Websites are restored (or in the process of restoration) on a new cheaper and faster webserver that openly advocates freedom of speech. We have also been able to obtain a refund of $103.98 for prepaid unused time with GoDaddy. In the end, we are better off than we were before this petty Jewish drama even began.

At first i thought you might have been disheartened and changed the format in some way. It is good to know there are Creators out there who are both highly intelligent and indefatigable! I salute you and am grateful for your tenacity!

One of the reasons we were so careful in choosing a new ISP was an explicit requirement for the defence of freedom of speech. It looks like others have not been as careful or so fortunate. And the guilty party behind it all, is as usual, that anti-everything-but-Jewish-brigade known as the ADL http://www.adl.org.



Censorship: Anti-Defamation League Wages War Against Free Speech, Targets 300 Politically-Incorrect "Hate" Websites For Takedown

On July 29th, 2012, Digital Journal reports that the Anti-Defamation League has launched a campaign to get at least 300 websites they have arbitrarily branded as "hate" sites removed from the Internet by their ISPs. The ADL's tactic is to send letters to ISPs expressing their concern, offering to "partner" with the targeted ISP in developing "better Internet citizenship" and a "safer user environment". And of course, they imperiously demand a written response from the ISP. The ADL has undemocratically appointed itself the custodian and arbiter of "hate".

One of the ADL's victims, Christian Identity Pastor Eli James, published a copy of the letter from the ADL online.

Two other reported victims include another Christian Identity Pastor, William Finck, as well as an anti-Zionist activist, Mike Delaney. Dual-Seedline Christian Identity is billed as "anti-Semitic" because of its central premise that Jews are a separate race created by the physical union of Even and Satan in the Garden of Eden (Reverend Ted Pike published his objections to Christian Identity on June 18th, 2012). Note how one of the co-signatories of the letter, Deborah M. Lauter, bills herself the "Director of Civil Rights"; the irony of a so-called "director of civil rights" inducing ISPs to violate the civil right of free speech of their customers is overwhelming.

Of course, this is where extreme libertarians will enter the discussion and claim that because the ISPs are privately-owned, they can do what they want, yada, yada, yada, and why don't the victims find another ISP, yada, yada, yada. Well, Mike Delaney actually went that route. Almost one month ago, Delaney's sites were booted off GoDaddy because they were too politically incorrect. So Delaney transferred his sites to 1and1.com, the same ISP used by William Finck. Now Delaney, like Finck, has been booted from 1and1.com. So what's the libertarian response if Delaney can't get any ISP to host his sites? The libertarians never seem to be able to answer that question. more ...

New York - How would you like your government to tell you what you can read, hear and see? Better still, how would you like an apologist for the Gaza Massacre to make that decision?
If you've never heard of the ADL, it's time you did, because the misnamed Anti-Defamation League wants to shut down three hundred websites that peddle "hate". You might not think that is such a bad idea because you don't visit hate sites, and who needs hate anyway? There are two problems with this: one is that if and when these three hundred are shut down, who will be targeted next? The other is, who decides what is hate and who is a hater anyway? more ...

Internet anti-Semitism a 'mortal danger'

Stakeholders from government and non-governmental organizations testify in Knesset hearing on matter.

Anti-Semitism on the net is "like a tsunami wave," Knesset Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Committee chairman MK Yoel Razbozov said during a Sunday hearing on online hate speech.

Razbozov called for countries to enact legislation restricting online hate, and warned that if Jews will not act to combat the spread of anti-Semitism online, they will eventually "find themselves in mortal danger."

Representatives of the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Jerusalem and Diaspora Affairs, the Israeli Internet Association and the Anti-Defamation League, among other bodies, testified regarding the dangers of online hate and discussed methods of combating disinformation about Jews and Israel.

The Anti-Defamation League testified regarding its ongoing relationship with Internet hosting company GoDaddy to take down anti-Semitic websites, citing some 30 sites it said were taken down by the American company.

Facebook has also been working with the ADL, its representative said.

"Facebook is coming around, they just need time," Ronald Eissens of the International Network Against Cyberhate added.

The World Zionist Organization established a communications center for combating hate online and is beginning two pilot courses for training Israelis to engage in this struggle, WZO Department for Countering Anti-Semitism chief Yaakov Hagoel told lawmakers.
