North Bergen, NJ (TRN) -- At about 4:00 this afternoon, Hal received a call from the North Bergen Police telling him to go to the Police Station because they had received a tip from a credible source about a death threat made against him and they needed to talk. He arrived at the station at about 4:10 and was arrested at 4:15. It seems that the state of Connecticut issued a warrant for his arrest for making "Harassing Communications". There is no other information available at this time. At this point, any and all donations toward his defense would be greatly appreciated.
Obviously, the Hal Turner Show will not air tonight. All other shows will run as scheduled.

The arrest warrant issued wasn't just for the charge of "Harassing Communications." It was a "Fugitive from Justice" warrant. The state of Connecticut claims that they allegedly contacted Mr. Turner and asked him to turn himself in (no such request was made). When he didn't follow through with this alleged request (because no such request was made), they issued the "Fugitive from Justice" warrant, which called for the North Bergen Police to arrest him on the charge of "Harassing Communications". That is all the information we have at this time. Again, any and all donations toward Mr. Turner's defense would be greatly appreciated.

"It is our intent to foment direct action against these individuals personally," the blog stated. "These beastly government officials should be made an example of as a warning to others in government: Obey the Constitution or die."
And, the post continued, "If any state attorney, police department or court thinks they're going to get uppity with us about this; I suspect we have enough bullets to put them down too."
The blog post pledged to announce the officials' home addresses on his radio show Wednesday night, but Turner 47, of North Bergen, N.J., was taken into custody before that could happen.
He was charged in the warrant with inciting injury to persons or property and will be presented in a New Jersey courthouse Thursday for extradition to Connecticut. It is unclear when that would happen.

The attorney for white supremacist hate blogger Harold "Hal" Turner vowed to fight extradition today for his client, who was arrested yesterday on Connecticut charges alleging he suggested that several officials there should be shot.
"We will be fighting extradition," Newark Attorney Michael A. Orozco said adamantly after Turner, a North Bergen resident, appeared via videolink from the Hudson County jail this morning in Central Judicial Processing Court in Jersey City.
But fighting extradition may just buy time.

In a case in which a defendant fights extradition, the scope of relevant issues is extremely limited, and the primary issue is whether the person in custody is in fact the person named by the demanding state, Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said.
"It is very rare that a defendant successfully contests extradition," DeFazio said.
Turner's wife and son were at today's hearing as Turner was seen wearing the green prison garb of the Kearny jail.
He seemed anxious to speak but when he talked, Orozco cut him off, advising him to remain silent.
Yesterday afternoon, Turner was arrested at the North Bergen Police Station on a fugitive from justice warrant filed by the Connecticut State Capital Police based on the Connecticut charge of inciting injury.
The arrest came after recent comments on Turner's blog alluded to using guns against state Sen. Andrew McDonald, D-Stamford, and state Rep. Michael Lawlor, D-East Haven, co-chairmen of the Judiciary Committee, and Thomas Jones, enforcement officer for the Office of State Ethics.
"Mr. Turner's comments are above and beyond the threshold of free speech. He is inciting others through his website to commit acts of violence and has created fear and alarm," Capital Police Chief Michael J. Fallon said in a statement. "He should be held accountable for his conduct."
Turner made the comments while advocating for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport, Conn., in its lawsuit against the Connecticut State Ethics Office.
The state office says the diocese failed to register as a lobbyist prior to organizing a large protest against a bill aimed at changing the way Catholic parishes are incorporated.
Yesterday Diocese of Bridgeport Bishop William E. Lori posted a statement about the lawsuit which does not refer to Turner but reads in part:
"We deplore and condemn hateful language and advocacy of violence of any kind. Such speech is contrary to the civil and respectful discourse that reflects the Christian values we hold so dear.
"We further denounce any individuals or groups who might try to exploit this matter for their own separate agendas. Fundamental constitutional rights include the responsibility to express our views in a civil and lawful manner.''
Turner's blog commentary says in part:
"While filing a lawsuit is quaint and the 'decent' way to handle things, we at TRN (Turner Radio Network) believe that being decent to a group of tyrannical scumbags is the wrong approach. It's too soft. Thankfully, the Founding Fathers gave us the tools necessary to resolve tyranny: The Second Amendment. ...
"TRN advocates Catholics in Connecticut take up arms and put down this tyranny by force. To that end, THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT ON 'THE HAL TURNER SHOW' we will be releasing the home addresses of the Senator and Assemblyman who introduced Bill 1098 as well as the home address of Thomas K. Jones from the OSE."
Since Turner was in custody last night, there was no show.
Rutgers Law School Professor Frank Askin, director of the Constitutional Litigation Clinic, said that based on the portions of Turner's blog he has seen, Connecticut may not have a case.
"It's probably free speech,'' he said in an interview with The Jersey Journal. "The definition of incitement is very, very narrow under the Constitution's First Amendment."
The legal distinction is between "advocacy" and "incitement," he said. "I think it's on the advocacy side or the line and it is protected by the First Amendment."

On the contrary, our opinion greatly matters on these "individuals."
Matt was arrested on bogus charges that were a clear-cut case of entrapment, and convicted of anti-terrorist offences that did not exist at the time of his initial arrest.
Bill White: Openly proposed violence against certain individuals. Whether right or wrong, it was complete and utter stupidity. A mistake everyone should learn from.
And now Hal Turner is in the same boat as Bill White for more or less the same crimes related to threats to a different group of individuals.
If we are to win this war, we must be beyond reproach. That doesn't mean being sweet little "New Age" angels, but it does mean
not deliberately putting ourselves in situations where we are guaranteed to be picked up, processed and held up by the JOG as enemies of the New World Order. And above all, we must have higher morals than those we fight. The arrests of the two self seeking imbeciles speak for themselves. Each of whom was arrested for actions that were their own fault. They are not martyrs and they are not "POW's." One got less than he deserved, and the other two got what should be expected by anybody with a little common sense.

You right. Matt Hale, and maybe even Shaun Walker do not deserve to be in ther lumped up group with the others.
Bill White supported Creativity, so hats off there. However, his passions, actions and "popularity" in the movement made him crazy and egoistic, leading to greater risks. This led to making mistakes. Same goes for Turner.
However, it is undeniable that ZOG is targeting potential leaders of the WN movement and will throw any charges that stick onto them in order to incarcerate or weaken them morally, financially and other in order to cut off the head of the movement. It doesn't matter whether they send the police, the newspaper reporter, the judge or a hitman. An attack is and attack, and they are attacking us.
Also, there is the religious aspect to this story. Turner being raised catholic, defended the catholic church with his alledged "incitement of violence" comments against the three faggot-loving politicians. The church made a statement where they do not support violence, and consequently distance themselves from Turner. He got busted for trying to protect the very ones that cast him off to the wolves. Very sheepish of him. Says alot about the church, but more so about Turner. In choosing either the White Race or his religion, it could be argued that he would choose his jeeboo religion.
Under the assumption that he will get a fair trial, Turner will get off, as the charges will not stand in court. Whether he will learn his lesson, that is another thing.

That's about spot on. Bill White was very driven and very intelligent, but he had a nasty habit of running his mouth and stabbing everyone he worked with in the back the instant they displeased him. His over-the-top rhetoric is what got him into trouble, not anything he actually did.

The NA will not be finally dissected and decommissioned for the last time by the JOG. Most old style organisations - especially one that appears on the surface to have something to do with Creativity - have already been destroyed through death, arrests and the general incompetence of successors who, like Bill White, work for the betterment of themselves, rather than the White race. Nothing's really changed. Threats to kill have never been protected by freedom of speech laws or traditions. The laws in our countries have been clear for a long time; if you threaten to kill someone, you can be arrested. If you oppose the system and you clearly break those laws, you will be arrested - unless you work for said system.
