Title: Health Advice
Post by: Rev.Cambeul on Sat 25 Jan 2020
I have recently started having bad reactions to the heat. Heat Exhaustion/Heat Stroke is understandable when the weather is 40 degrees Celsius, but I'm now getting the same reactions at 25 degrees Celsius.

The Symptoms:

* Feeling overheated after only a few minutes outside
* Followed by dizzy spells and disorientation
* Eventual result is the appearance of drunkenness and loss of memory
* Have also woken up at night (Temp: 25C) feeling like I'm roasting, not knowing where I am
- I do drink enough water - often enough to feel bloated

Prior to this summer in November last year when it first started to get hot, at 30 and 35 degrees Celsius, I was satisfied to put the fan on and go about my business more or less ignoring the weather. The change in how I deal with the heat is relatively sudden.

Other Factors
* I do have high blood pressure which prevents me from sleeping
* Lack of sleep causes me to stagger the next day and results in accusations of drunkenness

Do I Prescribe to Salubrious Living?
No. I did that for four years in the early 90's and made myself sick. I don't eat much these days and I never touch caffeine.

Do I drink?
Yes. I drink a lot less than I used to.
I do not drink spirits or high alcohol wines.
I only drink beer and the occasional cheap, low alcohol white wine mixed with (half to three-quarters of) lemon soda.
If I do drink spirits or fortified wine, it is in the cold of winter - perhaps a shot or two maybe once a week/month at the most.

I don't drink every day, but what if I don't drink at all?
I lose all tolerance for arseholes and turn violent - with alcohol, I can tolerate people's bullshit.
If I have been kept awake overnight because of high blood pressure (which is often), I become positively vicious - but a few drinks is all it takes to relax me.

Heat combined with fatigue/lack of sleep due to high blood pressure seems to guarantee blackouts/loss of memory.
Adding alcohol to that makes me more willing to associate with people I like - but for those I dislike, it just keeps them safe.

Right now, it is 27 degrees Celsius. If I was to go outside and sit or do some gardening (even in the shade) for five or ten minutes, I would be overheated and dizzy. Make it half an hour or more and I just get worse. I plan to mow the lawn and finish trimming the edges today, but I will wait until it's around 7pm with plenty of shade, a few degrees cooler and definitely no direct sunlight. It'll take about 10 minutes at most.

It's not just gardening that I have to avoid: No driving, no walks in the park, no sitting outside relaxing in the shade. All I can do is wait until the best possible circumstances, do what I have to do as quickly as possible; mow the lawn, drive to the shop, whatever .... And then get back inside ASAP under the fan or air-conditioner. Just driving the half an hour (and then back) to check my post office box recently left me staggering and disoriented - then my high blood pressure kicked in adding migraines to it and that screwed me completely with a total loss of memory. When the same thing happened to a lesser degree after just mowing the lawn and sitting in the shade on a much cooler day ... I realised something was wrong.

I would normally say to myself, "Harden the f. up and get over it. It's just a few warm days." But losing my memory, staggering around and behaving like someone without any self-discipline (like the rest of the drugged out fucked up world) because the weather is just barely slightly warm? This is ridiculous.

I will take it up with my doctor next time I go to pick up a prescription for the blood pressure and stomach acid medication, but for now - and since this is all relatively new to me - I'm still trying to determine all the symptoms and recognise all the patterns, as well as adjusting my behaviour however needed in order to cope with whatever the hell this is.

So, anyone got any advice? Or have I just reported the symptoms of male bloody menopause and need to wear a patch on my scrote or something like that?

I got over the heat exhaustion. It's just one of those things that comes with age. If it comes back, I'll deal with it like everybody learns to deal with aging.

Anyway, some Good Health News ...

A few months ago while looking through the DailyMail.co.uk (http://dailymail.co.uk) news, I read an article about taking blood pressure pills at night being the best time. There's lots of reasons why you should take them at night, but since nobody had told me, I have been taking mine every morning for about thirty years. So, due the many reasons given in the article, I switched from morning to night.

The result is that I now sleep better than I ever have. If I don't drink too much water, I can sleep through the entire night without any need to wake up and go for a piss. So I'm getting a solid five to seven hours, rather than my old thirty to sixty minutes. I also get tired. For decades now, rather than getting tired, I'd just wake up on the floor or at my desk and go to bed - now I get tired.

With the added sleep, I naturally drink less, and my back feels better. So I'm fitter during the day. Life isn't perfect, but shithappens.

And I get hungry now. I haven't felt hungry since the 80's. I typically only ate because it was time to eat, or I felt sick from not eating. Now, I get hungry.

That shows how much high blood pressure problems have dominated my life for decades now.

So, My Advice to the Reader or anyone taking any form of legit medication: Unless there is a medical reason to take your medication in the morning, take it at night.

I recommend you use steroids like dexamethasone to suppress your cortisol, the stress hormone, so that your stress levels drop and you will be calm.

Cushing's syndrome, which is caused when your cortisol levels are too high, was discovered by an American polymath, neurosurgeon, pathologist, writer, and draftsman named Harvey Cushing in 1932.

When you have high cortisol levels, brain changes such as cerebral atrophy may occur. This atrophy is associated with areas of high glucocorticoid receptor concentrations such as the hippocampus and correlates highly with psychopathological personality changes such as:

Moodiness, irritability, anxiety or depression
Psychosis
Memory and attention dysfunction
Dementia

Other cognitive problems include deficits in:

Verbal and Non-Verbal Memory
Working Memory
Attention
Sustained Concentration
Executive Function
Psychomotor Speed
Academic or Occupational Performance

Physiological problems from high cortisol include:

Rapid weight gain
Muscle and bone weakness
Osteoporosis
Diabetes mellitus
Hypertension
Immune suppression
Sleep disturbances
Menstrual disorders such as amenorrhea in women
Infertility in women
Impotence in men
Hirsutism
Baldness
Hypercholesterolemia

Steroids such as progesterone, testosterone, cortisone, hydrocortisone, dexamethasone, betamethasone and prednisone were synthesized, mass produced and turned into medication by American scientist Percy Lavon Julian from 1936-1975 who derived it from plant sterols such as stigmasterol and sitosterol found in wild Mexican yam, which he marketed, using his company Julian Laboratories, as strength supplements to bypass drug regulations. Even today, US companies such as Vitaceutical Labs mass produce and sell plant cholesterol and sterol complexes as anabolic supplements because the human body can convert it into steroids using the liver, albeit this method causes the absorption rate of the steroids to be slower but it has no side effects compared to a direct steroid injection.

Use passive cooling, passive lighting and minimalism to reduce the indoor temperature of your house from 40 degrees Celsius to just 30 degrees Celsius.

This was invented by an American named Gene Leger in 1977 along with passive lighting and minimalist design for houses and other commercial products.

1: Paint the outer surface of the walls and roof of your house white to reflect the sunlight off the surface. This reduces the heating load on your house.

2: Put shiny reflective tint on all of your windows to reflect more sunlight off the surface of your house. Shiny reflective tint that even comes with a coating that also reflects UV rays was invented by Howard Hughes in the 1970s for use on the passenger jets for his newly created airline, Hughes Airwest.

3: Put white blackout curtains on the windows to reflect even more sunlight off the windows and reduce the heating load even further.

4: Use passive lighting to maximize lighting efficiency in your house. Do this by painting the inner surface of the walls and ceilings white to reflect the light from your light bulbs, so that the rooms of the house can be bright without having to use high wattage light bulbs. Also, use wide angle parabolic aluminum reflectors, invented by Thomas Edison in 1878, to reflect light from the light bulb instead of letting the light hit the ceiling so that more light goes into the room. Additionally, use LED lights because they have an energy conversion efficiency of 20% as opposed to carbonized bamboo filament incandescent bulbs which are only 2.5% efficient, tungsten carbide filament incandescent bulbs which are only 5% efficient, halogen bulbs which are only 10% efficient and fluorescent tubes and bulbs which are only 15% efficient. This means that more of the electricity that goes into the LED is converted into visible light than the other types of light bulbs which dissipate more of the electrical energy as waste heat.

The incandescent, halogen and fluorescent bulbs along with the carbonized bamboo filament, tungsten carbide filament, glass vacuum bulb, screw base, screw sockets, insulated electrical cables using mica, cloth or rubber, electrical switches, plugs, wall sockets, multi-sockets, adapters, circuit breakers, electricity meters, combustion power plants, hydroelectric power plants, cogeneration, steam space heaters, steam shower heaters, steam cookers, electric space heaters, electric shower heaters, electric immersion water heaters, electric fans, ventilation ducts, electric stoves, electric ovens, electric kettles, electric toasters, waffle irons, sandwich grills, electric coffee grinders, electric coffee makers, phonograph recorder, phonograph player, motion picture camera, motion picture projector, electric slide projector, kinetoscope, kinetograph camera, kinetograph projector, kinetoscope w/ sound, diamond tip phonograph, artificial diamonds, artificial diamond making machine, shaveable records, carbon transmitter amplifier, long distance telephony, dictaphone, ediphone, answering machine, automatic telegraph, robotexts, automatic telephone and robocalls were all invented by Thomas Edison from 1878-1931, and caused a revolution in lighting and electrical appliances because candles only have an efficiency of 0.04% while oil and gas lamps only have an efficiency of 0.3%. Not to mention that candles and oil lamps can only burn for a few hours while carbonized bamboo filament incandescent bulbs can run for 600 hours, tungsten carbide filament incandescent bulbs can run for 1,200 hours, halogen bulbs can run for 2,000 hours and fluorescent bulbs can run for 8,000 hours. The gas lamp may be able to run indefinitely as long as gas is supplied but it is difficult to switch on, is inefficient, heats up the room, it is expensive to run gas pipes in a house as opposed to electrical cables, is a fire hazard, and is dangerous because pressurized flammable gas is explosive.

5: Buy or build a house with a minimalist design so that the house is cheaper, saves on materials, energy and labor during its construction, and does not heat up easily because having less decorations and items in the rooms allows the air to expand into a wider volume of space which makes convective heat transfer more difficult because the air molecules are spaced farther apart.

6: Use an inverter based air-conditioner to cool your house because it uses 85% less electricity than a conventional aircon due to its use of a pulse width modulator controller thermostat that slows down and speeds up the compressor of the aircon gradually as opposed to switching it on and off instantaneously in a conventional thermostat to prevent power surges which increase electrical consumption, horizontal vents to maximize air circulation, and a high ampacity power cord and plug to minimize electrical resistance when the power flows from the wall socket to the aircon.

7: Use an automatic power factor corrector to reduce the inductive reactive power generated by the aircon and other inductive loads such as electric fans, step-down transformers in the power supplies of electronic devices and chargers, and the motors of washing machines and dryers. This device works by using digital automatic variable capacitors to absorb the reverse current generated by inductors when they are switched off during the time that the AC current drops to 0 because the magnetic field of the inductor collapses since there is no more electricity to concentrate the spins and orbits of the electrons in the inductor's wiring in a specific direction, causing the photons of the magnetic field to transfer the inertia and momentum back into the inductor which will force the electrons to travel in the reverse direction of the input AC current, generating a reverse current that blocks the incoming AC current, in turn generating the inductive reactance that wastes electrical energy by converting it into heat.

The automatic variable capacitors have a sensor that measures the incoming inductive reactive power to determine how much current to admit into the capacitor to prevent capacitive reactance which occurs when the capacitor drains too much energy from the circuit and discharges its own reverse current when the input AC current drops to 0 because there is nothing to prevent the stored charge in the capacitor from escaping the device. This sensor works by using amplitude filters connected to transistors that have resistors coupled to them to raise the threshold voltage and current to a specific value so that only a specific amount of voltage and current can pass through, when the voltage and current is too high, an adjacent transistor is switched on that shorts the current into the next amplitude filter while the primary transistor of that filter is also switched on so that all of the current goes into the circuit with specific resistance values that match the amount of inductive reactive power coming from inductive loads in order to control the current going into the capacitor. Lower value resistors are used to admit higher amounts of reactive power while higher value resistors are used to admit lower amounts of reactive power to prevent the capacitor from draining insufficient amounts of current. This ensures that the capacitive reactance of the capacitor always matches the inductive reactance of the inductive load to balance the load. This is called automatic impedance matching and is the primary function of the automatic power factor corrector.

Steroids? I don't need tiny nuts or a set of tits hanging off my own chest.

I like my personality - which, like anyone else, is caused typically by my past experiences. So I'm aggressive and attack everything I do with aggression, but my anger is well under control. It's a tool in my arsenal. When something that freaks everyone else out occurs, I can handle that stress better than most. Decades ago when getting my divorce, my doctor - who was going through her own third divorce - decided I was suffering from depression and chucked me on tranquilisers - Endep. I was so relaxed I got arrested and beaten up because I was unable to deal with either.

In my world, showing emotion is a weakness. Taking away the hardness, that hidden emotion, takes away the control and ability to respond to anything - that is the real weakness. It's a matter of survival.

My blood pressure has been a problem since I was a teen. It killed uncles, grannies, grandfathers - usually in their 60's for men and 70's for women ... totally normal. However, my mother's grandfather died at 58. His elder brother died at 46. After their deaths, their older brother got his shittogether, went to a doctor, got on medication for high blood pressure and lived until 96 years old.

I don't particularly care about life or living forever, but I sure as hell am not going out young like my grandfather, who was only looking forward to retiring, but instead carked it young because he refused to go to a doctor and take care of himself. That's an act of stupidity.

So, I eat mostly salubriously within reason, I exercise, and I take my blood pressure pills.

The Heat: LOL! I live in South Australia! FFS I'm as close to the Antarctic as the New Jersey suburbs are to the Arctic. It's freezing cold in winter and stinking hot in the summer; but the weather is closer to Texas and New Mexico. The houses are built like crap with f. all insulation. No double glazing. No tinted windows. The UN says they are unfit for human habitation - so they are bringing in monkeys to replace us. Actually, I have an outdoor blind that will pull down on the outside of several windows - but it is only needed in the lounge. I have a split system reverse cycle air conditioner. What I have I saved up for. Anything else is outside my budget. However, I do think of tinting that one window ... one day.

My car and motorcycle are the last I have from my time in the army. They have their sentimental value, but I cannot replace them; I can only care them. The car is insured - but for not enough. When I finish adding new headlights and suspension repairs, I will see about bumping up the insurance. IF anything happens, I can then replace it - it's just a car. I have rebuilt it and will continue to look after it for that same reason; and when I'm in my seventies and no longer able to drive, I will sell it for a profit. GMH cars I grew up with from the seventies go for near a million these days. There are reasons and goals why I do things.

I am not permitted to work because I am a CREATOR. I'm even told by the JOG that I'm not permitted to have a child because I'm a CREATOR - not bitching, just saying. Anyway, a good proportion of my money goes towards CREATIVITY every single month, year after year, decade after decade. And of course I miss those brothers and sisters that have died; them I think of each day. They are the men and women I do this for. I know that not everyone will put the effort in that I do, but you can only imagine how much hatred I have for those that quit - especially after using the CHURCH to achieve the titles and status that they wanted. Each one erodes a little more at my trust for people. I'm at the stage where I don't want to know new Church Members. To me they should just pay up, shut up, do their jobs and Save the White Race. I may be polite, but I no longer want to know them. This is war, and this is my world.

And that is why I am poor. It takes me years to do what others could do in few weeks. Just a few paydays for them. Perhaps, one day, I'll be able to pay to tint that window ... with the blood of my enemies.

Steroids? I don't need tiny nuts or a set of tits hanging off my own chest.

Actually, steroids have legitimate medical uses such as treating hypercortisolism, chronic inflammation, chronic bacterial and viral infections, chronic allergies, muscle atrophy and osteoporosis. All of which can be lethal.

Hypercortisolism can damage the brain to the point of inducing dementia which, if the parts of the brain regulating vital organs fail, can kill you.

It can also kill you by inducing strokes.

If you tell me the names of your blood pressure medication, I can tell you that it also has the side effect of reducing cortisol levels to tranquilize you.

Chronic inflammation can cause inflammatory shock which can shut down your vital organs and kill you.

Chronic infections can overwhelm your body and also kill you.

Chronic allergies can cause anaphylactic shock and also kill you.

Muscle atrophy, including the muscles in the respiratory and gastrointestinal systems can cause these bodily systems to shut down resulting in death.

Osteoporosis can cause the collapse of the skeletal system which can cause bone fragments to lodge into internal organs and cause the body to collapse which can crush the internal organs. This is fatal because it can compress the lungs which can suffocate you.

Though insulin therapy was originally used to treat only diabetes, it later found use for those with hypercortisolism because insulin blocks cortisol which can suppress the cognitive problems associated with this disorder including excessive anger.

Do not worry about small testicles and gynecomastia or breast growth. It can be prevented using aromatase enzyme blockers or selective estrogen receptor modulators which can block the conversion of testosterone into estrogen such as calcium-d-glucarate or indole-3-carbinol.

There is another class of major tranquilizers that can also block cortisol called antihistamines such as diphenhydramine or dramamine, these are normally used to treat allergies but also have the side effect of causing intense sedation.

Cortisol is the wakefulness hormone that primarily excites emotional responses so any drug that blocks cortisol is classified as a major tranquilizer.

So that is why you cannot buy medicine, supplements, or upgrades for your house and vehicles, it is all because the fucktard Jews that control the gayverment are preventing you from having a livelihood and probably even social welfare.
