This piece can be played fingerstyle in the first three positions except the 7th fret B.  In the video it is also played in the higher positions.  I try to play any piece in the lower positions (nearest the nut), and alter the tone accordingly with the right hand. I very rarely strum chords and prefer to 'grab' or pluck the strings all at once.   This piece available in tablature as well as standard notation.

Words only go so far.  Sometimes music - in church, in marches or in your living room helps.  I prefer taking my music anywhere myself, without having to plug things in.  Not a bad video.  Starts with hopelessness and ends okay.
