Those bendy buildings? They are/were left over American Nissan Huts from WWII. After my mother's family moved from Scotland in the 50's, they lived in them for several years in South Australia - Gepps Cross/Adelaide - until their home was built.

My father's family - also from Scotland in the 50's - went to the outback. Port AguTTa. (Port Augusta.) They had an indoor toilet!
