The doctors told me this morning that I can go home today. They'll send a nurse to change my bandages when needed.

Update: At home. Just need to recover from the surgery, take the anti-biotics and occasional pain killer - Oxycodone. Rest, eat, drink, breath and recover.

For the next few weeks I have a machine sucking away at my main wound pulling out any muck from infection. And a colostomy bag/shit bag which can be reversed in six months. A District Nurse will come to change my bandages every few days.

Until I know more, that's it. That's the cancer cut out of me.

There were times I didn't think it was worth it, and that it would have been better to let the cancer kill me in the two years I had left. A week later, I was wrong to think that based on a lack of information with (then) no end in site. ... But I tell you what I went through so you know what to expect.

It's Monday morning: The pain killers the hospital gave me ran out Sunday morning. Since Sunday afternoon I've been going through hell in pain with added extensive anger and paranoia wanting to murder anti-Whites. Read the previous posts if you want to judge whether my paranoia is justified.

I managed to get a doctor's appointment by phone with my own doctor for later today. At the moment, all I want are pain killers so I can rest and sleep - to shower, prepare food and do some minimal exercise as required to recover. So that's something at least.

Meanwhile, I've learned how to change my own (temporary) colostomy bag, and the District Nurse will continue to show up every few days to change my bandages until I fully recover.

As for my diet prior to this: I typically ate quite healthy, with very little meat per week, lots of fruit, nuts and salad. Even the occasional BBQ was healthy with corn, pumpkin, sweet potatoes .... And I drink a lot less alcohol than most people know. I don't drink spirits, don't care for wines, and whatever I drink is very restricted as to times of the day and a maximum amount of alcohol equalling a light beer. So I don't want to hear any more shit about anything being my own fault. Debilitating acid reflux leading to bowel cancer is a genetic problem that runs in my family.

I got the delivery of painkillers after midday. Getting back to almost normal where I could think of even eating took until 9pm.

20 Oxycodone last only 2 and a half days at 1.5 per four hours - which is just barely tolerable. Repeat prescriptions are not allowed. I have one final phone call left with the doctor before I have to show up in person - and that's on Friday after I run out of painkillers on Wednesday. I can't get to the doctor, so that's it.

When I was in hospital, they had me on Oxycodone every 2 hours at 10 milligrams. I hated the side effects and eventually they allowed me to cut it to 5 milligrams - which HAD to be every 2 hours or the pain kicked in. I tried 7.5 milligrams - which is a tablet and a half - and that seemed to last up to 4 hours. The idea is to extend the times between taking pills and try to keep note of it.

As I had just started moving about and eating, they were talking about sending me home in just over a week. Then they threw me out the next morning after the headshrinks had their rave about me being a violent terrorist. They chucked me out without even enough painkillers for the weekend, listing 5 milligrams ever 6 hours.

Well, the district nurse is due soon. Maybe they will have some answers, because I don't know what the fuck to do any more. It's not so much the controlled but necessary pain, it's the hell I have to go through with no painkillers for days at a time.

The pain is constant but I can deal with it. It's not THAT bad.

I've made arrangements to get more oxycodone, but I may not get any more. As my head began to clear from the hell of the weekend, I could see that they had me addicted to that stuff at a high rate.

I took nothing from 10:30am until 10:30pm and slept until 3:30pm. Waking up with a spinning head, drenched in sweat and with a bad back. Apart from the bad back, nausea and sweat are how Oxy affects me - even at a low dose. Withdrawls are the same.

So no more Oxy or other pain killers for me.

I'll live with the pain.

It's just antibiotics now to keep the infection THEY CAUSED under control.

And the quicker I can get over this drug addiction they forced on me, the better I'll be.
