This is utter silliness! Well if people don't have jobs in SA the Government can sure train up some more police to actually fight proper crime while the new recruits can play "fashion police" and hinder any potential crook that has :- Tattoos, a beard and wears a hoody.

The Government has failed the people and the state is broke all they want to do is create "hullabaloo" in the news by going on about "bikies" or "hategroups" so it is a diversion from the farce they have created with the employment and economic situation.

The SA government are the biggest thieves of the lot being overzealous with traffic infringements and the sneaky way they collect the revenue.

PREMIER Jay Weatherill has labelled South Australia's unemployment rate of 8.2 per cent "deeply disturbing" but conceded it will likely get worse before it gets better. 
 
SA's unemployment rate moved past 8 per cent in June for the first time in 15 years.

Mr Weatherill said the state was suffering from decline in the manufacturing sector, a high Australian dollar and falling commodity prices.

He called on the Federal Government to come to South Australia's aid with a "northern Adelaide plan" to counter job losses to come when Holden's Elizabeth factory ceases manufacturing in 2017.

"We are yet to consume the closure of Holden's and so it would be reasonable to assume that there are going to be many more challenging days ahead of us," Mr Weatherill said.


"The period between now and the end of 2017 is not going to get any easier.

"We're going to have to run just to stay still, just to actually (replace) the number of jobs that will be lost in the South Australian economy with new jobs.

"I am going to offer many more challenging propositions to put before the South Australian community but I think people understand the size of the challenge and they do expect there to be difficult things to grapple with."

ABS data out this morning shows a drop of almost 6000 jobs in one month.

A REBELS and a Comanchero clubroom have already been abandoned as South Australia's tough new anti-bikie laws come into effect. 
 
The controversial laws have declared 10 gangs criminal organisations making it illegal for members to meet in public, enter pubs and wear club colours.

Attorney-General John Rau said he anticipated the clubs would mount a legal challenge against the laws.

"I would not be surprised at all if there were a legal challenge because this legislation does represent a significant threat to the behaviour and lifestyle of these people," he said.

Any White men gathered in groups of three or more may be treated as "bikies".

"All of the advice I have received is that challenge would be very unlikely to succeed."

"It's our expectation that we will see a high degree of compliance of the new laws from the outlaw motorcycle gangs and where we don't see that compliance and they flout the laws they'll see the response from the SA Police which will be to take action in accordance with the new opportunities we have made available to us.

"We are visiting the gangs, we are monitoring the prescribes premises and were also acting on information provided by other police in relation to instances where these members of these organisations are congregating and where they are meeting at licensed premises."

The legislation prohibits members from outlawed gangs being together in public in groups of three or more.

It also prohibits the wearing of club colours or jewellery and accessories in licenced premises.

The thing is the "grannie's knitting circle" has to be dubbed a "criminal org" by the Attourney general before the police can prosecute people in it.

So if the Attourney General says "I don't like you, you are crooks and you are a "gang" according to the law that is what you are.

Australia first has a bonafide position as a political party. Blood and Honour is a group that doesn't push illegal drugs but has BBQ's and is interested in white pride music.  The Attourney general can politically persecute the B&H mob as a "gang".

Then the Abos have a cultural dance and music group they try and preserve traditions and cultivate Abo pride, they refer to Europeans as "invaders". Are they a gang? No only B&H could be considered a "gang"even though they do the same thing as the Abo group but for white people just because the bloody Attourney general said they are crooks.

O.K neither the Abo group or the B&H group pedalled drugs etc but if the Attourney general wants to politically persecute B&H with thought crimes and fashion police them over aspects of their attire, then he can prosecute them with this "gang" legislation in SA so it seems.

Some guys from Victoria I am told went to QLD with their families for a holiday. The men had tattoos and were suspected of being gang people and got their ID checked . All they wanted to do is go out for ice cream.. but the cops rounded them up and there was no bail for 2 weeks. How screwed up is that?

So what are they going to do go around to the Roller Derby women with all their tattoo's hassle them because they have a club called "Murder city roller gals"? They also have a t-shirt with that on it and Murder is a crime? It is just getting silly!

POLICE have defended the actions of a Gold Coast officer filmed aiming a taser at a man, saying she feared he had a weapon.

A SHORT video was posted on Facebook on Monday and appears to show the moment a female officer prepares to discharge her taser at a heavily tattooed Victorian man.

If you are White male with tattoos, you are a target for Australia's police

Gold Coast Inspector Shane Holmes says an investigation found the officer's actions were lawful and reasonable.

"When this gentleman unexpectedly reached into the car, the officers immediately feared for their safety and drew the taser as a precaution," he told News Corp.

"It emerged he was retrieving his ID but the officers were not to know this and their actions were completely appropriate in the circumstances."

Insp Holmes said the man wasn't "just a random Victorian tourist" and was pulled over after officers noticed a gang-type tattoo on the man's neck and cheeks which they say revealed he was a Rebels bikie gang member.

In the footage, viewed more than 1.4 million times, the officer says to the man: "We have legislation down here, if we identify a potential member of a criminal motorcycle gang we have the power to stop, detain and search you".

When the man asks if his neck tattoos were the sole reason for being pulled over, she replies: "Yep, absolutely".

Matters escalate when the man then refuses to hand over his mobile phone and the officer aims her Taser at him.

According to the post on his partner Hayley Van Hostauyen's Facebook page, the pair had just touched down in Queensland for a holiday when the alleged incident happened.

"I have no club gear on at all they simply seen me and my partner Hayley at a red light, noticed a 13 tattooed on my neck and pulled us over," the man wrote.

The Queensland Police Union also said the officer had acted reasonably.

"Police correctly identified the man as a potential member of a criminal motorcycle gang," President Ian Leavers said in a statement.

"I fully support them showing extreme caution when they spoke with him as they would not have been certain of whether he was armed."

He said the Gold Coast region was a hotspot for gang activity as well as a tourist destination and police were right to remain vigilant.
