A man remains on life support with a serious brain injury following an assault in Sydney’s CBD.

It's alleged a 25-year-old man became involved in a physical altercation with six other men not known to him.

All men are described as being of Indian subcontinental appearance.

Police investigating the attempted abduction of a woman walking in a park have released a computer-generated image of the alleged attacker

A 36-year-old woman was out for a stroll in Melbourne's Churchill National Park on Saturday when she was approached from behind by a man dirty, ugly, niggerat around 4.15pm

The woman had parked her car and was walking along a track when the man grabbed her around the waist.

The assailant also put his hand over her mouth and attempted to drag her to the ground
