U.S. Illegal Mud Crime

Our politicians say our illegal mud problem is a good thing. They're only here to do the jobs we don't want to do.  What a crock of sh!t.

Alleged serial killer, a Kenyan man in the US illegally, is charged in multiple Dallas-area deaths

By Frank Miles | Fox News

A Kenyan man living in the U.S. illegally has been charged by Texas prosecutors with killing 11 more elderly women, whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday.

Billy Chemirmir, 46, was indicted Tuesday on multiple counts of capital murder in the deaths of the women, 76 to 94 years old, according to Dallas County District Attorney's Office spokeswoman Kim Leach.

The suspect was initially arrested in March 2018 in connection with the death of 81-year-old Dallas woman Lu Thi Harris, making for a total of 12 alleged victims.

The Dallas Morning News reported that Chemirmir also faces five charges of capital murder in Collin County, but the county district clerk’s office declined to release any information Thursday and a spokesman for the district attorney’s office didn’t reply to messages seeking information. Court records in Collin County indicate that Chemirmir is charged with two counts of attempted capital murder in connection with similar attacks there.

In addition to the murder charges, Chemirmir is being held on a charge of being in the country illegally.

Chemirmir’s attorney, Phillip Hayes, said Thursday that this week’s charges were a surprise and that he hadn’t yet had time to review them.

But he noted that Chemirmir “has denied it since Day 1” that he played any role in Harris’ death. “They have circumstantial evidence that puts him in the area but that’s as far as the evidence goes,” Hayes said.

Fox 4 reported that the break in the case came when Chemirmir forced his way into the Plano apartment of a 91-year-old woman in March of last year, telling her to “go to bed. Don’t fight me,” according to an arrest affidavit filed in Collin County. The woman was smothered with a pillow into unconsciousness and robbed.

However, paramedics revived her and she told investigators that her attacker had stolen a box containing her jewelry. Police identified Chemirmir from a license plate number and were able to find and tail him days later, when they watched him throw a jewelry box into a trash bin. They traced the box to Harris, according to the affidavit.

Plano police Chief Gregory Rushin said at the time that Chemirmir used his health care experience “to his advantage in targeting and exploiting seniors, some of the most vulnerable people in our community.”

Police said then that investigators were reviewing about 750 unattended deaths of elderly women for possible links.

3 teens charged in MS-13 killing of 14-year-old girl used machete, baseball bat, police say

RIVERDALE, Md. -

Three Maryland teenagers have been charged as adults in the brutal slaying of a 14-year-old girl who police said may have planned to go to authorities about a crime she and the suspects committed last month.

Josue Fuentes-Ponce, 16, of Bladensburg, Joel Escobar, 17, of Northeast Washington, D.C., and Cynthia Hernandez-Nucamendi, 14, of Lothian, are each charged with first-degree murder in the death of Ariana Funes-Diaz. Funes-Diaz’s body was found Wednesday in a creek in Riverdale, about eight miles northeast of Washington, D.C.

An autopsy conducted Thursday found that Funes-Diaz died of blunt force trauma, according to officialswith the Prince George’s County Police Department.

Funes-Diaz was reported missing from Anne Arundel County on or around April 18, along with Hernandez. The two girls were considered “critical missing juveniles.”

Anne Arundel County authorities said the teens were seen in the Washington, D.C., after they were reported missing and were believed to be in D.C. or Prince George’s County.

Maj. Brian Reilly, commander of Prince George’s County’s Criminal Investigations Division, said Thursday during a news conference that the department’s gang unit got a tip Monday about a possible murder back in April in which the victim was dumped in a wooded area of Riverdale. Investigators from Prince George’s County, along with agents from the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, searched the woods in the 6300 block of 64th Avenue.

“We ultimately found our murder victim there, in the creek,” Reilly said.

The investigation into the slaying indicated it was gang-related, the major said. Fuentes-Ponce and Escobar are both believed to be members of the MS-13 street gang.

“Interviews in this case revealed that our three suspects, along with our murder victim, were involved in a previous crime that occurred on April 17 in Washington, D.C.,” Reilly said.

The teens allegedly turned on Funes-Diaz out of fear she was going to go to police about the crime they had committed in D.C., Reilly said. He declined to go into detail of what that crime was.

The trio of suspects, along with a fourth, unidentified person, drove Funes-Diaz to an apartment complex in Riverdale and walked her to a wooded area behind the complex, where they attacked her with a machete and baseball bat.

Funes-Diaz died of her injuries, Reilly said.

Another illegal degenerate mud race that the propaganda media barely reports. But what else should we expect. We all know that they can't disrupt their all immigrants legal/illegal (if their skin is darker than yours) are  better than you narrative.

immigrant attempts to kidnap Burien girl

Burien. (Michael Allen Smith, Flickr)

Burien used to be a cute little suburban town. Now you have gang activity, teenagers getting murdered, killers on the loose, and stray bullets hitting working people at their desks.

What is the latest out of Burien? As The Seattle Times reported, prosecutors have charged a Burien man with luring and second-degree assault, after he allegedly tried to force a 14-year-old girl into his pickup truck.

The suspect is 51-year-old Esequiel Medina-Vasquez. Any guesses as to his citizenship status? Yep, he is an illegal immigrant.

Medina-Vasquez has been deported twice before, in 2007 and 2014. He was also arrested in 2017 for coming into the country illegally, but clearly he didn’t get sent back to Mexico. He was allowed back on the streets, where he was able to attempt a sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl.

Remember what Jay Inslee tells us about people like Esequiel Medina-Vasquez? These people are “pillars of our communities.”

We have the most lax laws. We are attracting drug vagrants, and we are attracting illegal immigrants. We are seeing the ramifications of it on the streets with all of the women who are being sexually assaulted, from the woman at the Ballard car dealership to Kelly Herron at Golden Gardens, to this teenage girl in Burien.

Washington is the best place to be if you’re an illegal immigrant. We’ve got sanctuary everything and a governor who tells you you’re a pillar of the community when you come into this country illegally and commit crimes. What a great place to come and abduct 14-year-old girls.

When will the madness stop?

This must be one of those illegal muds that, our enemies are constantly trying to convince us, is contributing to the greatness of our country.

Illegal immigrants arrested in Michigan include thrice-deported drug dealer

By Bradford Betz | Fox News.

Ten illegal immigrants, including a man previously convicted of drug charges, were arrested by Border Patrol agents in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on Monday, according to reports.

The arrests came after agents in Munising stopped a van, mlive.com reported. The driver and nine passengers admitted they were in the U.S. illegally and were taken to the Border Patrol station in Sault Ste. Marie.

Border Patrol agents say they arrested 10 illegal immigrants on Monday.  (Twitter/@CBP)

The agents discovered during processing that four of those men had been removed from the U.S. One of them, Jose Bernal-Medeles of Mexico, was convicted of drug charges in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and had been deported three times, WWJ reported.

“Today the men and women of the United States Border Patrol made Munising safer by removing a convicted illegal alien drug dealer and nine others from the streets,” said Sault Ste. Marie Acting Patrol Agent in Charge Andrew Halonen.

ICE arrests illegal immigrant accused of rape 2 months after he was released on bond

By Robert Gearty | Fox News

A North Carolina sheriff has been accused by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials of ignoring an ICE detainer in the case of an illegal immigrant who was captured this month -- two months after he was released on bond in a rape case.

“By releasing a previously deported alien facing serious criminal charges, Mecklenburg County chose to release a serious public safety threat onto the streets of Charlotte where he was free to potentially harm others for nearly two months until his capture by ICE," the agency officials said Friday.

Charlotte police arrested Oscar Pacheco-Leonardo June 14 on rape and indecent liberties with a minor charges. Online records show Pacheco-Leonardo was accused of having sex with a child under the age of 13. He was due back in court in October.

ICE said it issued a detainer the next day but it wasn’t honored and the 33-year-old Honduran national was released June 16 by the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office. The immigration enforcement agency said Pacheco-Leonardo reentered the U.S. illegally after being deported in 2006.

“This arrest is simply the latest in a continuing list of unlawfully present foreign nationals released from Mecklenburg County custody over the past nine months despite serious criminal charges that pose a clear threat to public safety,” ICE said.

ICE said the 48-hour detainer could have given the agency time to take custody of Pacheco-Leonardo to deport him.

Mecklenburg County Sheriff Garry McFadden defended himself Friday at a news conference in which he took no questions, Fox 46 Charlotte reported.

McFadden said Pacheco-Leonardo was released after he put up $100,000 in bond set by a Mecklenburg judge in the rape case.

The sheriff said ICE could have sought a criminal arrest warrant for Pacheco-Leonardo for illegal re-entry but did not.

“The reasons for that decision have yet to be satisfactorily explained to me or to the public,” he said.

He stopped honoring ICE detainers after being elected sheriff last fall.
