Simple answer : Yes. Our issue is simply the free use of the Simulacrum Candidus symbol. The arguments are all in our favour.

However, I don't see a need for it as no legal threat has been made by anyone representing O'Sullivan or even himself.

There is a passage somewhere by Ben Klassen that nothing to do with Creativity was to be trademarked so that any Creators anywhere could produce their own propaganda. Just as this silly situation seems to have arisen.
