       ANNABEL CRABB, PRESENTER: They're one of the most feared outlaw biker gangs in America and they're moving in on Australia. The US-based Mongols Motorcycle Club has been indicted in the United States for murder, torture, robbery and drug trafficking.

Now their dramatic merger with the Australian Finks gang has given the Mongols scores of newly-signed-up members on Australian streets.

Police are intensely concerned that violence and organised crime within outlaw motorcycle clubs will escalate. And government's responding with ever-tougher anti-bikie laws, such as those introduced in Queensland last night.

Alex Mann has been investigating the Mongols' record and reputation in the United States.

ALEX MANN, REPORTER: On a sunny day in Southern California, hordes of Mongol riders take control of the roads. Their masked faces and gang insignia are a belligerent show of strength.

ARTHUR KATSOGIANNIS, DET. SUPT., NSW GANGS SQUAD: The Mongols classify themselves, if you look at their website, as the baddest one-percenters in the world. They're involved in extortions, kidnappings, murders, armed robberies, money laundering - the whole gambit of criminal organised crime.

ALEX MANN: Now, this gang, one of the most feared outlaw biker gangs in America, is moving to Australia. They've negotiated a takeover of Australia's home-grown Finks Motorcycle Club.

RICHARD VALDEMAR, LA COUNTY SHERRIFF'S DEPT.: I would be very worried about the arrival of Mongols in Australia. They bring with them their criminal organisation. They operate outside the law.

ALEX MANN: Richard Valdemar is a retired Los Angeles county sheriff with 30 years experience battling LA's organised criminal gangs.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: Of course all the gangs think that they're the most dangerous and most ferocious gang operating in whatever jurisdictions they're operating. But the Mongols have some legitimate claim to that.

ALEX MANN: The Mongols were founded in California after the Vietnam War, originally because the Hells Angels wouldn't accept Hispanics. The two gangs have been at war ever since.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: In the war between the Hells Angels and the Mongols, many, many murders occurred, bombings, huge fights, and they're not afraid to take on law enforcement as well.

ALEX MANN: In his home two hours from Las Vegas, Richard Valdemar remembers when that war came to town. Inside a local casino in 2002, CCTV footage shows Mongols and Hells Angels in a vicious brawl.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: And they're fighting with knives, guns, wrenches, screwdrivers - there's all kinds of things. There's the guy that's firing the gun.

ALEX MANN: A Hells Angels member raises a gun and fires indiscriminately across the casino floor. A fellow gang member lies injured on the floor, stabbed by a Mongol.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: I think two Angels were killed and one Mongol.

ALEX MANN: In 2008, the Mongols criminal operations were dealt a major blow, this time by Valdemar and the US federal agents involved in Operation Black Rain.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: Operation Black Rain was an operation put together by a coalition of law enforcement led by the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agency. My unit was part of that and we had an undercover - we actually had several undercover law enforcement people operating against the Mongols.

ALEX MANN: The agents infiltrated the Mongols and gathered detailed accounts of their dealings. The 177-page grand jury indictment against the gang makes for chilling reading. The indictment details how 79 of the Mongols' most senior members ran their business.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: Well, it covers all the way from murder, all the way down to drug dealing and gun running.

ALEX MANN: It describes how the Mongols tortured a man for three hours, breaking his knuckles with a pair of pliers, breaking his knee with a metal pipe and kicking him with steel-capped boots as he tried to escape. The gang engaged in hate crimes against African-Americans and a bizarre sexual reward game where members would perform specific sexual acts at events called "wings parties".

RICHARD VALDEMAR: The wings would indicate various sexual practices that they had actually done in the presence of other members who could verify these things.

ALEX MANN: Members were given a coloured wings patch that corresponded to each act - red, purple or green.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: So the wings included sex with a female who was menstruating or sex with a dead body or sex with a woman who was - had venereal disease.

ALEX MANN: Now that club is one of the biggest in Australia. In the past two weeks, almost all members of the Finks have patched over or swapped clubs to the Mongols. Some believe the move is to get around a Supreme Court move in Queensland to declare the Finks a criminal organisation.

ARTHUR KATSOGIANNIS: The intelligence that we have at hand at the moment is about 90 per cent of the Finks have patched over. We do believe from the information we have at hand that the entire Finks in SA, WA and Queensland have all patched over the Mongols. In NSW there's still a number of chapters that at this stage have not patched over.

ALEX MANN: The Mongols polished US website now boasts six new Australian chapters in Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Those former Finks chapters are now part of a global network.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: There definitely would be connection and communication and I would imagine that the American Mongols would soon be in Australia as well to watch over their neophyte chapter.

ALEX MANN: Police say the mass conversion is a win for the Finks and the Mongols alike.

ARTHUR KATSOGIANNIS: What it means now is they get that international expansion and connections overseas. It also allows them to grow at a faster rate and gain more power. But on the other hand, it also allows the Mongols to get a strong foothold here in Australia.

ALEX MANN: In states across Australia, law enforcement is ramping up anti-bikie measures to meet the new threat.

JOHN RAU, SOUTH AUSTRALIA ATTORNEY-GENERAL: The greater the association is between the groups in Australia and the groups that I've read about in the US, the greater grounds for concern.

ALEX MANN: SA Attorney-General John Rau wants any foreign Mongols stopped at the border.

JOHN RAU: At a national level, I've sought and will continue to seek assistance from federal authorities, in particular the AFP and the Federal Immigration Department, to ensure that they have within their possession intelligence about who the overseas affiliates of these people might be and to make sure that they are not able to gain easy access to Australia through immigration.

ALEX MANN: Overnight, three draconian new laws were rushed through Queensland's Parliament. They mean that any bikie committed of any offence will get an extra 15 years on their sentence. They're even considering a special jail for bikies.

CAMPBELL NEWMAN, QUEENSLAND PREMIER: We are not joking. It's time to resign, hand in your colours, get an honest job, because it's over.

: These laws are just beyond belief. They really reduce Supreme Court judges to no more than cardboard cut-outs sitting on the bench with a wig.

QUEENSLAND MP: If we have people whinging and bleating out there that these laws are too tough, then that is a sign of success for these laws because it means they're working.

ALEX MANN: The laws have been condemned by civil libertarians and will no doubt be challenged in the courts. The bikie gangs have already succeeded in having several similar laws overturned.

For law enforcement authorities, the fight against organised criminal activity by outlaw motorcycle gangs just got harder.

ARTHUR KATSOGIANNIS: They do have a reputation as being a very violent, criminal network and obviously we're concerned about those violent criminal activities and we'll be keeping a very close eye on them.

RICHARD VALDEMAR: The bigger they are, the more international they are, the more powerful they are and their criminal sophistication is growing. And so the ability to control and distribute narcotics would all be beneficial to the organisation overall. Just like the Italian mafia. Whatever they can do in a criminal enterprise that produces income that can be fed back to the mother chapter, that's what's going to happen.

TWO bikie gang members arrested for gathering at their clubhouse in Queensland have been granted bail.                                       
Peter Johnson and Mark Filtness, both 47, were arrested in Cairns on Friday morning and charged with offences under the state's new anti-bikie gang laws.
The pair were granted bail in the Cairns Magistrates Court about 4.30pm (AEST) on Friday.
The men must surrender their passports and are due to reappear on November 1.
They were arrested on Friday morning and each face one charge of being a participant in a criminal organisation entering a prescribed place.
The court heard that the pair told police they had been members of the Odin's Warriors for 20 years.
Their lawyer, Philip Bovey, said the pair had been at the gang's clubhouse as both of their flats were located on the same property.
He said the men were arrested shortly after Johnson visited Cairns Police Station to ask whether it was against the law for him to be living on the same property as the clubhouse.
Mr Bovey argued the men didn't pose a flight risk or a threat to the community.
He said Johnson had no criminal history, while Filtness had only been convicted on minor charges in 2000 and in the 1980s.
Johnson works as a diesel fitter in Weipa on Cape York and Filtness is a truck driver.
Police prosecutors opposed bail, saying the men were a flight risk as the club could provide financial assistance.
They argued that the pair could flee as they face a mandatory six month jail term if convicted.
But Magistrate Trevor Black granted both men bail, saying they would not be a flight risk.
He also indicated he needed time to read over and understand the new laws before the proceedings continued.
"I just downloaded something off the internet to try to catch up with this legislation," Mr Black said.

Their definition of a "criminal org " can be a "legal or Illegal club league or association of 3 of more criminals". So if there is 3 of us that are friends and we challenge the holocaust theories and comment on non whites in the community we could be classed as rable-rousing crooks who actively participate in racial vilification in our own "legal" club.
What do they define as a criminal? Somebody that gets busted for stealing a box of smarties from the corner shop? Someone that got busted drinking and driving? Some one who slapped a provocative bigmouth in the face as he was disrespectful? Someone who fails to adequately pay the taxes to the state( e.g claimed 75% OF HIS CAR USE FOR TAX WHEN REALLY IT WAS ONLY 50% BUSINESS USE? )Some one that trespasses as they take a shortcut through the school oval from the train terminal to go home? Carrying a weapon even though it was a multi-tool swiss army knife! Even penalties for "bad language" if they wanna treat you with contempt.
So if you , me and Joe blogs are associating with each other and we have pleaded guilty for any of these offences they could say we all belong to an association of crooks?

When police raid the homes of White Racialists, we find that there are two types of coppers amongst the groups. The first - usually the eager leaders of the raids - hate us with a passion, consider us to be worse than any terrorist and a threat to the peace of the world. These types will go on and on about us being "anti-Semitic" and try every word game they can to get information and bogus confessions to anything they get in their heads. They are on a personal crusade and will use every legal and illegal tactic they can to get their own way. These are the types that will, without hesitation, make use of anti-terrorist and (so-called) anti-bikie laws in an effort to take down anyone that doesn't mesh with their PC world.

The second type is the realistic, but dedicated copper who has a job to serve the public, and knows it. He understands his job is not to act as political police for a government seeking to demonise the average person for their political and/or religious beliefs. If you commit a recognisable crime, you will be all means get what you probably rightly deserve; but you will not be hit with extraneous politically motivated charges that would see a simple fine turn into the total destruction of your life and possibly 17 to 20 years in prison.

The problem for the honest cop, is that he more or less stands alone. As, the higher one climbs in the ranks of the police force, the more one follows the corrupt and self aggrandising creed of the politician, and the more politically oriented and corrupt become the police. Basically, apart from the few remaining honest cops working on the streets, the bulk of our judicial system is bent as a dogs hind leg.

If you are White and you are assaulted by a non-White, both the honest and dishonest cop will do his utmost to dissuade you from pressing charges. While the dishonest cop believes all the PC hype about reducing the non-White criminal stats and that Whites can be blamed for everything non-Whites do, the honest cop on the other hand knows that Prosecutions will most likely reduce or even drop the charges. And even if there is a conviction, the presiding judge and the do-gooder groups will see to it that the punishment is no more than a slap on the wrist. You are basically wasting your time pressing charges against any non-White, because the system is against you right from the start, and this is what makes it so difficult to tell the difference between an honest copper doing his duty and not exacerbating the victim's already considerable trauma, or the dishonest copper with a political agenda, who - if you push him - will suddenly turn on you and reveal himself to be the dishonest bastard he is when he charges you with a bogus Hate Crime or three for merely exercising your civil rights.

Well, that's life as we White Racialists have always known it, and increasing numbers of Whites without a racist bone in their bodies are finding out as they become the victims and begin to wake up.

And so we come to the latest round of (so-called) anti-bikie laws in Queensland, where the government has enacted some decidedly dodgy laws and is forcing the state police to do as the government says and accept that illegal warrants and around the clock harassment of outlaw motorcycle club members and associates, family members and members of the public. Because of the extent of this government ordained operation of persecution, it is leaving an undesired - by government standards - affect on the police force. And by the standards of our society, will lead to either a major battle in the courts to remove these newly installed politically motivated laws and get back to basic and honest policing; or we will be left with a 100% purely political police force, ready and willing to go on the warpath against anyone, anywhere at any time, that does not fit the politically correct scripture of the day, as devised by our government.

Police warned to enforce Campbell Newman's new bikie laws or face being fired

POLICE Commissioner Ian Stewart has this morning said police are not afraid of retribution from bikies and will step up to the challenge of a bikie crackdown.

Commissioner Stewart told the ABC in Brisbane this morning there would always be "differing perspectives" over how effective the QPS had been.

"Our job is to continue to grow the confidence that the government and community can have in the senior leadership of the organisation," he said.

"If people aren't prepared to do that, to step up in times when the going gets tough, then they really do need to consider another career or another line of employment."

Overnight it was reported that frontline police were being threatened with the sack if they failed to enforce the State Government's new bikie laws.

The Police Union warned police were being ordered to employ questionable tactics including executing "dodgy'' warrants on homes and businesses.

Internal police emails reveal the depth of Premier Campbell Newman's anger with Police Commissioner Ian Stewart and his executive officers.

An email sent by an Assistant Commissioner to all staff immediately after a heated senior police teleconference last week compared criminal motorcycle gangs to terrorism.

"The Government considers that we - the QPS Senior Executive - have failed to adequately and professional respond to this matter,'' the senior officer wrote to key staff.

"This is a crisis - it has been compared to a terrorist act - we should be developing our strategies locally based on this type of thinking.

"The mission is clear - to rid Queensland of Criminal Motorcycle Gangs it is to be achieved in conjunction with normal business, priorities and current change - if this is not personally acceptable to you, consider your future with the QPS.''

Police Union president Ian Leavers raised concerns with the Commissioner regarding the state-wide crackdown with officers claiming to have been ordered to execute dodgy search warrants.

"I can advise you that police are now feeling threatened by their employer and they fear they have no protection from legal ramifications if they are being directed to apply for and execute "dodgy' warrants,'' Mr Leavers wrote to Mr Stewart on October 8.

"Those officers have been told to get on board, or look for other employment.''

The email exchanges reveal the bitter division between senior police and rank and file officers, and between Government and the senior executive.

"Police are being threatened by senior management of the police service that they will be disciplined or sacked if they don't do what the Commissioner wants, irrespective of whether it is legal or the best use of resources.

"On the one hand the commissioner is claiming police are not being ordered to do anything illegal, and on the other those very same police are being threatened with the sack if they do not comply with the Commissioner's wishes.

"The Commissioner and the Police Service's Senior Executive have admitted what most police have known for a long time. That rank and file police, and the government have no faith in them.''

Mr Leavers said the union was ``fully on board'' with the crackdown, provided it was undertaken within the framework of the law. [more ...]

When the government talk about "criminal motorcycle gangs" they are talking about groups that they have deemed to be criminal through supposedly lawful police investigations of said gangs. In reality, the police can now target anyone that fits the non PC agenda of the government.

TWO police officers have been left red-faced after confusing a man's Sons of Anarchy T-shirt with a real bikie gang's patch in Queensland.

Police saw the man's shirt, showing the insignia of the fictitious bikie gang in the popular US TV drama, during a protest at Emerald, where state cabinet is meeting.

Two officers walked over and began talking to him about it but it soon dawned on them that he was just a fan of the TV show, and not a hardened bikie crim.

After awkward laughter, the officers apologised and left him alone.
