In Scotland, the Liaison/Leader of the Church of Creativity Scotland should be the Reverend Your Name Guardian of Scotland.
In England, Reverend Your Name Lord Protector of England.
In Australia and America, we'd just call them Liaison to Australia or the USA.
For others not understanding, both are ancient terms voted in whenever kings were not available.
