SA moves to ban gang

This is a local state law, but it has many similarities to other laws around the world.
QuoteSouth Australian police have moved to effectively ban the Finks motorcycle gang using world-first legislation to crack down on their criminal activities.

Police Commissioner Mal Hyde confirmed today that an application had been forwarded to Attorney-General Michael Atkinson to have the Finks named a "declared organisation" under tough new anti-gang laws.

If successful the declaration will essentially make it illegal for gang members to meet or gather together.

The new laws, which came into effect in September, also allow magistrates to issue control orders against gang members and introduce a new offence of criminal association to stop gang members and their hangers-on from gathering.

The Finks are the first group targeted by the new legislation, but further applications to outlaw other bikie gangs are expected, with police likely to move against street gangs as well.

When the new laws came into effect Assistant Commissioner Tony Harrison said officers had been working for some time to prepare cases against key groups, with bikie gangs the first in their sights....

Police intelligence suggests there are about 250 initiated members of eight bikie gangs operating in South Australia, with a further 150 people closely associated with those groups [more ... Some here may think, "What the hell? Who gives a **** about bikers." If you do have that attitude, then you are wrong to think that way. If the JOG were just interested in removing the real criminals from society, they would have used already established laws to target the criminal elements within the motorcycle clubs. This would in effect cause the clubs to clean up their own and become more stringent on the character of prospective members.  However, the JOG have used the outlaw motorcycle clubs as the boogey-men of society to pass draconian anti-freedom of association laws through state parliament. Those very same laws which the JOG have nicknamed "anti-bikie laws" can be used against anyone the JOG deems to be offensive to their sense of propriety. That includes us.

Creativity is a religion - Yes. Creativity is recognised under US Federal law and therefore UN treaties as a valid religion - Yes. Will governments such as the JOG of South Australia honour US Federal court decisions or UN treaties when they see an opportunity to legislate Creativity out of existance - No. Therefore it behooves us to make sure Creators refrain from gang related activity.

There is no denying that we have all seen the gangster types within Creativity in the past, and they still exist today. They are the ones that spend their days watching re-runs of Romper Stomper and Ice T nigger movies while trying to hone their skills at being a gangster. They are the ones that tell you that their drunken, aggressive behaviour  and (often) their time spent in prison for violence and murder of innocent White people is a badge of honour for them. They are the ones that believe they are the elite soldiers of "The Movement." Yet, they are also the kind that believe only they have the right to hold the title of Creator. They are nothing more than a bunch of niggers in White skin, and if they can't be brought into line, should be dealt with in the harshest possible means by our own people.

If you BELIEVE that the one and only, true and revolutionary White Racial Religion - Creativity - is the only salvation for the White Race, then you will act accordingly.  You should already know that what is good for Creativity is good for the White race. Therefore, what is good for the White Race is the highest virtue, and what is bad for the White Race is the ultimate sin.

Stay honest, stay true, and stay loyal. Avoid the gangster mentality and above all, don't give the JOG any opportunities.

It just sounds like a practice run for oppression. Picking on a harmless group. The thing is- Whites are always a soft and easy target. If they started picking on Muslims and got blown up in retaliation I wouldn't shed a tear. What goes round come round.

An example of police notices on pubs around Sydney.

The law does not require any investigation as to whether the clubs are criminal organisations or not. New South Wales police have the authority to declare areas no-go zones for people in any group that they determine to be criminal, on their word only. If these laws are not fought and they stick, they will spread and they will be used against anybody or any group whom the police deem to be undesirable. That means you!

Remember that these laws did not just arise out of nowhere. They are anti-terrorist laws that have been adjusted for use against the average person and are merely being fine tuned on bikers so that your average moron will learn to accept them and not cry out about any loss of freedom until it is too late and he no longer has the freedom to cry.

I'M AGAINST THE ANTI-BIKIE LEGISLATION: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=62465907886 (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=62465907886)

Wanganui District Council banned gang patches from the city at its council meeting today.

The bylaw, which comes into force on tomorrow, will give police powers to fine patchwearers $2000 and to take their gang insignia from them.

"This bylaw is intended to deal with.... gangs, but will not affect clubs and groups who are law-abiding and non-confrontational generally," a report on the gang bylaw submissions hearing, tabled at today's meeting by senior councillor Randhir Dahya, said.

B&H and NF NZ will be the first to feel the effects of this law. NZ Creators are now going to have to watch themselves and be ready to prove they are not a gang.
