War will be declared if the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) excludes South African gold medallist Caster Semenya because she is a hermaphrodite, Sport and Recreation Minister Makhenkesi Stofile said on Friday. It would be unjust to exclude Semenya from competing as a woman, Stofile said at a media briefing after it was widely reported that a leaked IAAF gender test result showed that Semenya was a hermaphrodite.

"I think it would be the third world war.[yeah right - with a "police force" fighting the "defence force"] We will go to the highest levels in contesting such a decision. I think it would be totally unfair and totally unjust." Mud Stofile said the department was consulting with its lawyers regarding the human rights violations against Semenya. "The ministry feels let down by the way this matter is being handled by those with devious vested interest, especially after being promised a meeting with the IAAF leadership. No one doubts her gender anymore. Now the issue of the percentages of her gender; this is unethical and disgusting." Stofile reiterated that Semenya was a girl even if reports were accurate that she was a hermaphrodite. They indicate that she is a hermaphrodite. For me that means nothing. The issue here is not whether she is a hermaphrodite or not. Where is the science that says they [hermaphrodites] have an advantage ?" Stofile asked.

The Limpopo Progressive Women's Movement - Semenya is from Limpopo - on Friday expressed hurt, anger and deep offence that Semenya's tests had been leaked to the media. "We want to urge all roleplayers in this sad saga to be more sensitive in how they handle it going forward. Stop the leaks, stop the double standards and stop hurting Caster and her family ... How can we victimise a national hero like this ?" The Movement called on IAAF to release Semenya's results so that the matter would be laid to rest even if she was a hermaphrodite."She is still God's child, made in the image of God. We love her and are very proud of her achievements," it said in a statement.

Below is a link to an article so revolting and disgusting that it can only be attributed to kaffirs. They sell their spit to each other so that they can contract TB and go on government grants for six to twelve months. [R1,010/month - $1=R7.34]. The idea is to contract TB which is fully curable, but only after taking medication for six months. The coloureds and niggers who do this see it as an opportunity to score free government grants for six months and the TB medication is free.

Problem comes in that these people forget to take their medication, because most of them are alcoholics [amazing how the "poor", always have money for alcohol]. They also feel better after a short while of taking the medication and then stop the course ... This process has resulted in strains of TB that do not respond to any drugs, called "XDR-TB" [Extremely drug resistant T] and "MDR-TB" [Multiple drug resistant TB]. It is the same with AIDS. To stop Aids - abstain from sex, stick to one partner or if you can't , use a condom. No ... beter to blame the evil White Man for Aids.

Zuma Set To Pardon His Adviser And Apartheid Killer ?

President Jacob Zuma spent more than three hours in a meeting with convicted apartheid hit-squad commander Eugene de Kock during a secret visit to Pretoria Central Prison last year, fuelling speculation Zuma is considering pardoning the convicted killer as part of a broader amnesty to promote reconciliation.The meeting took place on April 11, just five days after all charges of corruption and fraud against Zuma were dropped, paving his way to become president.



"It was two warriors from opposing sides talking about peace and reconciliation," said sources close to De Kock, who spoke to Weekend Argus recently, describing the encounter as "cordial". It is understood that Zuma flew in from KwaZulu-Natal to see the former Vlakplaas chief and De Kock "conveyed valuable information to the president about the involvement of other people who got off scot-free".

In return for a pardon, the man once dubbed Prime Evil has made it clear he is prepared to co-operate in helping with any new investigations into apartheid-era atrocities, including the recovery of bodies of security force victims. De Kock was sentenced in 1996 to two life terms and 212 years on 89 criminal charges, including murder, conspiracy to murder, and fraud.

He later co-operated with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and received a partial amnesty. However, since then he has staunchly argued that he did not act alone and is paying too heavy a price and wants a full pardon. Zuma "gave him no undertakings and made no promises to him", said one of those close to the meeting. Instead they spent the afternoon talking, with Zuma allegedly probing him about a possible life after prison.

"Zuma wanted to gather first-hand information about the man and his vision for the future of South Africa", said one of De Kock's right-hand men, adding that they believe the president was impressed with what his former foe had to say. There have been no subsequent meetings between them, though it is reliably understood that intermediaries have kept in close contact.

De Kock is known to be bitter that he "took the fall" for some senior National Party politicians and police generals, and has made it clear he is prepared to co-operate in helping with any new investigations. About a decade ago De Kock met senior representatives of the intelligence community as well as the Scorpions and is understood to have given them information about apartheid-era violations, although it seems little follow-up action was taken then.

"De Kock's conciliatory attitude, and the fact that he wants to dedicate his life to serving the people of South Africa if he walks free, impressed Zuma," well-informed sources said. Both Zuma and De Kock agreed their meeting should be kept secret and details have only leaked out in the past few days in the wake of speculation about an imminent pardon for De Kock, as well as members of the IFP and the PAC still in prison - and possibly for fraudster and Zuma's friend, Schabir Shaik.

"It was a huge surprise and a great honour for me to meet the president," De Kock told people in jail recently. "I have the highest regard for him and believe that he will turn South Africa into a prosperous and peaceful country". Of Zuma's surprise visit, De Kock said he felt Zuma had come on a "fact-finding mission".

"He is a hands-on president, a people's president who wants to know what is going on at grassroots level in his country. In this way, he will make South Africa work in a good way," De Kock remarked recently. The sources also revealed that former minister of police Adriaan Vlok had wanted to wash De Kock's feet in the presence of several former Koevoet members, during one of his regular visits to the jail.

"But he (De Kock) refused as he regarded Vlok's actions as being degrading," a source said. Details of the April meeting come to light amid heightened speculation that the former Vlakplaas chief may be granted a presidential pardon along with a range of other applicants, and possibly convicted fraudster Schabir Shaik.

Both Vincent Magwenya and Zizi Kodwa, Zuma's spokesmen in the presidency and the ANC respectively, deny any knowledge of the April meeting, though De Kock's men insist otherwise and claim a photo was taken during the encounter. Magwenya was equally vague on a possible presidential pardon for De Kock. "There's none that I'm aware of," he said.

Shaik also claims to be in the dark about Zuma's visit to the prison last year. "I'm in my house, on my own, under house arrest, and have no knowledge about these things," Shaik said on Saturday. When asked whether he should also be pardoned in the event that De Kock is set free, he said : "For that, I'm putting my trust in my creator. All I want is a quiet 2010. And I want to stay away from the media."

The convicted fraudster appears to have curbed his tongue since he told another Sunday newspaper late last year that "I want my f***ing pardon". Meanwhile, visitors to De Kock on Christmas Day say the 61-year-old looked "very relaxed and confident about the future". Physically, they say he is in better shape than he previously was, now that he is out of confinement and working in the prison's woodwork unit.

His bid for a pardon, which he has submitted through the formal channels, is among hundreds of applications, including from those who claim their crimes were politically motivated. In a recent affidavit before the Constitutional Court opposing an application by 384 prisoners who were demanding that he consider their 2004 applications for a pardon within a month, Zuma said he intended processing the 188 applications - from IFP members - currently before him, by the end of this month.

The remaining applications would be handled by mid-year, he said. The prisoners, supported by the IFP, have been involved in long-standing legal action over their stalled applications for pardons. There are about 2 000 separate applications for pardons in terms of a special dispensation, set up with an advisory group from political parties.

The Risks And Dangers Of Pardoning Eugene De Kock

The Sunday Independent clearly has a feeling in its waters that President Jacob Zuma will actually go ahead and do it - pardon perhaps the two most controversial people in the country's recent history.

Much has already been said about Schabir Shaik, who's already out of prison on a sort-of pardon, but the case of Eugene de Kock deserves a much closer look. Just in case you weren't with us in the early- to mid-1990s, De Kock was the poster boy for apartheid killers. He was THE guy who actually did it; plotted, planned and executed anti-apartheid activists. You know, the ANC members. There was no "someone else actually pulled the trigger" for him. And the foot-soldier argument didn't wash either, because he ruled the roost at Vlakplaas with pretty much absolute power. He ran the place, making sure the people who were to be killed were actually killed. He was there because he was very good at the business of killing and was quite happy to do it.

But he has repeatedly said he is prepared to name names, to identify the people in the apartheid government who actually pointed a finger at a name on a hit-list, and said, "maak daai een dood" ("kill that one"). He was the link between the politician making the decision that someone should be removed, and the removal itself. That places him in a very powerful position : would he be, if released, prepared to actually go ahead and "out" all of them ? And if that's the case, who would he name ? The biggie who may be a little concerned is FW de Klerk. (De Kock has already publicly said that de Klerk's "hands were soaked with blood".) [ ... a lot of Whites would enjoy seeing de klerk swinging from a tree !] Perhaps Zuma is thinking De Klerk must stop trying to interfere in current politics after his comments about the Constitution last year.

But if Zuma does release De Kock, and if he does name names, what will happen ? The fact is we don't believe this country is really in a reconciliatory mood. Jonathan Jansen, rector of the University of the Free State, can attest to that after what happened with his decision to pardon the Reitz Four. Obviously, Zuma will have Julius Malema in his back pocket before he does anything about De Kock.

The main theory doing the rounds is that Zuma would do it so he could pardon Shaik at the same time and no-one will notice. The theory itself does sound pretty dumb, because, well, everyone would notice it - and Zuma is very much aware of that. The story would be sandwiched in with De Kock, sure, but Shaik-outrage will not be lost either. (If Zuma really wanted to help Schabir out, with no mess or fuss, he would be better advised to do it a minute before kick-off in the World Cup. We wouldn't notice it for about a month then.)

But De Kock isn't going to bring warm fuzzy feelings about peace and harmony with his release. He's going to stir up a hornet's nest of emotions.[ ... and what did the Nuremburg-style "truth and reconciliation" circus do ?] Not rational debate, but emotions. We're all for a good argument about racial reconciliation, but that's not what will happen. We'll get lots of shouting and anger and frustration, for all the right reasons. If Zuma wants to burnish his credentials as a unifier, a reconciler, he is on the wrong track.

We already respect him for that [ ... niggers respect him], and he runs the risk of actually hurting those credentials with De Kock. What is pretty clear to us is that De Kock is nobody's hero [ ... you`ll be surprised !]. There may be a few crack-pots who still break out the Vierkleur on the Day of the Vow and will think fondly of him, but generally speaking, there's no group of people who will welcome his release. Not much of an upside there, either. Also, De Kock himself has claimed he's not a psychopath, which would remove the chance of some kind of absolution based on his mental state. Wherever one looks, there's only one response : NO.

South Africans have become pretty good at moving on with our lives [ ... niggers have become pretty good at moving on with their lives ... because only they have a life !]. The big political issues have all been about the future rather than the past. Dredging this up is not going to lead to a debate that could help us deal with the past. It's just likely to re-open the raw emotions we've been trying to forget. And they wouldn't even begin to paper over the gaping holes in credibility that a pardon for Shaik would create. It would just make it worse.

Zuma's officials aren't speaking about this on the record at all at the moment. There have been a few hints. Perhaps someone is floating a balloon, to see how the country would react. If that's what is happening, then the message should go to the bridegroom at Nkandla. Don't do it. Both decisions would be wrong. And releasing De Kock could backfire horribly. He's not called 'Prime Evil' for nothing. This could be your "Prime Mistake", Mr President.
