The dumb arses included the US link to their Terms and Conditions but neglected to include their Australian link, so it took a bit of a search http://www.vistaprint.com.au/customer-care/terms-of-use.aspx?xnav=foot (http://www.vistaprint.com.au/customer-care/terms-of-use.aspx?xnav=foot). Reading their Terms and Conditions, you will see that it is Copyright issues that they are most concerned about, which means the problem could be caused by someone related to Creativity - but not to the Alliance - with legal training or access to someone with legal training. I choose to take the higher path and think that it is a Jew or a Red that has demanded the termination of my account with Vistaprint, and that breach of their Terms and Conditions is just an excuse for their Religious and Racial Vilification of Creators. If however you do not supply my recent purchases within a timely fashion, I will take it as further proof of ongoing Religious and Racial Vilification of myself by Vistaprint and will pursue the matter in a court of law.

December 2011 That was some time ago!
What I forgot to add at the time was that within a month, I had everything I had ordered, and because of the their initial reluctance to continue to do business with me and their knee-jerk reaction regarding my threat of legal action, I ended up with double what I ordered, at the same cost as they went overboard trying to please me.
