflict or a dispute" and that "Reuters journalists do not express their opinions in news stories." Thus, its reports will often qualify a statement of the blindingly obvious as being the expression of the view of one side or the other. Reuters' reports on Zimbabwe, for example, commonly state that "critics" blame the economic collapse in that country on Zanu-PF policies such as the "seizures of White-owned farms."

In its report on the initial Solidarity announcement, however, this principle was thrown out the window. Reuters simply regurgitated, as unquestionable fact, two stock claims of African nationalist propaganda. The article stated that (a) the police's "affirmative action quotas" were "established to address the wrongs of Apartheid"; and (b) that the "legacy" of White minority rule "can still be seen, with "Whites continuing to occupy a disproportionately large number of senior positions in government and the private sector." [ ... because they are better qualified you moron]

But while many Western journalists and commissioning editors may instinctively support 'affirmative action quotas' in South Africa this does not fully explain the deep aversion to publishing stories on the consequences. American and British readers may be delighted (or appalled) at the way Renate Barnard was treated, but why keep them in the dark about this matter ?

The problem is perhaps that most left-leaning Western intellectuals regard opposition to racism as central to their sense of self. This principle has often co-existed with a complete identification with the cause of black African liberation. It is in the maltreatment of Africa's racial minorities by newly ascendant black nationalist regimes that these two core beliefs collide. The honest response would be to acknowledge this clash, and weigh the one belief against the other.

Instead, the usual pattern is for such intellectuals to wage an ideological war of position against this discomforting reality. The existence of discrimination is ignored or denied. When it can not be denied it is euphemised. When it can no longer be euphemised it is rationalised. And when it can no longer be rationalised that minority's moral claim to equal treatment is aggressively derided.

It is a great pity that the West has chosen to turn a blind eye in the way that it has. Some of the worst elements in our society take great comfort from that fact. http://www.politicsweb.co.za/politicsweb/view/politicsweb/en/page72308?oid=152114&sn=Marketingweb_detail (http://www.politicsweb.co.za/politicsweb/view/politicsweb/en/page72308?oid=152114&sn=Marketingweb_detail)

Whites Urged To Seek Forgiveness :o

Cape Town - The Day of Reconciliation on Wednesday[16th Dec] should be used to remember the many people who gave their lives for the freedom of the country, Independent Democrats (ID) leader Patricia de Lille said on Tuesday. "We are a traumatised nation and we are still in need of a tangible and practical definition for reconciliation and exactly who must reconcile with whom," she said.

"Our current definition is extremely one-sided because there is a call on blacks to forgive whites for what happened in the past, but there is not a call on whites to reach out and seek forgiveness. "We need strong leadership, where leaders in politics, the church, business and leaders of all other persuasions need to encourage this process on a daily basis - one day of the year is not enough because reconciliation is not an event, it is a process."

The end goal of this process was to achieve a united, peaceful nation and there would never be peace without justice. "And justice means regaining our dignity and self-worth," De Lille said.

Lets look at this verbal diarrhea :

1] "people who gave their lives for the freedom of the country" - this is meant terrorist groups  such as the black MK[anc "liberation" movement] and APLA[PAC "liberation" movement] that overthrew the Apatheid structure. Of the Whites soldiers that died in the borderwars and townships in SA nothing is said, they are the villans. These people sacrificed two years of their lives fighting the communist outside and inside of the country and lost their lives at the ages of between 17 and 19 years old.

2] "we are a traumatised nation" - indeed we are, but not because of Apartheid, but because of the communist scum now ruling the country; and open borders resulting in 7 million primates from ziMUDwe, raping and killing Whites. We are where we are because of black hatred groups like MK and APLA.

3] "but there is not a call on whites to reach out and seek forgiveness" - For how long must Whites still apologise ? What must the Whites apologise for ? The muds lived better under Apartheid. Today these idiots are worse of than under the seperation policies of Apartheid. White youths are forerver apologising; guilt-ridden through years of propaganda - as a matter of fact, they are the only ones apologising while the angelic muds can never puts a foot wrong, only in their own eyes.

4] "we need strong leadership" - the truth is we need strong White leadership; mud leadership leads to idiots like zuma that believes he can wash away aids under a shower.

5] "encourage this process on a daily basis" - the process of brainwashing Whites that they are responsible for the mud-intelligence that Nature have cursed them with. Its not our fault that Africa is a sh*t-hole, but we fully understand that you envy everything that the White Race have created - get over it and move on !

This is what happens when White people "seek forgiveness" for the crime of being White:

QuoteFive people had to be admitted to hospital after one brawl. The Caucasian men were attacked by a group of 10 Aboriginal men, who demanded that their victims "say sorry".

A 28-year-old Territory woman watched helplessly as her friend was king-hit and kicked to the ground outside a Darwin 24-hour eatery on Sunday morning. She said three men ran at them from across the road, when they looked at the group yelling at two women.

"They just started king-hitting him. They got him on the ground and then two others came over and started kicking him," she said.

"They kept screaming that we were not sorry at all - 'Say sorry to us'. You just couldn't stop them."

More Racism Claims Surface

Cape Town - More hikers who were allegedly refused accommodation on Table Mountain on racial grounds have come forward after two students complained about this before Christmas, AfriForum said on Monday. The organisation lodged a complaint with the SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) on Christmas Eve after two students, Etienne and Stiaan Terblanche, were apparently refused accommodation at the People's Trail Hut, allegedly because they are white.

Deputy chief executive of AfriForum, Alana Bailey, said she had received about five additional complaints from hikers who had similar experiences as far back as two years ago. However, many of the complainants did not keep track of the exact dates the incidents occurred or exact details. This would make it difficult to add these complaints to the Terblanche's, she said. The SAHRC on Monday confirmed it had received AfriForum's complaint about the incident in December.

"Since details about the complaint had become known, AfriForum has heard from more hikers who had similar experiences being denied accommodation at the hut based on racial grounds. Though the park denies that this is the case, its website also states that the cost of accommodation at the hut is R30 per person [for both adults and children] per night for 'previously disadvantaged groups only'," AfriForum said in a statement.

Accommodation at the hut is available for R30 per night while accommodation on the mountain generally costs around R800 per night, it said. AfriForum said it would take the matter to the Equality Court should the SAHRC fail to treat it with the "gravity it deserved". Bailey said it was "alarming to see that the state's obsession with race is now manifesting itself in student accommodation at a national asset such as Table Mountain that is supposed to belong to everybody in the country".

Skilled Foreigners To Get Extra Allowance

The government is to pay a generous allowance to highly skilled foreign nationals to curb skills shortages in national and provincial departments [ ... while Whites in the country go unemployed ?!? Although I feel for these Whites, this could be the spark for things to come ... Whites getting more fed-up and agitated]. The allowance will primarily be aimed at foreign nationals seconded to the public service or who join through exchange programmes.

In a circular, the Department of Public Service and Administration says state entities recruiting skilled foreign nationals may pay them a deployment allowance amounting to 30 percent of their "commencing salary notch" or their package as an incentive. Richard Levin, [ ... a jew is always involved in crushing the punch-drunk Whites in South Africa !] the director-general in the department, said yesterday the allowance was intended to make it easier to recruit skilled workers [ ... and to crush the 800 thousand Afrikaans-speaking Whites sitting in unemplyed in squater camps !].

The government has stepped up efforts to plug the skills shortage in the public sector, which is adversely affecting service delivery [ ... but refuse to employ Whites ... sound like Nazi Germany after the war ?]. Kike Levin said the allowance would only apply when a government department, municipality, state entity or hospital required a skilled foreigner for a post that could not be filled by a South African. [ ... that is, a black South African !]

"The rationale is to provide for adequate sourcing alternatives ... where a skills scarcity is such that human resource provisioning is not possible from our own labour market. It must be borne in mind that the Immigration Act prescribes that a foreign national may only be employed if it is not possible to recruit a suitable (South African) citizen or permanent resident". Dr Norman Mabaso of the SA Medical Association said similar dispensations should be created for South African doctors working in the private sector or overseas to entice them back to public hospitals. [ ... after they were discriminated against, the reason for them leaving in the first palce !]

Union Slams FNB Over Bursaries

Cape Town - Trade union Solidarity has launched a campaign to pressure First National Banking into scrapping what it says is a "racial" allocation of education bursaries for employees' children. The union said on Thursday the bank had decided White employees would not qualify for the bursaries. It was reacting to the November edition of FNB's employees newsletter TreeTalk, in which the bank offered the support to African, Indian, Coloured and Chinese [ ... they are not indigenous to SA !] employees earning less than R100 000 a year.

"White employees who struggle and earn less than R100 000 are simply excluded, purely on the basis of their race," union spokesperson Dirk Hermann said in a statement. "This is surely the most insensitive Christmas present an employer could give a certain portion of its employees. The White employees at FNB are getting a black Christmas stocking that they are not allowed to open, because they aren't black."

He said members of the public could complain to FNB through Solidarity's website at www.solidarity.co.za (http://www.solidarity.co.za) and join a Facebook protest. He said Solidarity urged FNB clients and the public to continue the campaign until the racial criteria were removed from the bursary allocation. He said the focus of FNB's employee support trust, which would administer the bursaries, was children at primary school level, who could not be said to be beneficiaries of Apartheid.

The right approach would be to let anyone who earned less than R100 000 qualify for study aid. FNB spokespeople were not immediately available for comment. A switchboard operator at the bank's Sandton head office said she believed they were in a meeting, and that they intended to issue a statement.

The November 9 to 13 issue of TreeTalk tells employees that if they are struggling to meet the demands of rising education costs, "then we may just have some good news for you. FNB is commit[t]ed to ensuring education for all, and as part of this initiative, offers financial assistance to black employees (as defined by the FirstRand staff BEE Scheme : African, Indian, Coloured and Chinese) earning R100 000 or less per annum."

FNB And Solidarity Reach Settlement Over Bursaries For Black Staff Only

White staff members of FNB who were excluded from a FirstRand black economic empowerment trust will in future, by means of an alternative bursary scheme, have access to the same benefits offered to black employees by the black empowerment trust. The CEO of FNB, Michael Jordaan, and the deputy general secretary of Solidarity, Dirk Hermann, held discussions after which it was announced that a settlement between the parties had been reached.

A dispute arose between Solidarity and FNB after the bank had invited all staff, through its newsletter Treetalk, to apply for bursaries, but had also said that only black staff members would qualify. Solidarity launched a massive internet campaign against FNB. The campaign included Facebook groups, blogs, Twitter, a website and directs e-mails to FNB. About 1 000 people lodged complaints with FNB over the bursary scheme and several people closed or threatened to close their FNB accounts if a solution was not found.

"What we experienced here, is the power of community activism. It is a new type of politics of which the full power has not yet been discovered. New technologies make this type of activism only more effective," said Dirk Hermann, deputy general secretary of Solidarity. The bursary scheme formed part of a larger black economic empowerment [racism] transaction of the FirstRand group.

In terms of the agreement reached between Solidarity and FNB, employees excluded from the FirstRand Trust would have equal access to an alternative bursary scheme. The criteria for awarding benefits from the FirstRand Trust would be the same as the criteria from awarding benefits to White employees who were excluded from the FirstRand Trust. The talks were held in a very positive spirit and FNB indicated from the start that they did not want to discriminate against employees.

In the settlement agreement, FNB states that it has a variety of other bursary schemes to support staff members. According to FNB, their policy has always been to award bursaries based on merit and not to discriminate against certain groups. According to the agreement, FNB undertakes not to discriminate against White employees in future when it comes to the awarding of bursaries.

Solidarity is delighted about the agreement. There can be no discrimination against people based on their race if help is being given based on need. Companies often go further than the law requires. No stipulation in any black empowerment legislation requires that only black people should be part of an empowerment transaction.

The staff members of all the companies in the FirstRand are, however, affected by the FirstRand Trust. Solidarity will now write to other companies in the FirstRand group, such as Outsurance, Wesbank and Momentum, to find out whether their White employees will also receive assistance from alternative bursary schemes.

I'll Send Tsotsis To Kill You

Pretoria - A security guard at the gate of a Midrand security estate allegedly threatened a resident of the estate after he confronted the guard about his behaviour. "I'll send the tsotsis [niggers] to kill you," the guard at Midstream estate apparently told Fanie Kok when he confronted him about his "inappropriate behaviour" toward his daughter.

Fanie Kok said on Thursday that he considers the guard's words to be a death threat, and he has made a statement about the incident at the Olifantsfontein police station. [ ... no use Fanie, resolve it your way]. The incident occurred on December 28 when Kok's daughter, Liza, and her friend wanted to drive out of the estate in order to fill up the friend's car.

"When they reached the Old Kent gate, Liza (who was sitting on the passenger seat) called the guard over so that she could put her fingerprint on the machine which would open the gate. The guard, however, refused to walk to the car and said she should walk to where he was. After she got home and told me what had happened, I went to the gate to confront the guard about his inappropriate behaviour. As far as I'm concerned, the guards at this estate should always walk to the vehicles to help residents and visitors."

"I explained this in no uncertain terms to the guard, and said I would be mentioning the matter to his superiors". He said it was then that the guard threatened his life. "I'm taking this death threat very seriously and I have reason to believe he'll carry out the threat," said Kok. He sent an e-mail about the incident to Suiker Britz, manager of the estate. On Thursday Britz said the incident is being investigated.

Police spokesperson, Lesibane Molokomme, confirmed that Kok had notified the police of the incident.

Farmers Ask Zuma To Help

Pretoria - A group of farmers in Pretoria on Saturday demanded that government help "stop farm murders" and pleaded their case in an open letter to President Jacob Zuma. "Surely, if politicians and senior officials can publicly direct police officials to use firearms to prevent crime or becoming the victims ... the very same principle should apply to law-abiding citizens who do not enjoy the luxury of police protection," said Transvaal Landbou Unie SA (TLU SA) chief executive Bennie Van Zyl.

He accused the police of being corrupt and said government failed in its responsibility to protect its citizens. "We don't hear it, we don't see it". The group was calling for a formal summit with government to renew safety initiatives that former president Nelson Mandela implemented during his term.

In the open letter to Zuma, Van Zyl spoke about "the threat against farmers, their families and their employees. The producers of food and fibre are threatened by vicious criminals responsible for committing the most hideous crimes against mankind displaying no respect for age or gender," he said. Johan van Biljon, chairperson of the organisation's youth divison said since 2006 there had been a systematic increase in farm murders.

About 50 people attended the ceremony - most of them bearded men wearing shorts and khaki shirts. While wiping away tears, the group laid calla lilies at empty coffins and on a white cross in commemoration. "They say we [are] ready for the [Fifa] World Cup, but in the rural areas it's a different story," said Van Biljon, expressing concern about rural safety.

"The unabated continuance of the most brutal violence against the producers of food and fibre, their families and their employees is not only targeting a specific sector of the economy in a manner to which none other can compare," he said. "But it seriously places South Africa's already-eroded strategic asset of food security at risk". The youth division were expected to hand over the statement to police representatives as they did not attend the ceremony to receive it.

Farmers Arrested For Defending Themselves

Koppies, Free State. Journalist Charles Smith of Volksblad newspaper reports that twenty-three year old Afrikaner farmer Chris Grobler and his foreman Eugene Lloyd both were illegally arrested and locked up for 48 hours in the Free State this past weekend without being booked in at the official police registry -- for defending themselves against two men who had attacked them with knives. The two Afrikaners had made citizen's arrests [ ... the Whites in this country dont have a police force anymore - but they come quick if they can put Whites in prison] of the two attackers and the police were alerted – but only showed up a day later. And instead of arresting the attackers, the two white men were arrested when they went to the police station to make formal statements – and then their dockets were 'lost' for 48 hours while they were locked up in a large holding pen with dozens of aggressive black detainees.

The two white men were threatened in the overcrowded holding pens of the Koppies police station by black inmates who started singing and dancing very loudly, said his father Christo. The two young white men were held illegally : three attorneys hired by the parents have established that the two Afrikaners initially had been held without any mention of their names being registered in the police-registry at Koppies police station. "The dossier was ' missing ' and there were no entries in the incident book ...' said the father. Moreover, the police officers even denied that they had even been to the farm, where Mr Grobler and the foreman had made citizen's arrests of two men who had assaulted the two white men with knives on Sunday.

The two men were released only after two farm workers who had witnessed the assaults and the arrival of the police that Monday, had submitted signed and sworn statements to the police, did the cops even acknowledge the fact that the two white men were in a holding pen with scores of black detainees. The police had been called twice over the weekend after a drunken ex-farm worker had shown up there with a comrade and started attacking the residents with knives but only showed up on Monday when two constables showed up. [ ... weird isn`t it ?]

"My wife wanted to know why they didn't show up on Sunday when the two men were making all the trouble, and she was told 'don't behave like a white woman' ... said Grobler. The commander of the Heuningspruit police station also told the father that his son 'should have stood still to be stabbed' and then the attacker would have been in the cells instead of Chris...' Allegedly the two arrested black knifemen had lodged charges of assaults against the farmer and his foreman, said police captain Msisitheki Selima of the Kroonstad police; and Volksblad also quoted a claim from another cop that the police 'have a rule' that "anyone accused of anything should be locked up for 48 hours.... "

When the young farmer was asked to go to the police station on Monday with his foreman to make a formal statement about the details surrounding the citizen's arrest of the two armed men which the police had been taken away by the two constables earlier that day, these crime-victims were arrested instead and held illegally for 48 hours. ANC Tramples Name-list Of Mudered Farmers

Angry ANC-officials tore up the name-lists of several thousand murdered white farm-attack victims – then threw the documents in the gutter and trampled on them in front of their Luthule House headquarters in Johannesburg during a vicious confrontation with a small group of peaceful Afrikaner protestors. A day earlier, ANC youth league leader juluis mudlema had also threatened to have the Afrikaner protestors shot down if they dared to show up...

The small delegation of about 100 Afrikaners which arrived at the ANC headquarters on Friday was led by Afriforum  Youth forum leader Ernst Roets, AfriForum's managing head Kallie Kriel, and the Afrikaans singer/activists Steve Hofmeyer, Sean Else and Gerrie Pretorius.

A day earlier, four Afriforum members held a personal meeting with mudlema and his office to arrange their delegation the following day – but after mudlema had angrily demanded that they drop the formal hate-speech charges against him, he also threatened to 'have the same thing happen to you as did with the Inkatha Freedom Party in 1994 (when 31 IFP protestors were shot dead and 300 were injured). On Friday, the small group of peaceful Afrikaner protestors were met by a double-wall of grim-faced black cops who refused them any access to the building.

In a meeting between Roets and mudlema a day earlier -- the latter had made pre-conditions before he would meet the small group of Afrikaners – demanding that they withdraw their official charge of hate-speech in connection with his constant public repetitions of the hate-speech chant "Kill the Boer'. The Afrikaners however refused to withdraw their formal charge with the SA Human Rights Commission. Mudlema then refused them access to Luthuli house and threatened Roets : "If you protest at Luthuli House tomorrow, the same thing which happened to the Inkatha Freedom Party (in 1994 at the building then named Shell House, when IFP-members were murdered by ANC-security guards) will also happen to you, Roets said he and three other Afriforum members were told by mudlema.

When Roets asked mudlema exactly 'what he meant by that statement', the anc youth league  leader – who is widely viewed as the future president of South Africa – told the Afriforum members 'to come and see what will happen to you'... In reaction to this violence-threat AfriForum leaders decided to proceed with the small protest with about 100 people at the nearby Mary Fitzgerald Square instead of all going to Luthuli House. Among the peaceful protestors waving "Stop Malema' placards were relatives of murdered farmers, reports Beeld newspaper.

Roets warned the tense, small group of peaceful Afrikaners that things could get dangerous : "this isn't a kindergarten where you play cowboys and crooks, real people get murdered when one makes statements such as those made by mudlema's 'Kill the Boer chants'. After this meeting a small core of young Afrikaner men went to Luthuli house to hand over the name-lists of murdered Afrikaner farmers together with their petition.

The march by the Afrikaners was banned at the last minute; nobody would take delivery of the list – and then it nearly got very ugly as police intervened. The precious list of the murdered Afrikaners was eventually tossed from the anc headquarters and trampled into the gutter. This infuriated the Afrikaner civil rights movement to such an extent that they have lodged formal charges of hatespeech against mudlema – and decided to hand-deliver the name-list of the many hundreds of Afrikaner farmers and their relatives to the youth leader himself.

However the cops formed a solid wall against the Afrikaner supporters who wanted to deliver the document to the ANC headquarters in Johannesburg. In the end only five representatives were still at the wall of cops - trying to deliver the document while their group of around 200 supporters were behind them in Mary Fitzgeald square. Which is just as well : because if some of the hotheads there have been at Luthuli House, there would have been serious trouble, it is being reported.

"We are here on behalf of the Boere, and Lucky Dube," said superstar Afrikaans singer Steve Hofmyer, proffering the document to an ANC representative, who refused to accept it. Shortly after, Kallie Kriel, the head of Afriforum proper, tried to enter the building – which is when waiting police stepped in smartly, forming a barrier between him and the door. That is when the finger-waving and shouting started.

After Kriel hurled the document over the heads of the police and small crowd, and right through the open doors of the building, it came saling back onto the pavement. Therethe precious name-list was stepped on and kicked into the gutter in what will be interpreted – whether or not it was so intended – as disrespect for those many thousands who were killed in farm attacks, the names of whom were included in the document.

"What we've seen here was nothing less than intimidation," Roets told an impromptu media conference through an open window as the group got back into their vehicle. "They were not even prepared to listen to the victims in South Africa, people who are being murdered on the farms. "The ANC and the Youth League do not even care about them." Hofmeyr chose a more poignant turn of phrase. "I didn't expect anything civil..." he told journalists. "I believe we've slipped the moorings of a wonderful ideal. It's a bit sad."

Afriforum says the failure to deliver the memorandum isn't a particular problem, as it was only a courtesy before mudlema gets to read about its grievances in court papers. The organisation has already started the process of lodging a complaint that it believes will lead to an Equality Court hearing on hate speech.

Afrikaans singer Sunette Bridges (above-left) and other protestors protested the ruling Communist ANC's genocidal hatesong Kill/Shoot The Boer outside the Johannesburg High Court while South Africa's ruling party applied inside for the re-legalisation of their genocidal hatespeech song Shoot The Boer which was banned earlier this year. The Afrikaans human-rights protestors tore up the SA Constitution and wore T-shirts with the faces of world leaders such as Germany's Angela Merkel with the words "Kill the Boer, Germany don't care'; Obama's face with the words "Yes we can kill the Afrikaner', the UK Queen 's face with the words "I love Afrikaner Genocide'' and others.

The ANC will only hear early next year whether their application will succeed. Judge Leon Halgryn argued during the application yesterday that he still feels strongly that the ANC's public singing of the words "Shoot the Boer' (Dubulíbhunu) is an incitement to genocide and is hatespeech. "It is my opinion that the words 'Shoot the Boer' are inciting. It's a crime.' He cross-questioned the ANC's legal counsel Advocate Gilbert Marcus about the appropriateness of still singing this song in the present time. "I realised that the song did form a part of the proud history of the ANC but good heavens is there really stilll an appropriate place for it today ?", he asked.

He will only deliver judgment early next year whether leave to appeal will be granted to the ANC. The ANC had lodged yesterday's application because, they claimed, judge Halgryn 'had not taken the historical context of the song into consideration in his ruling'. The Communists demands the right to sing parts of the genocidal song "because tens of thousands of people sing it...' and 'it's not in the public interest to prohibit the song in its entirety...' Marcus submitted that it was 'not in the public interest to prohibit the song in its entirety because it is being sung by tens of thousands of people...'

Legal counsel for the civil-rights movement Afriforum, which earlier had also lodged a seperate criminal complaint of hatespeech against ANC-youth leader Malema for singing the song after it was legally banned, were also present — as were Delmas businessman Willem Harmse and Mohammed Vawda, who were also involved in a seperate interdict in which Harmse had tried to stop his business-partner Vawda from using the words on a placard. The two men have since then come to an ameniable agreement about the matter. Pro-Afrikaans-Action group members also demonstrated outside the court on the steps, headed by leader Dr Dan Roodt. They tore up copies of the SA Constitution saying that 'this Constitution provides us Afrikaners no protection. If you say 'Kill the Boer' it's an incitement to genocide'. Roodt said they wore their protest T-shirts with the photos of world-leaders on them 'to create international awareness with'.

Race Debate Raised Over Tutu's Call For White South African Tax
http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5im-hBE7STpehd2S_LoJ22Liya32A?docId=CNG.1f469d987692eedad6d66fb6bb381964.441 (http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5im-hBE7STpehd2S_LoJ22Liya32A?docId=CNG.1f469d987692eedad6d66fb6bb381964.441)

Everybody benifited from Apartheid. Blacks had the highest literary standards and the highest life standard of all the blacks in Africa. The red bishop fails to explain how it was at all possible for him to study and become a  teacher just like his father was. He also fail to explain how Nelson Mandela and countless other blacks managed to become lawyers during Apartheid South Africa. He further failed to explain how the Apartheid government built ten Universities for blacks including Medunsa which is a unique medical university that turned out 200 highly qualified black doctors every year all at state costs, paid for by the white taxpayers. It also trained paramedics and nurses.

Since 1970 the budget for black education was raised by about 30% per year every year. More than any other government department. In the period 1955 -1984 the amount of black school students increased 31 times from 35,000 to 1,096 000. 65% of black South African children were at school compared to Egypt 64%, Nigeria 57%, Ghana 52%, Tanzania 50% and Ethiopia 29%. Amongst the adults of South Africa, 71% could read and write (80% between the ages 12 and 22). Compare this to Kenya 47%, Egypt 38%, Nigeria 34% and Mozambique at 26%. In South Africa, the whites built 15 new classrooms for blacks every working day, every year. At 40 children per class it meant space for an additional 600 black students every day ! In 1985 there were 42,000 Blacks at 5 universities in South Africa, about the same amount at the universities of the homelands.

In an article called "Die Afrikaner" 11 Feb 1987, the quarterly magazine called "Vox Africana Nr 29 4/87 stated that :

South Africa had 4,8 million whites and 18,2 million blacks in 1987. The whites paid 77% of the taxes and the blacks only 15% ... despite this ... 56% of the government budget was spent on blacks. During the time of Dr. Verwoerd. the living standards of Blacks were rising at 5,4% per year against that of the whites at 3,9% per year. At the hight of Apartheid in 1978 Soweto had 115 football fields, 3 Rugby fields, 4 athletic tracks, 11 Cricket fields, 2 Golf courses, 47 Tennis courts, 7 swimming pools built to Olympic standards, 5 Bowling alleys, 81 Netball fields, 39 children play parks, and countless civic halls, movie houses and clubhouses. In addition to this, Soweto had 300 churches, 365 schools, 2 Technical Colleges, 8 clinics, 63 child day care centres, 11 Post Offices, and its own fruit and vegetable market.

There were 2300 registered companies that belonged to black businessmen, about 1000 private taxi companies. 3% of the 50,000 vehicle owners in 1978 were Mercedes Benz owners. Soweto alone had more cars, taxis, schools, churches and sport facilities than most independent countries in Africa. The Blacks of South Africa had more private vehicles than the entire white population of the USSR at the time. Today Soweto has modern shopping malls like, Dobsonville Shopping Centre. In 2005 the Protea Gardens Mall opened. This was followed by the Baramall Shopping Centre and the Jabulani Shopping complex and the Maponya Mall. Experts say that Soweto has as much as 25% oversupply of retail space.

The Canadian Medical Doctor, Dr Kenneth Walker wrote about Soweto, (I freely translate from "Verrat an Südafrika", Klaus Vaque, 1987,pg 41) : "In Soweto I saw many homes that costs about $100,000 (1978) and that had a BMW in the driveway. All houses are single storey. Many are recently painted. Many had flowerpots in the windows and lawn in the front. Only 2% were shacks. If I had the choice to live in Soweto or in the apartment dwellings or "Projects" of New York, Chicago, or Detroit where there is so much crime, then I would not hesitate for one moment and choose Soweto." The biggest hospital in the world, Baragwanath with 3200 beds and at its peak almost 8000 staff had 23 operation theatres fitted out with the most modern medical equipment that existed in the world. Blacks were treated here, operated on ... at full state costs to the white-taxpayers for unlimited periods. The budget of this hospital was and is higher than the yearly budget of most small member states of the United Nations.

Next door to Baragwanath is the St. John's Eye Clinic. The clinic is world famous for the treatment of Glaucoma, Cataracts, traumatic eye injuries and rare tropical diseases. All built and maintained by white taxpayer's money for blacks. Baragwanath in 1978 employed 450 medical doctors in full-time service. It treated 112 000 in-patients and 1.62 million out-patients per year. The children and infant death rate with 34.8 per 1000 was lower than Harlem in New York. In 1982 alone, this hospital performed 898 heart operations of world quality. Ironically ... 90% of the blood donors for this hospital were whites, who donated blood free of charge, totally voluntarily ... to save black lives. (Quoted from The Citizen, 2 April 1987). Whites have already given blacks their blood. What more do they want ?

At the TRC (Nuremburg-style trial), 20,000 "Victims of Apartheid" were compensated R30,000 each. The red bishop should go get an education about the truth about Apartheid. Whites have given blacks the entire country for free. In tact. There is nothing more to give. Today blacks are destroying all the infrastructure that we paid for and built. Then still has the audacity to tell whites they should  leave. What I want to know is who are going to compensate whites for all the schools, hospitals, dams, airports, harbours, railroads, etc that they have built ? It is high time for blacks to start paying whites. Nothing is for free. Tutu can start by selling his mansions and BMW's and give it to the various poor white funds. Blacks should compensate whites for giving them South Africa
