Suggestion: Imperator

During the second era of Creativity, Imperator was a title used by the head of the Church inside the prison system. The last Imperator of the WCOTC was Reverend Overturf of Florida. I propose we restore the position and offer the title of Imperator to Reverend Doctor Joseph Esposito. https://rahowadirectory.com/esposito
