What have I done wrong? Received a little earnings for spending my time working on people’s computers and websites? Paid a bill to a Web Host? Paid money to your rivals at Google Play?

You are harassing me for reasons of your own personal gratification.

Why Now?

Is PayPal bitching again? They haven't pulled this one in ten years - and in all that time, I've kept to their rules.

FBI orders because of Gibbs?

Or is this now a common theme for anyone that appears as a dissenter against the US Government? I noticed that many other dissenters (eg 9/11 Truthers and WRL's) are now copping the same treatment since Trump got in.

As for PayPal ... Even if this is just a response to bitching by a Red or a Jewish Parasitic Supremacist (as has happened before) and they relent, PayPal can shove their money rorting system up their collective arse. i.e. I'll be closing the account regardless of the outcome. I've been trying to get around it for years. A FEW annoying companies online still wont deal with anyone unless they use PayPal, but I've been able to avoid them lately. So good f. riddance to PayPal.

My lawyer advises me to request that I be allowed to remove my extraneous email accounts, remove my phone number, remove my credit card and bank account, and then to safely close the account myself – which I will do immediately.

No, they just have a big problem with me being a Creator. Basically, my name is attached to https://creativityalliance.com and that is their reason they give for shutting down my account. What I think it is, is Gibbs sent me cash for Creator items from a credit card via PayPal and the FBI ordered PayPal to shut it down. In effect, I've been Gibbed.

We don't need PayPal, so I really don't give a damn about the loss of that. All that concerns me now is that a reputedly criminal organisation with a reputation for scams and theft - PayPal - is refusing to release control of my credit card and bank account. Further, there are several email accounts connected to that, which I will have to maintain for all time just-in-case PayPal decide to inform me that they are going to pull a scam and rip off money.

There is no need for PayPal to keep my account open but limited so that I cannot do anything for them to keep record of my details in order that they block my future use of PayPal. Same with the FBI. Therefore I believe this is more to do with PayPal attempting to monopolise credit cards, bank accounts and email accounts for their own purposes. What if PayPal decides it's as simple as them altering their Terms of Service so that there's a dollar-per-day service fee for having an account with them - an account that I am not permitted to close?

That means a trip to the bank to block any future payments to PayPal from my end and a complaint to the ombudsman. I don't want the return of unrestricted use of PayPal; I want to completely disassociate myself from PayPal. That should not be a problem.
