Title: Gooks Trying to Take us Over - It's a SCAM!
Post by: Hidden to Guests on 05 September 2013 at 14:02
Dear Manager,

(If you are not the person who is in charge of this, please forward this to your CEO,Thanks)

This email is from China domain name registration center, which mainly deal with the domain name registration and dispute internationally in China and Asia.
We received an application from Huafeng Ltd on September 2, 2013. They want to register " creativityalliance " as their Internet Keyword and " creativityalliance .asia "、" creativityalliance .cn "、" creativityalliance .com.cn " 、" creativityalliance .hk "、" creativityalliance .com.hk " domain names etc.., they are in Asia, China, Hong Kong domain names. But after checking it, we find "creativityalliance " conflicts with your company. In order to deal with this matter better, so we send you email and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China or not?

Best Regards,
Jim

Dear Gook,

We of the Creativity Alliance own the name. Not by international law, but by common law. We are a Church – Church of Creativity/Church of the Creator and would prefer if your company did not make use of our name. We have nothing whatsoever to do with the company in China.

:P  Don't be surprised, there isn't anything in the world the insects in China aren't trying to take back to their hive at all! If they can't get it to their hive, they'll endeavour to take over your turf and build a hive full of drones on it.

If they make an issue about it show them that there are other groups associated under the creativity alliance banner and its not just a forum but a connection place for all the associated groups

Dear Sirs,
Our company based in chinese office, our company has submitted the " creativityalliance " as CN/Asia/Hk domain name and Internet Keyword, we are waiting for Mr. Jim's approval. We think this name is very important for our products in Chinese and Asian and Hongkong market. Even though Mr. Jim advises us to change another name, we will persist in this name.

Best regards

Jiang zhifa

To Jiang Zhifa,

I too advise you to choose another name. Any use of Creativity Alliance by your company would mean a conflict of interests for your business. We are a Church group and our interests are not at all like yours, and will in fact be detrimental to your business. We are well known throughout the English speaking world and across Europe. Use of our name will only cause you to lose business. Mr Jim is well aware of this and his advice should be heeded.

Yours Faithfully

OUR NATION IS A CHINESE TAKE-OUT

A farming nation with a for-sale sign

One million hectares for a price that’s prime
Be it harvest land or a copper mine
Or a vineyard estate for quality wine
Local business is being pushed off-shore
With its endless dollars China wages war
Up for sale, your water and land
A housing package feeding Chinese demand
Asian students at the front of the queue
Your education is for sale, too

Chinese invaders feather their nests
In our own country we’re unwelcome guests
The youth is voided, champagne showers
Parties on while its future is devoured
The writing’s on the wall -- read or be damned
The state of China is buying up our land

Ah sooo, ah sooo, Fu Manchu
Gobbles up then spits out you
Please make way the doors slam shut
Your home is now a noodle hut
Join the dots around the globe
From Africa to just down the road
It’s all part of their secret plan
A yellow future for every land

Confucius now say ‘Ha ha ha!’
The baby boomers light their cigars
Local produce no longer bought
Replaced by inferior Asian imports
One day soon the sky will turn black
And all of you will face the sack
Locals wither on the dole
Their nation is now China’s food bowl
Asian worker is here to stay
Happy working for half your pay
Ever noticed when you look round
In every city there’s a Chinatown?
And every shop-front from left to right
Is a game of spot the owner who’s White?

These insect eaters got rich by spying
By selling crap and multiplying
While the cowboy bankers sent us broke
And giggled like it was just a joke
China was out there biding its time
Waiting to snap up that for-sale sign
Now the signs are in funny writing
Underneath the yellow lighting
Just in case you’re still in doubt
Our nation is a Chinese take-out

This company has nothing at all to do with the Creativity Alliance. We own both creativityalliance.com and rahowadirectory.com and consider this attempt to register our domain names as a violation of protocol. We will not allow our domain names to be usurped by anyone. You have been warned.

Dear Reverend ,

Based on your company having no relationship with them, we have suggested they should choose another name to avoid this conflict but they insist on this name as CN/ASIA/HK domain names (.cn/.com.cn/.net.cn/.org.cn/.asia/.hk/.com.hk) and internet keyword on the internet. In our opinion, maybe they do the similar business as your company and register it to promote his company.

According to the domain name registration principle: The domain names and internet keyword which applied based on the international principle are opened to companies as well as individuals. Any companies or individuals have rights to register any domain name and internet keyword which are unregistered. Because your company haven't registered this name as CN/ASIA/HK domains and internet keyword on the internet, anyone can obtain them by registration. However, in order to avoid this conflict, the trademark or original name owner has priority to make this registration in our audit period. If your company is the original owner of this name and want to register these CN/ASIA/HK domain names (.cn/.com.cn/.net.cn/.org.cn/.asia/.hk/.com.hk) and internet keyword to prevent anybody from using them, please inform us. We can send an application form and the price list to you and help you register these within dispute period.

Kind regards
Jim

Dear Gook,

Take your slant eyed, rice pricked scams and stick them where the sun don’t shine.

Damned slant eyed bastards think they can scam our cash and bluff us into purchasing useless Chink domain names and non-existent "internet keywords." If this was pulled in a White country, all any of us would have to do is forward the emails to the relevant JOG authority, drag it out a bit at their insistence, and the scammers would be scooped up: CLANG! Mind your fingers. ... That is, IF we were not the dreaded Creativity Alliance, and IF the scammers were not the anti-racist anti-White "activists" they would undoubtedly be classed as - no matter whom or what they happen to be.

One law for them, another law for us.

I'll treat this one as generic spam from now on.

Cailen.
