Title: Getting Creativity "out there"
Post by: SethCochran on Mon 24 Jan 2011
The spread of every religion at some point requires just getting it "out there".  Many times, magazines, newspapers, blogs, really anyone wanting to say anything about Creativity will want pictures, sounds, media of any kind to go along with the story or perspective they have.

The problem is with copyright laws.  Media organizations can't use a copyrighted image without the author's consent and most of the time they won't waste time trying to get it.  So, I'm encouraging everyone who has they're own work related to Creativity, or knows for sure that the work is NOT copyrighted to upload it here.

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload)

First of all, it just gets Creativity "out there".  Second, this makes it easier to illustrate the Wikipedia articles related to Creativity, and third, people needing media related to anything often go there to find it- so when they want to talk about Creativity, voila, they have anything they need to go along with it.  And once it's out there's no getting it back in.

In fact, if the images here:

http://creativityreligionresourcecentre.wordpress.com/ (http://creativityreligionresourcecentre.wordpress.com/)

are free (no copyright) I will take it upon myself to upload them.  Right now I don't know the status of the files (nor do I have proof of that status) so I can't.  Anyway, keep this in mind and please contribute.

Anything you find at https://creativityalliance.com/images.htm (https://creativityalliance.com/images.htm) is yours to use as you wish. If there are any questions, I personally designed the Creativity Alliance logo.

Same with anything you find on https://sacreator.com/creator-cam (https://sacreator.com/creator-cam) and the rest of my personal site except for photos of other people since I only have permission to use them for our purposes, not sign away their rights willy nilly.

And finally, anything you find at https://rahowadirectory.com/hale (https://rahowadirectory.com/hale) Since Hale was always and still is heavily into self promotion, you know that anything currently or soon to be added there is something he desperately wants the entire world to have free and unfettered access to.

Church Martyr, Reverend George Loeb already asked me to write a personal wiki page for him. It was rejected because they claimed it was a breach of copyright as the info came from https://rahowadirectory.com/loeb (https://rahowadirectory.com/loeb) Of course it was the same, I wrote  both. So there was no breach of copyright. His photos, personal text and the witness statements supplied on his website are available to you.

Reverend Esposito's images and text are also free to use https://rahowadirectory.com/esposito (https://rahowadirectory.com/esposito)

That is all I can vouch for.

Unless of course Wikipedia continue to publish TCM (https://creativitymovement.org/)'s libellous meanderings about us, then I or the next PM may be forced to sue Wikipedia for defamation and possible breach of copyright.

Who has the  official copyright to  Ben Klassen's  books?

Wikimedia wants to get technical.  Who knew this would be so laborious.

Essence of a Creator No. 15 - A CREATOR is a problem solver.

Apparently I have to formally request permission from you for EVERY image I want to use.  Then, I have to document that proof, etc. etc. before the image is considered free.

I sent them an e-mail asking them to describe the process in detail.  I don't want to upload fifty images and have them immediately deleted for improper license documentation.

For now I'm copying all of the images you gave me permission to use to my local hard drive that way I'll have them already here for upload if necessary.  I'll keep everyone updated.

Even though you technically transferred the images to me, I need to know the copyright status of every image on that page.

For example, I know this image https://creativityalliance.com/images/klassen.gif (https://creativityalliance.com/images/klassen.gif) is in the Holy Books as the author picture and has been featured so widely so as to become de facto public domain.

However, I need to know the copyright status of this image- or, at least, every image that you wish to release the copyright from.

Official copyright can be said to be owned by Founder Klassen's daughter. However, Founder Klassen also stated that the copyright was held by the White Race. Which means ANYONE, and I do mean ANYONE who rejects our right to publish the Holy Books of Creativity is a traitor to the White Race.

As for copyright for individual images, design a standardised form that we - or better still you can fill in whatever details you need, when you need to.
