Arkansas whites-only community is now home to 36 people as local civil rights attorney warns it is illegal

By Lara Parnaby | Daily Mail (UK) | 10 November 1969

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15280143/Arkansas-whites-community-home-ravenden.html

A whites-only community in Arkansas has been quietly growing in numbers, and 36 people now live in the extreme enclave.

The 160-acre site near the rural town of Ravenden hosts a private membership group called Return to the Land, where several families reside.

'If people are interested and aligned with our values, they're welcome to join,' the group's president, Eric Orwoll, told 4029TV.

'It's not all about are you white or not; it's also, do you share traditional values, and whether you want to live with us here, do you get along with us,' Orwoll added.

'We're not trying to oppress any other group. In fact, we would want to help other groups also have their own spaces if that's what they want.'

However, he later added that America 'was built by white Europeans, for white Europeans' and he wants his community to 'perpetuate that'.

Return to the Land was launched in 2023. It is described on its website as a private association 'for individuals and families with traditional views and common continental ancestry'.

'We will return to the land to separate ourselves from a failing modern society, and we will make positive cultural changes in ourselves and in our ancestral communities,' the group's 'mission' statement reads.

The application process to join the group involves a written quiz and an interview with the board of trustees.

When asked by 4029TV whether he understood why some people consider the community racist, he said: 'Sure, of course.

'But I also don't know exactly what racism is. The concept has shifted over the years.

'If racism is hating other groups of people, I would say we're not racist.

'If racism is valuing your racial heritage and wanting to perpetuate it, well then by that definition, yeah, we're racist.'

Orwoll said his group is 'for European heritage' and they want to 'perpetuate that'.

He added that America 'was built by white Europeans, for white Europeans'.

'I think in general, societies get along better when people are more similar,' he added.

He argued that 'multiracial, multicultural societies' have 'lower trust' and 'people become less sociable'.

However, Arkansas civil rights attorney Austin Porter Jr. told 4029TV that the community's rules break the law.

'It violates the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause,' he said.

'It violates 42 U.S.C. Section 1982 on the Civil Rights Act because those laws say that anybody enjoys the same rights to own, sell or possess land as enjoyed by white citizens.'

Orwoll argued that Return to the Land is exempt from this law because the community is private - something which could be debated in court.

The community could be challenged in a court room if someone was denied residence on the site and they sued.

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin's office said they are investigating whether the community breaches any laws.

Reinterpreting the Law for Black Supremacy

The 14th Amendment was about giving rights to Blacks the same rights to own, sell or possess land that Whites already had.

Quote from: Austin Porter Jr'It violates the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause,' he said.

'It violates 42 U.S.C. Section 1982 on the Civil Rights Act because those laws say that anybody enjoys the same rights to own, sell or possess land as enjoyed by white citizens.'

According to Black Supremacist lawyer Austin Porter Jr, that means if a White man owns land, a Black man can take it from him, and it is the government's responsibility to see that the Black man is able to possess land enjoyed by Whites.

In other words, the purpose of the 14th Amendment is to strip White Americans of land, with the purpose of redistributing that land to Blacks and other racial minorities. What other way can Porter Jr's intent be interpreted?

Clearly Austin Porter Jr is an openly Black Supremacist. Imagine how useful it would be to have our own openly White Supremacist lawyers working for Creativity? However, we know that's impossible, because any accused White Racialist is not permitted a law license. While every Black Supremacist in the nation is considered to a potential lawyer in training. Although it is understood that most Black Americans prefer to stick to their cultural field of born Rocket Scientist. :obama
