This one is very useful for a lot of us. In Australia, it's 3% of the population are Abos - so-called "Blak". And in Canada and the UK it's typically listed as 3% each for Blacks. In the US it's 14% Black. They are all a tiny part of the population with an unproportionate control over the rest of the country, including dominating the political agenda, appropriating taxes for handouts, committing a majority @ 60+% of the crime, and as the picture says, appearing in 100% of the television advertisements.
