It is custom. Rev. Dr Billy did it himself. He had multiple-sclerosis and a brain tumour reaching into his neck caused by his time in Iraq. His doctors had him take up leather-work as a hobby in order to bring a little dexterity back into his hands.

After Billy shot himself, his Mormon landlords destroyed or sold everything Billy owned, stole his bank cards and stole his money.

I wonder where he got that Bible I'm gonna have mine leather bound and signatured with my name.  It's probably custom leather bound.
