THE NT Government wants to change the law to make it illegal for a person involved in a hit-and-run to not stop at the scene and call police.

Attorney-General John Elferink was prompted to review the Territory's hit-and-run laws following the death of a plumber, whose body was left on a rural road after a frightened motorist ran him over.

Despite the motorist - Rolena Yusoff - admitting to hitting the man, Rikki Colosimo, the Full Court ruled she could not help him because he was already dead and she was under no obligation to call the authorities.

The 35-year-old was killed instantly when he was struck by Yusoff on Zamia Rd, at Humpty Doo, on November 18 last year.

Prosecutor Damien Jones told the court Yusoff feared she may have hit a person but did not stop to check.
The mother-of-seven walked from the court on a fully suspended two-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to failing to stop and help Mr Colosimo.

Mr Colosimo's mother Sharon Cook said it was a "moral issue".
"Morally you stop and you stay there. You report it," she said outside the court.

The NT Supreme Court heard yesterday he was lying on an unlit road at night when he was struck.

Lying on a road is typical Abo behaviour. Figure it out for yourselves what will happen when someone not of the tribe kills an Abo and is stupid enough to stop and get out of their car. It doesn't matter whether the person is White, a mixed race mongrel or another Abo from another tribe or even a different family within the same tribe, the end result will be the same.

No, I think what they mean was she knocked him down and they found him laying on the road.

Abos can be anything they like ... at any time of the day or night. If an Abo says he's King Willy Wheeties, then that Abo is King. If an Abo says it's a plumber ....

But yeah, that bloke looks like a wog, or possibly some Semitic slime. I hope for the latter because I wouldn't want a good wog to pointlessly die.

A McDONALD'S Happy Meal was the only lure needed for three teenagers to climb down from an alleged wrecking spree on the roof of a Darwin juvenile detention centre.

The trio - aged 14, 16, and 17 - reportedly escaped from their rooms in the Don Dale Detention Centre in Berrimah, and smashed into the roof space of the accommodation block just after midnight on Monday morning.
They stayed on the roof of the 38-bed facility for four hours until they demanded a McDonalds Happy Meal from the NT Police negotiator about 4.30am.





Well Adelaide has an Abbo gang called "gang of 49" .. But I guess NT has a new chapter of "crew 38"?





Police then went to McDonalds and fetched three meals with fries.
It's believed the thoughtful police officer asked members of all other services - including the firies, ambos, and Corrections staff - if they wanted to lodge an order while he was doing a Macca's run.
The health-conscious public servants declined. 

  NT Corrections Department spokesman David Harris said: "During their time in the roof space they caused damage to the ceilings of other cells.
"Concern was held for their safety due to electrical wiring in the roof space and their compliance was finally obtained by police on the offer of a Happy Meal from McDonalds," he said.

"We think it might have been Palmerston Maccas as they would be closest. The meal was provided to them after they came down from the roof space."
They were believed to be lovin' it before they were grilled by the law.

"The trio was arrested by police and taken to the Darwin Watchhouse where they were charged with attempted escape and property damage," Mr Harris said.

The current Happy Meal comes with "Mix and Match" toys.




Hmm considering 85% of the Gaols are Abbos in the NT, and they are child like people, of course they'd want a happy meal with a toy in it to play with.. you can bet the trouble makers from "crew 38(bed dorm)" were Abbos?

A MAN has been arrested whilst allegedly still carrying out a sexual assault after his victim's cries for help were heard by neighbours, who called police.
 
Watch Commander Greg Pusterla said police were able to arrest 46-year-old man in a park in Driver while he was still carrying out the assault after neighbours heard cries for help from his 41-year-old female victim.
It is believed the attacker was known to the victim.
"They were both drinking at the same location before the attack, so it would appear they're known to each other somehow," he said.



Guess who in the NT has a large domestic violence rate? Guess who also does nothing but sit around drinking togeather?
