The meaning that I've taken from that is that Joe being punished isn't a result of what he's said or what group he is involved in but rather something he has done, some sort of behaviour that violates prison rules. If we can't prove the prison is persecuting Joe for being a Creator, then there's very little we can do.

We have done more than it first seems. We have confirmed that Florida prison adherents of the Church names we listed - and I'll eventually get a reply as well - are not prevented from communicating with their brethren and should not have their Creator related possessions confiscated because of false accusations of "gang material." Next for us to do is document our efforts ready for when we or others need to duplicate our efforts in other states of the US and possibly elsewhere.

Isn't Rev. Loeb in the Florida prison system? Has he been denied Church material, too?

I do not know Esposito's history as a Creator or his status, but, to me, Rev. Loeb is a righteous man, wrongly convicted due to his religious beliefs. His status, as far as I'm concerned, is that of a religious prisoner, if not Prisoner of War (POW). What does Rev. Loeb have to say on this subject? Doesn't he have possession of WMB, NER, etc.?

I wouldn't say Reverend Esposito was convicted for his religious beliefs. Before perhaps, but this time no. Don't ask what he's in for, it's not my place to say. I accept that there are decent men who live life hard, taking everything that comes at them head on. In a different era they would have been war heroes. In today's society, those men usually fall into the JOG's hands and wind up in prison. Some completely lose all their principles in their attempt to survive, and others retain their principles but are lost in an increasingly difficult world where survival and maintaining your principles can put you in a position where you are forced to do things the mundane world would be horrified to learn. 

It only makes matters worse when you are a White man. Anything you do or say to a non-White is a hate-crime, while the violent mud that you defend yourself or others from is always the victim.

Both Reverends Loeb and Esposito have had most or all of their Creator materials confiscated with the excuse from the JOG that the COTC and WCOTC no longer exist, so the religion no longer exists; therefore everything related to Creativity is "White Supremacist" and considered to be contraband. Even their Founder Klassen issued Ministerial Certificates were confiscated! Well, at least that problem seems to be over - for now - and we can supply them with new (Alliance) Ministerial Certificates, and Brother Mikey has been doing a superb job supplying them with printouts of the books at fifteen or so pages at a time.

I told joe in my last letter to him that we need more concrete evidence to proceed at this time.
suwannee is just too good at covering there asses

just got a letter from joe he says he and several others are suing the florida prison system for religious discrimination, he said all communications from him (letters) he might need for his lawyer so they can see his story is consistent. I told him in this letter to him I have all the emails from his warden in case his lawyer needs them.

as far as holy books, I tried sending joe a few wmb pages but I sent it to santa rosa and he was at suwannee so he never got em, he has pages 15-30 of wmb sent from dilloway
I have not send any holy pages to suwannee and wont do so at this point in time, for legal purposes I dont want them trying to use our books against us in court

I'd like to send joe some pages from the books but I think it could do more harm then good at this point in time

Topic closed. Rev.Dr Joe was moved to Century Correctional Institution and the problems listed ceased. However, a new problem of discrimination has since arisen and Rev. Dr Joe, once again needs your assistance.
