Post by: Hidden to Guests on 11 March 2013 at 05:12
I 'twittered' this t'other day ... dunno if Hale can still appeal to the SCotUS ....

Some of the VNNf posters (http://vnnforum.com/showthread.php?t=152648&highlight=matt+hale) think that he can't!

Here's a copy of the so-called 'judgement (http://www.tinyurl.com/hl-jdgmnt) (from the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals) ... it's a sick, jew joke!

There is a helluva lot in the attached document (see first post) that is falsely claimed by the courts in an effort to present Creativity in the worst possible light. As a consequence, it is up to Creators to read, discuss and understand these mendacious accusations so as to better deal with them in the future. No matter whether a Creator is the victim or the accused, every Creator is guaranteed to be vilified in such a manner by/or with the approval of any court of law he or she finds themselves in.

Regarding Matthew Hale's admission of having attempted to contract the murder of a rival attorney ...

Quote from: Hidden to Guests
Hale’s current lawyer insists ... that trial counsel should have conceded that Hale told Evola to kill someone—but that the “someone” was not Judge Lefkow. According to Hale’s current lawyer, Hale was using roundabout language to tell Evola to kill the principal lawyer for the plaintiff in the trademark suit.

Creativity is a Professional, Non-Violent, Progressive Pro-White Religion. We promote White Civil Rights, White Self-Determination, and White Liberation via 100% legal activism. We do not promote, tolerate nor incite illegal activity.

Had any Creator during Matt's period as PM, attempted to coerce another Creator to murder anyone, never mind an officer of the court or a federal judge, Matt would have immediately dismissed the individual from the Church; and rightly so. Being in a cold war as we are, neither we, nor our opponents live by the morals that our opponents preach - morals as understood by modern polite society. However, we Creators do have our own moral codes, and unlike the paid hypocrites that currently govern our lands, we Creators do honour our moral codes, and attempting to coerce another Creator to commit a criminal offence - especially by misuse of authority within the Church - was a dismissible offence in Matt Hale's World Church of the Creator, and it remains so today in our Church of Creativity.

That is why our Church cannot publicly support Matt Hale. However, considering that the Church of Creativity does not micro-manage its Church Members, what Members do in private, that has no negative effect on the Church, is of their own concern.

Being that it is our moral codes that separate us Creators from the detestably immoral world live in. It therefore behoves us as Creators to enforce our own moral codes, as for us, there is no higher law than the Creed and the Church of Creativity. Anyone disagreeing with that, has no moral right to call themselves a Creator and is not welcome in our Church.

There are people here that are new and just don't know the history of Creativity, and then there are those that should know better, but don't. So, without anybody particular in mind, this is a general reminder:

... our Church cannot publicly support Matt Hale. However, considering that the Church of Creativity does not micro-manage its Church Members, what Members do in private, that has no negative effect on the Church, is of their own concern.

In other words, think and do what the hell you like regarding Matt. Just don't post anything on his behalf on our network; It will be deleted. And if you push it, so will you, and you will be judged not to be of the moral fortitude expected of a Creator.
