Using IPV6 to Speed up Your Internet
« on: 20 July 2019 at 05:02 »
It works - but not with every site ...

If your Internet Service Provider is like ANY in Australia, then run the IPV6 through an IPV4 tunnel. The settings may be in your router, or you can change the settings in your phone or on your computer. Speed tests do not report any changes, however, you can see the changes: An example of the speed change is YouTube (for everyone in SA anyway). YT went from loading the page over several seconds then starting the video, to loading and starting in a blink.

Or you can use Google Public DNS IPV4/6. (It's safe and anonymous.)
FYI, I'm using Google DNS IPV4 with IPV6 Tunnelling.

The Google Public DNS IP addresses (IPv4) are as follows:  :hitler

The Google Public DNS IPv6 addresses are as follows:

You can use either address as your primary or secondary DNS server.

If needed, I can supply screen captures from my own modem/router: A FritzBox - Made in Germany.
