HJIC Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull claims Australians will be protected against the "incitement of genocide" as part of new counter-terrorism laws to be introduced into Parliament next month.

I can see that this new bull* law will most likely be wrongfully used against us, rather than the muds that it should rightly be used against. Whenever someone for whatever reason calls for the extermination of White people and White culture or the ethnic cleansing of Whites from Australia as is often the case, the media response is always a round of applause and pats on the back for all concerned. That same media when it comes to White Racial Loyalists however takes a different approach and continually makes false statements of our intent to bring about the genocide of the entire non-White world. It is always a false statement calculated to preconfigure the conceptions of the gullible media junkies that most people are, that we are genocidal maniacs that should not be allowed to exist in a
tolerant society.
In truth, and to be blunt about it, we do wish for Australia - and for that matter, America and Europe too - to be ethnically cleansed of its non-White population. We have no wish to commit genocide. All we desire is peaceful repatriation of the inferior mud races back to their own lands or a destination of their choice, and for our borders to be forever sealed. Whether the mud races prosper or die out completely is none of our concern. Our only concern is the immediate future of our own land and the salvation and ultimate destiny of our own people.
We have no desire to harm or kill any single person, but this is war and while the ongoing persecution of White dissidents and murder of innocent White folk continues, we will do whatever it takes without limitation to defend ourselves and our people. To do anything less is racial suicide - voluntary (self) genocide.

Extract: The AJN can reveal the offence applies to "advocacy of genocide of people who are outside Australia", or the genocide of "national, ethnic, racial or religious groups in Australia", and the advocacy itself can occur either in Australia or overseas.
Addressing the Centre for Independent Studies in Sydney last week, federal Attorney-General George Brandis said, "In the government's view, the preaching of the genocide of a race or population can never be regarded as being the equivalent of the mere expression of a radical political opinion: it is an injunction to violence and slaughter.
"Yet advocacy of genocide does go on, unpunished, in Australia today – in particular, directed against Jewish people and against the State of Israel. It will no longer be lawful to engage in such conduct."
Reacting to the new crime, Executive Council of Australian Jewry executive director Peter Wertheim said there are both positives and negatives in the government's proposal.
"One positive is that the new criminal offence will only require proof of 'advocacy' of genocide, rather than the more difficult-to-prove 'incitement'," he said, adding that the maximum penalty of seven years' imprisonment is "appropriate".
Stating that the biggest negatives are the proposed defences, Wertheim said the so-called "good faith defences", which will be available to anyone charged with the offence, are appropriate in civil cases, but not for criminal offences.
"How can anyone 'advocate' genocide in good faith? Every conceivable circumstance in which a good faith excuse might apply, such as an artistic work or academic presentation or a news or current affairs report, is one in which the requisite intention to 'advocate' genocide must necessarily be absent," he said.
"Worse still, any persons charged with advocating genocide will be able to plead in their defence that they did so for a 'genuine purpose in the public interest'. The availability of this defence would merely create an opportunity for such persons to use the ensuing trial, with impunity, as a public platform to further advocate genocide and to seek to justify it. This is precisely what was attempted by the defendant in the [Fredrick] Toben case."
Wertheim added: "These proposed defences are a gaping loophole in the proposed new law and need to be removed from the draft legislation."
Comment:So there you go, the proof, if you needed it, that the crime of advocating genocide is not a crime, provided it that you advocate for the extermination only of White Australians, White Americans, British and Europeans. All in all, the crime of advocating genocide in Australia will continue to go unpunished – in particular, directed against White people and against White Australians. It will always remain lawful to engage in such conduct.
