Does this include medication, like Tylenol? I get severe migraines around once a year which impair my ability to see, and Tylenol really helps keep what may be a week of severe pain down to a day.
It is an aspiration to aim for. We, as in this generation, are ruined. Sure enough, we woke up and saw the reality, but not before all the crap was fed to us for years and years.
No, we aspire to have our future generations born free from all the said chemicals and brain pollution. Of course, that doesn't give us an excuse to do as we please, as we should aspire to be as healthy as possible, but as I said above, we are 'ruined' in that regard, already a part of the system we are trying to break.
Define your wants and needs and do as you need, not as you want. If you need that Tylenol for the occasional migraine, then good luck to you.
But regarding total Salubrious Living, which also includes abstention from all drugs ...
