I think if the drug " ice" wasn't dealt with mainly biker groups and the negative affect it has on our community the government wouldn't be so hard on bikies.

Whenever there is a criminal "bikie" scare in the media, the police are involved and arrests are usually made. Unlike the other states, New South Wales has what is known as the Middle Eastern Crime Squad. In NSW, the coppers go in, do their job, secure the area and then the Middle Eastern Crime Squad moves in and takes over and arrests are always made.

* Fact: The majority of bikers that are involved in criminal enterprises are of Middle Eastern origin.

* Fact: Bikers of Middle Eastern origin are not bikers. They have no loyalty to the club and will patch-over to another club depending where the profit flows.

* Fact: The so-called "bikie wars" of the last twenty years are crime related due to opposing Middle Eastern crime gangs manipulating the outlaw clubs.

* Fact: When the Middle Eastern criminals eventually succumb to the heat and abandon the outlaw clubs, they will continue their criminal enterprises under other legitimate business enterprises that you will never hear about. Note that this is already happening.

* Fact: Bikers - whether outlaw motorcycle clubs or not - have always been hounded by politicians and police. They are a visible, politically incorrect, easy target that can be used to justify any draconian laws that the government wish to impose. Note the Anti Larrikin Laws of South Australia in the 1960's were ostensibly written to be used against the bikers of the day, but were directed against every teen sitting in a park or going to the local shop for a bottle of milk for mum. Queensland's "Anti-Bikie Laws" are a revamp and reissue of the South Australian laws, and are often directed at groups and individuals with no connection to the proscribed outlaw clubs.

If a propensity for organised crime and associated violence is the justification for "Anti-Bikie Laws" around Australia, why don't we have "Anti-Arab Laws" and "Anti-Asian Laws."

Bikies are just part of the picture

Various governments in Australia have made much of the role of outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMCGs) and their involvement in the methylamphetamine trade.

Tellingly, in this week's report, they rate only two mentions. One is as a part of the wider criminal gang picture; the other as a case study for involvement in the drug trade in a small rural Victorian town.

Nowhere was the critical evidence of their dominance of this particular drug market put forward, despite what many law enforcement agencies have been claiming in recent years. The report outlines the following crime groups as being active in the meth market:

... members of Australian-based outlaw motorcycle gangs, Australian organised crime groups as well as persons of Middle Eastern, Eastern European and West African backgrounds, and Vietnamese, Chinese, Canadian, US and Mexican serious and organised crime groups.

The offences laid against bikies account for just 0.8% of total drug supply offences in Queensland. For trafficking in dangerous drugs they account for 5% of offences. For production of dangerous drugs they accounted for only 1.3% of total offences.

Production by Queensland drug laboratories has been exploding for the last five years, yet we never heard that the bikies were the criminal masterminds behind it. Australian Crime Commission (ACC) data indicates that from 2010-11 to 2011-12, Queensland drug laboratory production increased 29%, and Queensland labs accounted for 81% of the national increase in this same period.

Police have indicated that some 193 amphetamine labs had been located in the last six months in Queensland. Unfortunately, the media were not told how many of these busts resulted in the arrest of any bikies. [more ...]

More than 200 criminal bikie-gang members are being eyeballed in South Australia as the Government cracks down on organised crime.

The Advertiser understands that Mongols treasurer Andrew Peter Stevens and key Comanchero Paul Burgess were taken into custody in Adelaide on Thursday morning.

Immigration Minister Peter Dutton has cancelled the visas of the UK-born men and authorities plan to deport them.

They will now join a cast of hundreds of detainees held for breaching "character requirement" laws. Mr Dutton said the Government was "determined to protect our borders and to make our community a safer place".

"Criminal bikie gangs pose a great threat to communities through many criminal activities including drug trafficking," he said.

"We won't tolerate them coming to our country and thinking they can commit serious crime and remain here.

"If they're here on a visa and involved in criminal activity, we will act to remove them and eliminate the threat they pose."

From detention, the men can appeal against the visa cancellation.

However, if successful, Mr Dutton can immediately cancel it again. He did just that on Thursday with New Zealand-born bikie Aaron Joe "AJ" Graham.




Perhaps if you are of "bad character" and meet with "people who think subversive thoughts" you had better get naturalised or perhaps face deportation?

A BELOVED father and fiance is set to be deported to the UK despite having lived in Australia since he was two.

Immigration Minister Peter Dutton has stripped Paul Burgess of his permanent residency visa on character grounds because he has a criminal history and had a bikie gang connection.

But his family and lawyer say he was only a member of the Comancheros for two months in 2013 and that his crimes are "not of the same nature" as those of others who have been kicked out of the country.

Mr Dutton has sweeping powers to cancel visas without notice, and The Advertiser revealed earlier this month that two Adelaide men had been deported to Christmas Island — Mr Burgess and Mongols treasurer Andrew Peter Stevens.

Mr Burgess's fiancee, who declined to be named, said he was "not the face of organised crime".

"His whole life has been here," she said.

The father of Richmond Tigers player Dustin Martin is facing deportation to New Zealand after Immigration Minister Peter Dutton said he failed to meet the minimum character requirements to remain in Australia.

Shane Martin, alleged to be a top-ranking official with Rebels Motorcycle Gang, was detained in Sydney on Thursday and his visa was cancelled.

Mr Dutton confirmed the news while announcing the Government had cancelled or refused the visas of 81 bikie gang members or associates.

He refused further comment on the Martin case.

"I can confirm that I took a decision based on the advice available to me to cancel the visa of Mr Shane Martin," he said.

"We are determined to... target people who have been involved particularly at higher levels of outlaw motorcycle gangs.

"We are at war with outlaw motorcycle gangs because they are distributing drugs across society and they're involved in serious crime.

"Outlaw motorcycle gangs should hear the message clearly that we're going to continue this operation until we can wipe out outlaw motorcycle gangs."

The minister said 81 bikie gang members or associates have had their visas cancelled or refused since mid 2014.

SA Police is targeting a street gang it is understood is acting as a recruiter for bikies, a year after the State Government outlawed ten motorcycle clubs.

Under the controversial laws introduced in August last year, the initial ten bikie gangs were declared criminal organisations, meaning it is illegal for three or more members to meet in public, enter pubs or wear club colours.

The move to strike against the street gang is believed to be the first time the laws have been considered for use against a group that is not an established bikie club. It signals a widening of the net to try to crack down on organised crime.

Police Commissioner Grant Stevens said police were "currently doing some work on a street gang that we believe may meet the threshold".

"But we are in the relatively early stages on that one," Mr Stevens told a parliamentary committee.

"We will continue that work and, if we are satisfied that it meets the threshold, we will be putting forward a submission that they be considered for inclusion."

The Advertiser understands the relatively unknown street gang acts as membership hunting ground for outlaw bikie gangs.

The tough laws have caused heated debate because they handed politicians, rather than the courts, the power to make a decision about which groups would be outlawed.

To add to the list of ten, police must prepare a brief for the Attorney-General to assess and determine whether to take a regulation to State Parliament declaring the group.

The Government initially intended to declare 27 bikie gangs as criminal organisations but, in a deal with the Opposition to pass the laws, the list was reduced by removing interstate clubs with no known presence here.

At the time, Attorney-General John Rau said the new powers would make it easier to "crack down" on bikies.

Mr Stevens admitted the laws may not have "reduced their (bikie club) involvement in organised crime" but that it had "disrupted their capacity to exert influence over the community".

"We were well aware going in to this regime that, if successful, it would essentially drive those overt activities underground," he said.

"We see that there is a significant benefit in terms of public safety by achieving that, and we are also very mindful of the fact that this is not a suggestion that these people cease to become involved in serious organised crime."

Assistant Commissioner Linda Fellows told the committee the first case was set for trial in September and the second was at pre-trial conference stage with an expectation it would progress.

"SAPOL considers the legislation as being extremely successful in restricting groups of OMCG (outlaw motorcycle gang) members from congregating," Ms Fellows told The Advertiser.

"There is a noticeable absence of OMCG members in public which contributes to public safety. "Also an absence of organised tours — 'runs' — which has had positive public safety outcomes as well as freeing up police resources."

In addition, one person has been charged with wearing paraphernalia — gang colours — in a licensed premises.

No one has been charged over consorting laws but 131 people had been warned, including people who were not members of the declared gangs but considered to likely have connections.

The laws also banned club entry to 10 properties, including clubrooms, which Ms Fellows said had all now been vacated.

In August last year, there were 305 OMCG members in SA. Police now believe numbers have dropped to about 274.

A Queensland taskforce into that Government's organised crime legislation recommended establishing an independent statistical research body to collect and publish regular analysis of Queensland crime data, particularly relevant to organised crime in the state.

Opposition MLC Andrew McLachlan, a member of State Parliament's Crime and Public Integrity Committee, said SA should establish a similar body to work out using statistics which laws worked and which did not.

You're right. There are none.

While they do want to target us White Racial Activists, Nationalists and the Skinhead gangs, the JOG are aware that they'd have to outright lie to claim we have any recognisable connection to the motorcycle clubs in this state or anywhere in Australia. Despite our own differences, there is one issue on which we are all united, and that is our refusal to associate with Muslims and other scum that the multicultural outlaw motorcycle clubs now regularly recruit.

While we Creators will often recruit White former MC club members, the Skinhead gangs have an absolute hatred of anyone they deem to be a biker.
