Got an ordinary dressing on now. No more machines sucking at my stomach causing bad night sweats. I may even get sufficient sleep now. And of course I can move around a lot better now. It'd be perfect if it wasn't for that shit-bag stuck to my stomach.

The nurses will be around three times per week to change the dressing.

Count the Months ...

 - It'll be another month with this dressing until I'm healed - as long as nothing goes wrong.

 - Then another three to six months doing chemo.

 - Finally the colostomy bag will be taken off and reversed.

The initial plan was surgery, five days in hospital, and then the chemo a few weeks later. No colostomy bag! The hospital screwed up by discharging me after the initial surgery without paying attention to the growing infection in my bowel. An MRI had showed I did not have a "chest infection" and that was good enough for them. All they had to do was pay attention to my rise in temperature indicating an infection somewhere, listen to the symptoms I reported and LOOK AT THE BOTTOM of the MRI!

Starting chemotherapy today. There's no evidence of cancer in my body. This is just-in-case chemo. The quicker the chemo is over with, the quicker I can have this shit-bag on my stomach reversed.

Chemotherapy

At Hospital: Go to the hospital once a month. Take an anti-nausea pill and a couple of steroids. An hour later, two hours of intravenous chemo drug - whatever it is.

At Home: At 8am and 8pm take 4 chemo pills.

Side Affects: Feeling like hungover with sickness and weakness - lucky I've had a lifetime of training for that. Voice and breathing, lips and ears severely affected by the cold, so I can't go outside unless it's warm enough. Cannot touch the chains and locks on the security gates in the cold or my fingers turn to painful pins and needles radiating half way to the elbow. Cannot walk with bare feet on a non-carpeted floor. Cannot eat or drink cold anything. Water from the tap is too cold. Room temperature drinks may be OK, so I've left out orange juice to drink or give away. Otherwise, the only thing I can drink is warm milk for the next three months until the end of October.

And that's all before I take the four pills in fifteen minutes. I've been warned to expect much the same.

I've stopped taking the chemotherapy pills.

I was instructed by nurses that if I was emptying my shitbag three times per day and it became eight times per day, to stop taking the pills and call the hospital. I was emptying it three to four times an hour with severe dehydration added. I did not call the hospital because they would have ordered me to present at the Emergency Dept to spend a few days on  drip, under observation at a place where they called me a WHITE TERRORIST and threw me out of!

I will not willingly subject myself to the control of ANTI-WHITES. If those bastards were that bad that they threw me out when there was nothing going on, imagine the bullshit they'd pull now?! And then there's their general incompetence which resulted in my stomach bursting, a second operation and a frigging shitbag!

It's Thursday morning and I am just beginning to recover from the last few days. I stopped taking the pills Monday night. I will continue to rehydrate myself with fluid, plenty of rest, and emptying my shitbag as often as needed until these drugs are flushed.

The next time I willingly hand myself to those bastards, will be to reverse the shitbag, so I can go back to crapping out my arse like everybody else.


On a good point, I lost 2 Kilos in two days, bringing me to 90 Kilograms. Another 2 Kilos and I'll have reached my goal - 88!


Update: Some nurse rang me from hospital and attempted to con me into submitting myself for a range of blood tests and few days with a drip, trapped in their beds waiting for the anti-White psychiatrist to show up and throw me out again. I refused and told why. She hung up on me. A doctor rang back and everything was sorted. I don't need to go in. Apparently I'm looking after myself well enough from how I reported it. If they want blood, the district nurses have got it.

It's not just junk foods that cause cancer. I rarely buy or eat junk food. If I'm away from home and feel a little nauseous, then I might buy myself a burger - but that's it.

Being poor, I don't eat steaks, lamb and pork chops are rare. Roasts are a never. I gave up on mince decades ago as just too expensive. Instead, I over indulged in sausages - all variations of barbeque sausages, fritz, baloney and other dried or smoked sausage meats. Salad with a bit of cold sausage meat - or just salad alone was a regular meal for me. However, not understanding that no matter how healthy the sausage tastes or appears, it's just processed food and I was poisoning myself.

I guess the only reason I lasted this long is because by the time I was thirty, I'd developed a hatred for Australian barbeque sausages from the supermarkets. They are some of the most vile tasting food you could ever make the mistake of eating.

Based on what he's seeing everyday, talking to patients on the ground and analyzing the data, he blames the rise of junk food diets.

Nearly 75 percent of food consumed in the US is considered ultra-processed and it is teeming with additives and potentially harmful ingredients.

Numerous studies have found an association between a high ultra-processed foods (UPFs) diet and more than 30 conditions, including multiple cancers, and an early grave.

To avoid these, a rule of thumb is to stick to products with fewer than five ingredients and avoid items with ingredients that are hard to pronounce.
