Title: Salubrious Living: Cravings

I lived Salubrious through the early 90's. Hated it and made myself sick. I was poor.

Today I still keep it down to small meals and not much meat and sugar.

Today, for some reason, I suddenly had a craving for lollies/candy.

I didn't bother wasting my efforts going out to buy crap, but what was I thinking of ?

I should have added that if you have cravings for sweets, instead of lollies, candy or sweeties, the healthy alternative is dried apricots, banana chips, and frozen grapes and berries.
